Abstract

Sulawesi in Indonesia, especially in the south most of the 79.2% were low birth weight in term pregnancies. This is caused by misuse of smoking is often done. Cigarette smoke contains over 4000 chemicals in cigarettes by 20 species of which are carcinogenic and toxic ingredients found in tobacco smoke a lot. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship of husband and smokers with low birth weight in Sidoarjo Hospital.This type of research is the use of analytical case-control study design. Independent variable is the husband of smokers and the occurrence of low birth weight is the dependent variable. The study population was all infants born incidence in Sidoarjo District Hospital with a population of 20 and 20 LBW BBLN in a month ie on 23 May-23 June 2012 by using primary and secondary data, the study sample using probability sampling with a purposive sampling, this study used data analysis techniques in a way that the data processing Editing, Coding, Scoring, Tabulating. Chi-square teststatistic (X2) with ? = 0.05.From the result showed that a minority with a very heavy smoker category husband of 20 respondents (50%). Minority of respondents in the category of LBW by 20 respondents (50%).Based on the results of statistical tests by using a manual with the chi square test (X2) with ? = 5% with 3 dk X2table value 7,81 which count 8 > 7,81 then the value dk rejected h1 ho accepted means there is a relationship of husband and smokers LBW in Sidoarjo Hospital.The conclusion of the study is affecting your relationship smokers LBW incidence is caused by toxins found in cigarette smoke that causes damage and is carcinogenic. Need for additional information dangers of smoking and secondhand smoke especially for the mother to the fetus health professions in addition to the need for additional education on the dangers of secondhand smoke to pregnant women during ANC visits.Keywords : Husband Smokers, BBLN, LBW

Abstract

Monitoring of nutrition has not run as expected, due to public awareness of the role of cadres and the existence of posyandu still far from expectations. The purpose in this study to determine the skills of cadres in the early detection of nutrition problems in the VillageDistrict Jambuwok Trowulan Mojokerto district.This study is a descriptive study. The variables in this study are the skills of cadres in the early detection of nutrition problems in which the population in this study as many as 25 cadres, the sample in this study took all the members of the population as much as 25 cadres of the sampling technique using saturation sampling. By using a check sheet lists the research instrument that was held on 7 May to 7 June 2012. Based on the result showed that the average - average unskilled cadres in the early detection of nutrition problems in Posyandu as many as 19 cadres (76%) is observed from the age of the respondents can be seen that 68% of 20-35 year-old cadres, cadres of the majority of 52% high school educated, and 88% in terms of job most of the respondents did not work. To obtain a more meaningful explanation researchers create cross tabulation between the general characteristics of the skills of cadres. Cross tabulation of the results can be seen that the majority of respondents are skilled high school educated, and respondents aged 20-35 years did not work. Conclusion that village cadres Jambuwok District Trowulan Mojokerto District average - average unskilled cadres. Health care workers should provide such training lectures, group discussions, demonstrations, case studies, problem-solving.Keywords : Kader Skills, Early Detection of Problems of Nutrition

Abstract

Masa nifas memerlukan perawatan khusus untuk memulihkan kondisi kesehatan tubuhnya termasuk dengan perilaku makan pada ibu nifas untuk membantu proses penyembuhan luka. Saat ini masih banyak terjadi pada sebagian kalangan ibu nifas yang masih melakukan tarak atau pantang mengkonsumsi makanan tertentu, padahal mereka masih harus memberikan ASI pada anaknya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui perilaku pantang makanan pada ibu nifas di Polindes Desa Lebakrejo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan.Jenis penelitian analitik cross sectional. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah perilaku pantang makanan. Pada penelitian ini populasinya adalah ibu nifas di Polindes Desa Lebakrejo Kecamatan Purwodadi Kabupaten Pasuruan sebanyak rata-rata 34 orang.Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 11-27 Juni 2010 dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Dengan Teknik Sampling purposive sampling. Iinstrumen penelitian menggunakan checklist. Uji statistik mann whitney. Hasil didapatkan bahwa sebagian besar responden melakukan pantang makanan sejumlah 21 respondem (70%), setengah responden mengalami penyembuhan luka perineum ibu nifas adalah lambat sejumlah 15 orang (50%). Hasil uji Rank Spearman dengan SPSS didapatkan bahwa ? hitung lebih kecil dari ? tabel yaitu 0,004 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan perilaku pantang makanan pada masa nifas.Penyembuhan luka yang lambat pada ibu nifas dipengaruhi oleh perilaku pantang makanan. Disarankan ibu lebih meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang dampak dari pantang makanan dengan cara membaca buku, bertanya pada tenaga kesehatan dan mengikuti seminar-seminar sehingga ibu tidak melakukan pantang makanan untuk membantu proses penyembuhan luka. Tenaga Kesehatanmeningkatkan penyuluhan tentang dampak dari perilaku pantang makanan pada ibu nifas dan keluarga sehingga ibu dapat mengubah kebiasaan pantang makanan. Abstract

Zero inflated Poisson Regression Analysis Regression (ZIP) is used for discrete data modeling which is indicated by many 0 values on the dependent variable. The objective of this research was to model the factors that affecting maternal mortality rate in East Java in 2010 using ZIP. This was a non reactive research with profile of East Java Provincial Health Office in 2010 as the secondary data. The profile data were the results of health centers routine recapitulation from Information and Research and Development Section on the whole regencies/cities in East Java. The unit analysis in this research was 950 health centers in the regions of East Java. The estimated results of ZIP log model parameter showed that childbirth assistance by health practitioners (?7 = -0.050655), postnatal care (?8 = 0.004500), and pregnancy complications (?9 = -0.004528) affected the number of maternal deaths while the estimated parameter logit model showed that occurrence probability of maternal mortality in East Java in 2010 was determined by the delivery helped by health practitioners (?7 = - 0.0662297) and care during postnatal period (?7 = -0.012563). ZIP model (AIC = 2199.391) was better when compared with the Linear regression (AIC = 3996.563), and Poisson regression (AIC = 2392.636). Each increase in birth numbers helped by health practitioners would reduce maternal mortality by 0.9506 times. Postnatal services would influence about 1.0045 times on the increased risk of maternal death, the increased pregnancy complications, and also the increased of maternal mortality probability by 1.0045 times. The conclusion is that ZIP estimates the incidence of maternal mortality far better than other forms of discrete data with many 0 values on the dependent variable.Keywords : Maternal Mortality, Zero inflated, Poisson

Abstract

The support or involvement of the husband is very necessary in a mother'spsychological development that facing the birth process. The purpose of this study to determine the relationship between husband assistancy with anxiety on the laboring mother. This was a crossectional study. Assisted by husband as an independent variable and anxietyduring labor as the dependent variable. The study population of all labor mothers in BPSHj. Amalia Amd.Keb Simogirang, Prambon, Sidoarjo as many as 30 maternal. Samples were taken by concecutive sampling of 24 respondents. Data were collected with a questionnaireand tested with the chi square test and presented in tabular form. Results showed that 13respondents who are not accompanied her husband there was 1 respondent (4.1%) who did not experience anxiety, 7 respondents (29.1%) had anxiety and 5 being the respondents (20.8%) experienced severe anxiety. The results of mann-whitney test data showed that Z = 2,531, Z table = 0.0288, ? = 0,015 dan ? = 0,05 so that ? < ? then H0 rejected and H1accepted means there is a relationship between husband assistance with the level of anxiety when faced the labor. Husband assistance will give a good impact on psychological wives so that they can perform labor well, safely and smoothly.The results could be used as additional information and insight for the community about the delivery process so as to enhance the knowledge held by the public, especially the husband that will have children so as to determine appropriate action in the face of labor later.Keywords: Husband assistance, Anxiety, labor.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, membuktikan dan menganalisis pengaruh (1) Endorser terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Endorser terhadap loyalitas merek, (3) isi pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) isi pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (5) struktur pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (6) struktur pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) format pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (8) format pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, (9) sumber pesan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (10) sumber pesan terhadap loyalitas merek, dan (11) keputusan pembelian terhadap loyalitas merek. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis structural equation modelling (SEM) dengan program AMOS 20. Rancangan penelitian ini adalah explanatory research dan confirmatory research. Teknik pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan purposive samplingdengan jumlah responden sebanyak 140 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Endorser berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (2) Endorser berpengaruh signifikan loyalitas merek, (3) isi pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) isi pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (3) struktur pesan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (4) struktur pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (5) format pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (6) format pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, (7) sumber pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, (8) sumber pesan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek, dan (9) keputusan pembelian berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pelanggan Bengkel Mobil Larasati Lumajang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, dan kepuasan pelanggan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan Bengkel Mobil Larasati Lumajang. Dalam penelitian ini data dikumpulkan dengan alat bantu berupa observasi, wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap 70 responden dengan teknik purpossive sampling, yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi responden terhadap masing-masing variabel. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi uji instrumen data (uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas), analisis regresi linear berganda, uji asumsi klasik (uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas), dan uji hipotesis (uji F,uji t, koefisien determinasi). Dari hasil analisis menggunakan regresi dapat diketahui bahwa variabel kualitas pelayanan (0,191), harga (0,215) dan kepuasan pelanggan (0,352), semuanya berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari uji F diperoleh hasil kualitas pelayanan, harga dan kepuasan pelanggan, semuanya berpengaruh signifikan (0,000) secara simultan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Dari uji t diperoleh hasil kualitas pelayanan (0,043), dan kepuasan pelanggan (0,003), berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan sedangkan harga (0,071) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan terhadap prestasi kerja. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan. Sampel yang diambil dengan menggunakan explanatory (sampel jenuh) atau penelitian sensus. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, kompensasi finansial dan kompensasi non finansial secara parsial dan secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan pada perusahaan Bintang Mulia Hotel & Resto Jember.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini menguji pengaruh citra produk tabungan BritAma terhadap kepuasan nasabah PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Jember, menguji pengaruh citra produk tabungan BritAma terhadap PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Jember, dan menguji pengaruh kepuasan nasabah terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk. Cabang Jember. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pemilik rekening tabungan BritAma sampai dengan Bulan Desember 2017 mencapai 19.527 rekening. Teknik atau metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik non probability sampling, yaitu dengan cara accidental sampling. Model analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah . Citra produk berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas nasabah PT. The populations in this study are all customers of BritAma on PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jember Branch Office’s recorded until December 2017 amount 19.527 accounts. Techniques or sampling method used was non probability sampling technique that is accidental sampling. Analysis model used in this research is the analysis of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Results of this research show that the brand image BritAma significantly effect on customer satisfaction. The brand image BritAma significantly effect on customer loyalty of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), Tbk Jember Branch Office’s. And, the customer satisfaction has a significant effect on customer loyalty of PT. Abstract

ABSTRAKJudul Penelitian ini adalah peranan Variabel Moral pegawai, komitmen pegawai, motivasi pegawai dan pengaruhnya OCB Pegawai terhadap Quality service (Studi Lembaga Pendidikan Muhamadiyah di Kabupaten Jember). Instansi yang terlibat adalah Pegawai Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah (SD/SMP/SMU/SMK dan  Universitas Muhamadiyah Jember) sebagai sampel penelitian. Temuan yang ditargetkan Adanya peningkatan pemahaman Teori OCB dan Teori Quality Service di Lembaga Pendidikan Muhamadiyah Kabupaten Jember. Semakin meningkat moral pegawai, komitmen pegawai, motivasi pegawai akan meningkatkan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) dan dampaknya meningkatkan Kualitas Layanan Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah. Melalui analisa statistic deskriptif, uji insrumen data : validitas dan reabilitas, selanjutnya perhitungan analisa jalur (path analys) software SPSS versi 20. for windows. Selanjutnya menggunakan uji asumsi klasik : Heteroskedatis, normalitas,dan multikolineritas. Hasil temuan  dari penelitian ini diharapkan  dapat digunakan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi pimpinan Lembaga Pendidikan Muhammadiyah yang ada di Kabupaten Jember terkait pelayanan prima sebagai wujud realisasi kinerja organisasi yang baik.Kata Kunci: moral, komitmen, OCB, kualitas layanan pendidikan ABSTRACTThe title of this study is the role of Variable Moral employee, employee commitment, employee motivation and influence of OCB Employee on Quality service (Study Institution Muhamadiyah in Jember District). Through descriptive statistic analysis, data insrumen test: validity and reliability, then calculation of path analysis (path analys) SPSS software version 20. for windows. Next use the classical assumption test: Heteroskedatis, normality, and multikolineritas. The findings of this study are expected to be used as a consideration for the leadership of Muhammadiyah Educational Institutions in Jember Regency related to excellent service as a form of realization of good organizational performance.Keywords: moral, commitment, motivation, OCB, service quality of educational institution
