PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk. is a manufacturing company producing textiles and garment which has commited to provide high-quality products for its consumers. The company strives to improve its product quality and reduce theproduct defectlevel by setting out defect level standard by 10% of total production. However, in the implementation, the reject number occurred still exceeds more than the specified defect product tolerance limit i.e. 10%. This study aimed to analyze the quality control implementation which has implemented by PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk, to find out the factors resulting in reject product and to provide suggestion on quality improvement that can be applied by the company. Quality control analysis is done using statistical tools contained in Statistical Quality Control (SQC) such as check sheet, histogram, c-chart, Pareto diagram and fishbone chart.C chart analysis result showed that there were still 12 points passed the upper limit, indicating that quality control process in the company needs further improvement. Based on Pareto diagram, it could be seen that the dominant defects were crease mark (34,1%), spotting (27,2%), shading (22,6%) and miss print (16,1%). According to fishbone analysis, the main factors causing printing fabric defect are machine, man, material and method. The company could conduct preventive and corrective actions to decrease defect level by regenerating defective machine component, conducting employee training and enhancing supervision to the employee performance and production result of each process.

Selling price determination must be able to cover total costs, fluctuations of material cost and consider profit for company. PT Harrison & Gil Java Semarang needs to identify the components of production costs because of the increase in raw materials so that there is no efficiency in the raw materials. This research analyzes production net price determination and the influence of Material Cost and Production Labor Cost on the determination of selling price of PT Harrison & Gil Java Semarang. Path analysis is used in analyzing this research. Type of data that used is cross section from Februari to April 2018. The secondary data used in this research are material cost, production labor cost, production net price and selling price of frame products. Full costing method of production net price determination which consists of material cost and production labor cost. The result of data analysis states that Material Cost dan Production Labor Cost have positive influence toward Production Net Price. Futhermore, the influence of indirect effect for Material Cost towards Selling Price through Production Net Price is perfect mediation effect. Moreover, the highest value of elasticity for Production Net Price towards Selling Price which shows the cost efficiency. So, the company strives to focus on raw materials optimization and labor overtime restrictions for the cost efficiency.

This research purposes to analyze the impact of production added value from textile industries and logistic service to textile export value in Central Java. The secondary data used are an export statistic and regional domestic product total, and logistics service between 2010 and 2017. The result shows that, first, production added value has negatively influence to textile export value. Second, logistic service has a positive effect on export value. It implies that textile export value may result in order demand. In addition, logistics service has the main role to boost up textile export.
