Abstract

Panti Jompo merupakan tempat penampungan lansia (lanjut usia) untuk membantu keluarga dalam upaya penanggulangan masalah kesejahteraan sosial. Panti Jompo direncanakan dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan ruang, bentuk atau fasade bangunan. Dari penelitian, di tujukan untuk merencanakan panti jompo dengan penerapan konsep comfortable. Metode penelitian yang di gunakan adalah analisa pelaku kegiatan, analisa kebutuhan ruang, analisa besaran ruang, matrix hubungan ruang, pola hubungan ruang, analisa lokasi site, analisa eksisting tapak, analisa terhadap matahari, analisa terhadap arah lintasan angin. Dengan mempertimbangkan kebutuhan lansia yang memiliki keterbatasan fisik. Panti jompo di desain untuk memberikan keamanan dan kenyamanan penghuni.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the performance of Teachers In Vocational High School (SMK) State 2 Banawa District Donggala. This research is designed qualitatively. Informants of this research are Headmaster (SMK) State 2 Banawa, Vice Principal of Curriculum, Vice Principal of Student, Teachers, Students and Supervisor of SMK State 2 Banawa who were determined using purposive  with data collection methods consisted of observation, interview and documentation. As for the technical analysis of the data including data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The results shows that, (1) Performance of educators based on the quality of work (Quality of work) related knowledge (knowladge) and skills (skills) held by teachers in doing variations of teaching in an interesting, fun and educating students is now very good though not satisfactory and is not optimal, because there are still students who complain and do not feel satisfaction about the performance of teachers in teaching so that students feel tired and bored in the learning process. (2) Performance of educators based on the timeliness (Timeliness) in teaching and distribute report cards results of student test scores can not be said to be good, this is indicated by the behavior of the teacher often late arriving to teach, especially in the morning and at the turn of school hours, coupled with the delay of teachers in distribute report cards of students because there are still some teachers who have to deposit the results of student test scores. (3) Performance educators based initiative (Initiative) in implementing and developing character-based curriculum school in 2013, can not be said to be good. This is indicated by the unpreparedness and inability of teachers to understand, implement and develop it, because there are still some teachers who are still waiting for orders from the new boss to prepare, but it is also a lack of initiative to equip themselves by studying and seeking as much information from the media social, internet, books, syllabi or shering to fellow teachers whose schools are already implementing the curriculum in 2013. (4) Performance of educators based on the capability (Capability) in planning the preparation and implementation of the RPP can not be said to be good, this is because there are still some teachers who have not completed the preparation (RPP) which was originally to have been completed before entering the first week in the learning of the first semester of this, plus more with the non-conformance of teachers in implementing the lesson plans they have designed. Thus, in learning deliver the unfocused and in line with expectations and goals set out in the RPP, this is what causes the learning process, not running effectively and optimally.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengukur kualitas produk tipe paperback dari PT.Intermasa, perusahaan jasa di bidang percetakan, yang berdiri sejak tahun 1972,dengan metode statistical process control. Metode penelitian yang digunakanadalah kombinasi dari pengamatan langsung dan wawancara. Hasil penelitianmenunjukkan bahwa metode statistical process control tepat digunakan untitkpengukuran kualitas produk tipe paperback. Berdasarkan hasil pengukurankualitas produk dengan peta kendali pada proses perfect bending adalah terkendali(seragam), sedangkan pengukuran pada proses printing menghasilkan data yangtak terkendali (tidak seragam). Penyebab cacat terbesar pada proses printing danperfect bending berturut-turut adalah kategori kotor dan lem meleleh.

Abstract

This chicken slaughterhouse in Jampang Village is a home industry that is engaged in chicken slaughter. The problem in this research is the process of slaughtering chickens that do not meet the standards. The purpose of this study was to identify the hygiene and sanitation of chicken slaughterhouses. Data collection was done by filling out questionnaires and observations. The observation sheet is made based on SNI-01-6160-1999 concerning Poultry Slaughterhouses (Badan Standarisasi Nasional, 1999). The observation sheet was used to assess the hygiene and sanitation conditions using the scoring method. This study used descriptive statistics to analyze the abserved data. The scoring method is done by determining the weight for each variable and determining the value for each of the assessed aspects. The results showed that the workers were in good health. Not yet using boots, masks, aprons and headgear. The building is still integrated with the residence. The layout is not in line with the flow of the production process. Sewerage drain is readily available. The cage has never been washed using water and detergent. The conclusion is that the hygiene of the chicken cutters and the sanitation of the buildings still do not meet the requirements. The proposal for improvement is the health of chicken slicers and the use of equipment are things that need to be considered, the building must be separated from the residence, the layout should be improved in the direction of the production process, the building construction is made rodent-free, the chicken coop must be cleaned regularly with water and detergent.

Abstract

Fish is often used as a protein source in food. Fish has good nutritional content for the body such as protein, vitamin, mineral, and unsaturated fatty acid. Pterygoplichthys pardalis and Oreochromis mossambicus are some of the local fishes that are frequently found in a river in Indonesia, also Asia. People use their meat as food. Unfortunately, people do not use fishbones. In this research, we processed the fishbone into flour which could be used as food or supplement. Fishes were collected from the breeder in January to May 2019. Bone processing methods carried out by separation of fish meat and bone, continued with bone flour processing using oven and grinder. According to the proximate analysis revealed that P. pardalis bone flour contained 25.047% protein, 10.478% fat, 0.656% water, 59.463% ash, and 4.353% carbohydrate. O. mossambicus also contained 36.929% protein, 11.942% fat, 2.575% water, 45.721% ash, and 2.833% carbohydrate. From these results, protein in P. pardalis gave a higher value than O. mossambicus. Bone flour from both fishes showed a smooth texture and whitish color. Bone flour from fish has good prospects to be developed to get complete analysis in food technology. Bone flour from suckermouth fish played important role in aquaculture and supported the river biodiversity.

Abstract

Abstrak - Atribut kebutuhan konsumen merupakan hal yang penting dalam kesuksesan suatu produk. Atribut kebutuhan konsumen ini berguna untuk mengetahui apa saja keinginan dan harapan konsumen akan suatu produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan. Sehingga kedepannya produk yang dihasilkan oleh perusahaan akan diminati oleh konsumen serta menarik konsumen untuk membelinya. Selain itu perusahaan akan mampu bersaing dengan perusahaan lainnya dan membuat produknya lebih unggul. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Industri Otomotif. Berdasarkan latar belakang masalah, terdapat 33 atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang akan diidentifikasi, dengan terlebih dahulu dilakukan beberapa uji yaitu uji kecukupan data, uji validitas, dan uji reliabilitas, dengan menggunakan software SPSS 16.0. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa uji tersebut, atribut kebutuhan konsumen semuanya dapat lolos ke tahap selanjutnya. Kemudian akan dilanjutkan ke tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan melihat dari skala likertnya. Prioritas yang didapat dari hasil tingkat kepentingan konsumen dengan skala likert pada atribut kebutuhan konsumen adalah pemberian garansi terhadap kerusakan mobil dalam waktu yang lama (3 tahun), sistem pengereman auto break system dan tersedianya bengkel resmi di berbagai tempat. Sebaiknya untuk perbaikan yaitu perusahaan melakukan perkembangan sesuai dengan prioritas yang konsumen inginkan dan selanjutnya bisa merujuk ke perkembangan atribut-atribut kebutuhan konsumen yang lainnya.Abstract - Consumer needs attributes are important in the success of a product. This consumer needs attribute is useful to find out what consumer desires and expectations for a product produced by the company. So that in the future the products produced by the company will be in demand by consumers and attract consumers to buy them. In addition, the company will be able to compete with other companies and make its products superior. PT. Toyota Motor Manufacturing Indonesia (TMMIN) is a company engaged in the Automotive Industry. Based on the background of the problem, there are 33 attributes of consumer needs that will be identified, by first doing several tests, namely the data adequacy test, validity test, and reliability testing, using SPSS 16.0 software. Based on the results of several tests, the attributes of consumer needs can all pass to the next stage. Then it will continue to the level of consumer interest by looking at the likert scale. Priority obtained from the results of the level of consumer interest with a likert scale on the attributes of consumer needs is a guarantee of damage to the car in a long time (3 years), auto break system braking system and availability of official workshops in various places. It is better to improve that the company develops according to the priorities that consumers want and can then refer to the development of the attributes of other consumer needs.Keywords - Consumer Needs Attributes, Priorities

Abstract

Abstract Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises are productive economic enterprises owned by individuals or business entities. In running its business, MSME Tan Olavera does not have an illustration and summary of the work done. The purpose of this study was to map the operation process, process flow and flow diagram of the process of making aloe vera herbal drink. The method used in this research is to use a work map. A work map is a tool or method that describes work activities systematically and clearly. Data collection is carried out by observation and interviews with sources. The results of data processing obtained are the Operational Process Map, Process Flow Map and Flow Chart of the process of making aloe vera herbal drink. The total time based on the Operation Process Map is 1202.94 minutes. Time of operation and transportation activities on the Process Flow Map of Aloe Vera Components is 841.7809 minutes and 0.5182 minutes, respectively. Meanwhile, the operating, transportation and waiting times in the Water Component Process Flow Map were respectively 361.1623 minutes, 0.1923 minutes and 160.7039 minutes. The Flowchart of the Aloe Vera and Water Components, respectively, involves 7 and 4 rooms. Abstrak Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah merupakan usaha ekonomi produktif yang dimiliki perorangan maupun badan usaha. Dalam menjalankan usahanya, UMKM Tan Olavera belum mempunyai ilustrasi dan rangkuman dari pekerjaan yang dilakukan. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah memetakan proses operasi, aliran proses dan diagram alir dari proses pembuatan minuman herbal lidah buaya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan peta kerja. Peta kerja adalah suatu alat atau metode yang menggambarkan kegiatan kerja secara sistematis dan jelas.. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi dan wawancara dengan narasumber. Hasil pengolahan data yang diperoleh adalah Peta Proses Operasi, Peta Aliran Proses dan Diagram Aliran dari proses pembuatan minuman herbal lidah buaya. Waktu total berdasarkan Peta Proses Operasi adalah 1.202,94 menit. Waktu kegiatan operasi dan transportasi pada Peta Aliran Proses Komponen Lidah Buaya adalah berturut-turut sebesar 841,7809 menit dan 0,5182 menit. Sedangkan waktu operasi, transportasi dan menunggu masing-masing dalam Peta Aliran Proses Komponen Air adalah berturut-turut sebesar 361,1623 menit , 0,1923 menit dan 160,7039 menit. Diagram Aliran Komponen Lidah Buaya dan Komponen Air berturut-turut melibatkan 7 dan 4 ruangan.
