Abstract

Profesi sebagai perawat merupakan suatu tugas mulia yang diemban oleh individu. Perawat merupakan tokoh penting terhadap laju berjalannya sebuah rumah sakit. Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh perawat kepada para pasien memuaskan, maka pasien akan percaya dan kembali datang. Pelayanan yang baik akan terlaksana jika perawat merasakan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji kontribusi kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada perawat instalasi ruang inap. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan kerja dan intensi turnover. Adapun untuk mengukur kepuasan kerja menggunakan kuesioner kepuasan kerja sedangkankan untuk mengukur intensi turnover menggunakan skala intensi turn over. Responden dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 perawat di salah satu rumah sakit swasta di Tangerang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi kepuasan kerja terhadap intensi turnover pada perawat instalasi ruang inap sebesar 6,8% dan sisanya 93,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and clarify the picture of the implementation of Kaizen culture, and employee performance in PT. Indospring, Tbk effect of applying Kaizen Culture the performance of employees at PT. Indospring, Tbk: this type of research used in this research is explanatory research with quantitative approach variables in this research is the application of Culture Kaizen as an independent variable, and the employee’s performance as the dependent variable this study uses data printer is the form of the answers to the questionnaire and secondary data Through documents. Data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The result of descriptive analysis shows that there is significant influence between Kaizen Culture implementation variables. Abstract

at the agency Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya comes to influence of motivation, compensation and corporate culture to employee performance. This phenomenon indicates that the performance of agency Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya much influenced by variables motivation, compensation and corporate culture.Based on the result of research conducted showed that after testing using Multiple Linier Regresion, that the three independent variables consisting of motivation, compensation and corporate culture together (simultaneously) have an influence on the performance of agency Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya. This can be seen from correlation coefficient (R) of Multiple Linier Regresion model of 0.745 indicating a strong relationship between the three independent variables siultaneously on the performance of employees.F test result proved that three is significant influence between the variables of motivation (X1), compensation (X2) and corporate culture (X3) on the determination (R2) = 0.556 indicates that 55.6 % Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya agency employee are influenced by third independent variables. While the result of t test of cempetence of each variable motivation (X1), compensation (X2) and corporate culture (X3) partially affect the performance of agency employees Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya. Compensation variable (X2) has the most dominant influence on the performance of ageny employees Bank Syariah Mandiri Darmo Surabaya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, the influence of motivation on the performance of the employees of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik, and the effect of training and motivation on employee performance at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This type of research is a survey. The population and sample in this study are employees who are still working at the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. The sampling method was total sampling with 38 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire that has been tested for its validity and reliability. This study uses a quantitative research approach to multiple regression analysis. The result of this research is that training and motivation variables simultaneously affect the employee performance of the Regional Disaster Management Agency in Gresik. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount (448,000) is greater than Ftable (3.24) and the significant level of F 0.000 is smaller than alpha = 0.05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to know and analyze the effect of training and motivation on the performance of PT. Anugrah Jaya Mandiri Sidoarjo employee.The data used is PT. Anugrah Jaya Mandiri Sidoarjo employees in outlet work area. Using the saturated sampling technique, the sample was 103 respondents. The method of data collection in this study is a questionnaire. Data in process using SPSS 20.0 for window. Data methods use explanatory and quantitative methods that are regression analysis. The result is that the training and motivation variables affect the performance of PT. Anugrah Jaya Mandiri Sidoarjo employee. Coefficient determinations (R 2 ) show that the correlation between training and motivation on employee performance is 90.3%. It means it's strongly related.
