Abstract

This research tahes the title “motivation and Characteristics of Poor Household That Choosing o Live in Kampung Saahan, Kelurahan Sangkrah, Kecamatan Pasar Kliwon”. The research problem is, what is the motivation that encouraging resident aspirants who choosing Kampung Sawahan as their residences and the characteristics of poor households in terms of why do they choose Kampung Sawahan as tehir residences. The number of settlers population in Kampung Sawahan is 113 households. The research sampling was 100 household respondents. The research method used survey methods. Respondents were taken proportionally by random sampling from the population 113 households in Kampung Sawahan. Data analysis used frequency table analysis and cross table. The result of research showed that the encouraging motivation in choosing Kampung Saahan as their residences is, they feel the location is strategic enough, because it near trading centers where they work. Beside that there is s research result identifying the characteristic problems of poor households in terms of why do they chose to live in Kampung Sawahan, Kelurahan Sangkrah. The result is, their choices are based on assumptions that they can not buy a house because their poor incomes so that they rent a house from the owner.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service, assess and understand; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) Curriculum 2013 based on lesson study in  the  School of  Muhammadiyah  Kartasura.  2)  Rationalization  and  elements  of curriculum change in 2013. 3) The process of learning and assessment processes appropriate to the curriculum in 2013. The method used; workshops and training. The Place; SMK Muhammadiyah Kartasura. Execution time; odd semester 2014/2015. Subject: Elementary School teachers, Junior High School, High School and Vocational High School Muhammadiyah Kartasura. The results achieved; 1) learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) curriculum-based lesson study 203 through  three  stages, namely;  plan  (planning),  do  (action  and  observation),  see (reflection).  2) Rationalization and elements of curriculum change in 2013 stressed on; a) The scientific approach is based approach to encourage student creativity; b)Integrity of the competence of knowledge, skills, and attitudes; c) Integrity of the curricular, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. 3) The learning process is emphasized in the curriculum in 2013; (A) Integrated Thematic for elementary school level, (b) Approach Science (Natural Sciences) and IPS (Social Sciences) of partitive aggregative be integrated melt (liquid integrative), (c) religious and moral education, (d) learning objects; natural phenomena, social, and cultural arts. While the emphasisin  the assessment  process; assessment  student  achievement  by  using  descriptive qualitative and quantitative numerical. Learning implementation strategy IPS (Social Sciences) 203 curriculum-based lesson study using a modified model of lesson study, achievement indicators for a significant increase from the prior worhshop and trainingafter the workshop, namely; 30%: 80% (pre-test: post-test).

Abstract

The study aimed to review and describe: 1) Coaching model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura. 2) Test the validation of coaching model on social sciences teacher. This study used a qualitative approach of phenomenology. This study was conducted in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura, Sukoharjo district. The research design was classroom action research. The subject in this research were students, teachers, the principal. Data collection technique used observation, testing and interview. The interview process using theory of first and second order understanding. Data were analyzed using an interactive model included data reduction, data display, and conclusion. This study concluded that 1) Coaching Model of social sciences teacher in SMP Muhammadiyah Kartasura used modification lesson study approach. 2) Validation of the coaching model using two kinds of validation namely theory of validation and practice of validation.

Abstract

Lanjut usia adalah seseorang yang telah mencapai usia lebih dari 60 tahun dan megalami beberapa perubahan fungsi fisiologis yang akan berdampak pada kondisi fisik maupun psikologis diantara stres emosi. Tujuan : Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara stres emosi dengan kualitas tidur pada lansia di Balai pelayanan sosial lansia. Metode : Penelitian ini merupakan study deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 74 orang. Hasil : ada hubungan yang signifikan antara stres emosi dengan kualitas tidur lansia dengan nilai p value 0,003 (P<0,05). Diskusi : Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai referensi untuk mengembangkan penelitian yang serupa, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup lanjut usia. Kata Kunci: Stres emosi, kualitas tidur, lansia RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN EMOTIONAL STRESS AND SLEEP QUALITY ABSTRACTAdvanced age is someone who has reached the age of more than 60 years and has several changes in physiological functions that will have an impact on the physical and psychological conditions between emotional stress. This research aims to determine the relationship between emotional stress and sleep quality in the elderly in the elderly social service center. This research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples is 74 people. The result of the research was significant correlation between emotional stress and elderly sleep quality with a p value of 0.003 (P <0.05) The research is expected to be able to develop similar research so that it can improve the quality of life of elderly. Keywords: Emotional stress, sleep quality, elderly

Abstract

Disaster Risk Reduction in Indonesia is an effort that must be done systematically, measurable to achieve national resilience to hydro-meteorological disaster that increases along with climate change. This article examines the forms of risk reduction referring to the global agenda that is Sustainable Development Goals and Sendai Framework Disaster Risk Reduction. This article is more specialized investment framework for disaster risk reduction by the government in reducing the impact of climate change and systematically reducing risk through education. Risk reduction conditions in urban and rural areas show a gap in knowledge context that is superior to urban. However, substantial risk due to climate change occur in rural areas concerned to food security. This lack of knowledge is due to the community, including students, who live in cities have a diverse selection of information and better presentation. Accessibility to this information related to IT infrastructure and socio-economic activities in urban areas of more intensive than in rural areas. Disaster education investments can be systematized through materials and media that support climate change learning according to the spatial context.
