Abstract

This study aims to analyze FDI, Exchange Rate, and Export in the Automotive Industry in Indonesia. Data used from 2006 -2019 with the VAR method. The results obtained in this study are the three variables that do not have a cointegration relationship so the estimation uses the VAR model. Furthermore, the Granger Causality test results show that there is a one-way relationship for each variable. The causal relationship, namely FDI affects the exchange rate, exports affect the exchange rate. VAR test results show that the entry of FDI and the exchange rate does not significantly affect exports. Furthermore, FDI significantly affects the exchange rate, this is because of the integrated trading model with low Exchange Rate volatility. For this reason, it is very important to note the direction of capital inflows, which are used to finance domestic expenditure or finance accumulated capital in the traded or non-traded sectors. If capital inflows are used to finance domestic consumption, it must increase purchasing power and demand for goods traded. The study provides a descriptive picture for the Islamic pension fund provider and government to set a product based on the Muslim attitude and expectation. As far as we are concerned, there is only a small number of research on analyzing FDI, Exchange Rate, and Export but in this research specific on Automotive Industry evidence from Indonesia. This article can give contribution to policy.

Abstract

Sektor jasa dari Amerika Serikat (AS) dengan masuknya FDI dari Tiongkok (RRT) serta pengaruhnya pada ekspor jasa Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptip dan estimasi dengan pendekatan VECM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa investasi sektor jasa menempati porsi terbesar dari total investasi RRT di Indonesia. Sementara itu, untuk FDIAS, sektor ini berada di urutan kedua di bawah sektor primer namun pertumbuhannya paling besar. Hasil estimasi VECM menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan Kausalitas Granger jangka panjang satu arah dengan FDICH sebagai variabel terikat. Selanjutnya terdapat hubungan kausalitas Granger jangka pendek dua arah antara FDI AS dengan FDI RRT. FDI AS juga memiliki hubugan kasalitas dua arah dengan ekspor. Sementara itu tidak terdapat hubungan kausalitas jangka pendek antara FDI RRT dengan ekspor. Dengan kata lain, dalam jangka panjang, kebedaraan FDIUS di Indonesia memacu masuknya FDI RRT ke Indonesia, sementara dalam jangka pendek masuknya investor AS didorong oleh adanya investor RRT dan sebaliknya. Selanjutnya, FDI AS signifikan mendorong ekspor sementara FDI RRT tidak.

Abstract

Generation Z, as true digital natives or generations born and raised with the internet, is familiar with digital products. One digital product is an e-wallet used as an online payment method. This study aims to discover the factors that influence behavioural intention to use e-wallets in generation Z that use an e-wallet and live in Greater Jakarta. The theoretical basis of this study is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), where the variables involved are behavioural intention to use, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness, and two other factors, i.e., perceived security and social influence. A total of 245 respondents were collected by online survey and analysed with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM). This study finds that social influence affects perceived ease of use positively and significantly. Perceived ease of use influences perceived usefulness positively and significantly. Perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness positively influence behavioural intention to use. However, social influence does not influence perceived usefulness, and perceived security does not influence behavioural intention to use. This study's originality resides in its examination of reported ease of use and perceived usefulness as mediating variables of social influence on Generation Z's propensity to use e-wallets.

Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) are part of optimizing the village economy. However, the role of BUMDes is still not optimal in improving the village economy. In this regard, this service activity was carried out by conducting training in the preparation of business plans with the CANVAS model at BUMDes Surya Patih, Subang Regency, West Java. Prior to the training, a survey was conducted to map the problems and needs of BUMDes managers. Business plan preparation training is carried out through lecture, discussion and practice methods guided by a dedicated team. The participants of this training were 15 BUMDes managers. After the training, BUMDes managers are expected to be able to produce business designs using the CANVAS model. This service is considered an important strategic effort in developing the role of BUMDes in increasing village business potential.Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) merupakan bagian untuk mengoptimalkan perekonomian desa. Namun, peran BUMDes masih dirasa belum optimal dalam meningkatkan perekonomian desa. Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan dengan membuat pelatihan penyusunan rencana bisnis dengan model CANVAS di BUMDes Surya Patih Kabupaten Subang Jawa Barat. Sebelum dilakukan pelatihan dilakukan survey untuk memetakaan permasalahan dan kebutuhan dari pengelola BUMDes. Pelatihan penyusunan rencana bisnis dilakukan melalui metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik yang dipandu oleh tim pengabdi. Peserta pelatihan ini sebanyak 15 orang pengelola BUMDes. Pasca pelatihan, pengelola BUMDes diharapkan dapat menghasilkan rancangan bisnis dengan model CANVAS. Pengabdian ini dinilai penting upaya strategis dalam mengembangan peran BUMDes dalam meningkatkan potensi bisnis desa.

Abstract

Abstract There are two main problems felt by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME), namely: (1) the lack of skills of MSME actors in developing businesses (2) the lack of skills of MSME’s actors in using social media as a promotional medium. The Social Media Function Optimization Training for MSME Promotion Facilities is an activity to improve the promotion and marketing competence of MSME actors. The training was carried out on June 12, 2022, attended by a number of MSME actors with various types of businesses they run such as coffee shop entrepreneurs, food entrepreneurs, and so on. The activities carried out in this series of services include: (1) Providing material on how to optimize the function of social media, (2) Checking various e-commerce, and (3) Checking and improving promotions for MSMEs. After the Social Media Function Optimization Training for MSME Promotion Facilities, 93% of participants gave a positive assessment of the training provided. On the other hand, the participants also requested that training could be followed up with various other trainings. Another potential that can be developed in the future is related to the form of training which is developed into a workshop so that participants can directly practice the materials. It is hoped that MSME actors in partner places can take advantage of social media as a promotional medium so that they can increase their sales and profits. Abstrak Terdapat dua permasalahan utama yang dirasakan pelaku UMKM, yaitu: (1) kurangnya keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam mempromosikan usahanya (2) kurangnya keterampilan pelaku UMKM dalam memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai media promosi. Kegiatan Pelatihan Optimalisasi Fungsi Media Sosial Untuk Sarana Promosi UMKM merupakan kegiatan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi promosi maupun pemasaran pelaku UMKM. Pelatihan dilakukan pada 12 Juni 2022 dan dihadiri oleh sejumlah pelaku UMKM di Kecamatan Cilincing Jakarta Utara dengan berbagai jenis usaha yang mereka jalankan seperti pengusaha kedai kopi, pengusaha makanan, pengusaha pakaian, dan lain sebagainya. Adapun aktivitas yang dilakukan dalam rangkaian kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: (1) Pemberikan materi bagaimana mengoptimalkam fungsi media sosial, (2) Pengecekan berbagai e-commerce, dan (3) Pengecekan dan perbaikan promosi untuk UMKM. Setelah kegiatan Pelatihan Optimalisasi Fungsi Media Sosial Untuk Sarana Promosi UMKM, 93 % peserta memberikan penilaian yang positif terhadap pelatihan yang diberikan. Di sisi lain, para peserta juga meminta agar kegiatan pelatihan seperti ini dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan berbagai pelatihan lainnya. Potensi lainnya yang dapat dikembangkan kedepan adalah berkaitan dengan bentuk pelatihan yang dikembangkan menjadi workshop agar peserta dapat langsung mempraktikkan materi yang disampaikan sehingga narasumber hanya berperan sebagai fasilitator yang memonitoring langsung kemampuan para peserta. diharapkan pelaku UMKM di tempat mitra dapat memanfaatkan social media sebagai media promosi sehingga dapat meningkatkan penjualan dan keuntungan mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of self-control, parental socialization, and financial literacy through financial attitudes on the saving behavior of SMK students. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection methods in the form of a survey method conducted through the distribution of questionnaires. The sampling technique used was convenience sampling. This study used a sample of 263 respondents consisting of vocational students in Jabodetabek. The data analysis techniques used in this study were validity tests, reliability tests, model feasibility tests, and hypothesis testing using SPSS software version 25 and AMOS version 23. The results of hypothesis testing in this study showed that self-control, parental socialization, financial literacy, and financial attitudes have a positive and significant effect on saving behavior in vocational students. Financial attitudes can partially mediate the relationship between financial literacy and saving behavior. The results of this study can contribute to schools and parents in directing or instilling students in saving behaviour that is useful for the future of students and supports the Indonesian economy. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kontrol diri, sosialisasi orang tua, dan literasi keuangan melalui sikap keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung siswa SMK. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa metode survei yang dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan convenience sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 263 responden yang terdiri dari siswa SMK di Jabodetabek. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berupa uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji kelayakan model dan uji hipotesis dengan menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 dan AMOS versi 23. Hasil pengujian hipotesis pada penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kontrol diri, sosialisasi orang tua, literasi keuangan, dan sikap keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung pada siswa SMK. Sikap keuangan bisa menjadi mediasi parsial hubungan literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung. Hasil penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi pihak sekolah dan orang tua dalam mengarahkan ataupun menanamkan siswanya untuk melakukan perilaku menabung yang berguna bagi masa depan siswa dan mendukung perekonomian Indonesia.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use; trust and the perceived usefulness of the adoption of e-wallets among e-wallets users in Jabodetabek. The population of this study is the Jabodetabek people with a sample of 200 respondents who use e-wallets aged 18 to 40 years. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey method through questionnaires distributed online. The analytical technique used to process the collected data is validity test and reliability test with SPSS software; model fit test and hypothesis testing with AMOS 26 software. Through these analytical techniques, the results obtained that all indicators are valid and reliable, and the variables perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness have a significant effect on the adoption of e-wallets, while the trust variable has no significant effect on the adoption of e-wallets. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk menguji pengaruh antara perceived ease of use, trust, dan perceived usefulness terhadap adoption of e-wallet pada pengguna e-wallet di Jabodetabek. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek dengan sampel yang digunakan 200 responden pengguna e-wallet berusia 18 sampai 40 tahun. Jenis penelitian ini, yaitu penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode survei melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan secara daring. Teknik analisis yang digunakan untuk mengolah data yang terkumpul adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan software SPSS, uji kesesuaian model dan uji hipotesis dengan software AMOS 26. Melalui teknik-teknik analisis tersebut didapat hasil bahwa seluruh indikator valid dan reliabel, serta variabel perceived ease of use dan perceived usefulness berpengaruh signfikan terhadap adoption of e-wallet, sedangkan variabel trust tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap adoption of e-wallet.

Abstract

ABSTRACT Financial satisfaction is determined by circumstances and understanding of personal financial needs. This research analysis is needed to investigate the determinants of financial satisfaction in the sandwich generation and their implications for financial management behavior. This research is quantitative and causal. Data collection was carried out through a research survey conducted in Greater Jakarta using an online questionnaire which was distributed via social media and involved one hundred and twenty five generations of sandwiches. The research findings show that financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on financial management behavior and financial satisfaction. The hypothesis is rejected where financial attitudes do not affect financial management behavior and financial satisfaction. Financial management behavior has a positive and significant effect on financial satisfaction in the sandwich generation. Keyword: financial management behavior, financial satisfaction, sandwich generation ABSTRAK Kepuasan keuangan ditentukan oleh keadaan dan pemahaman akan kebutuhan finansial pribadinya. Maka, analisis penelitian ini diperlukan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor penentu kepuasan keuangan pada generasi sandwich dan implikasinya terhadap perilaku mengelola keuangan. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan kausal. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui survei penelitian yang dilakukan di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan kuesioner online yang disebarkan melalui media sosial dan melibatkan seratus dua puluh lima generasi sandwich. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan. Hipotesis ditolak dimana sikap keuangan tidak mempengaruhi perilaku mengelola keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan. Perilaku mengelola keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan keuangan pada generasi sandwich. Kata kunci: perilaku mengelola keuangan, kepuasan keuangan, generasi sandwich

Abstract

Abstract The development of technology and digitalization has drastically changed the marketing landscape. Customers today are more connected online and spend a lot of time on digital platforms. Digital marketing training provides an understanding of how to use data and analytics to identify and understand consumer behavior, thus enabling companies to send relevant and engaging messages to the right audience. This digital marketing training program is conducted with several approach methods offered to solve the problem of limited knowledge and skills of marketing students of SMKN 3 Jakarta in marketing expertise using digital technology. These methods include lectures and practical demonstrations. The participants of this Community Service were attended by 32 students from the Online Business and Marketing department of SMKN 3 Jakarta. The implementation of the activity went smoothly, this was due to the participation and interrelation of all parties, especially the students, teachers, and the committee team. The results of the community service are expected to help participants to maximize their knowledge and skills in the field of digital marketing. Abstrak Perkembangan teknologi dan digitalisasi telah mengubah lanskap pemasaran secara drastis. Pelanggan saat ini lebih terhubung secara online dan menghabiskan banyak waktu di platform digital. Pelatihan digital marketing memberikan pemahaman tentang cara menggunakan data dan analitik untuk mengidentifikasi dan memahami perilaku konsumen, sehingga memungkinkan perusahaan untuk mengirim pesan yang relevan dan menarik kepada audiens yang tepat. Program pelatihan digital marketing ini dilakukan dengan beberapa metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan keterbatasan pengetahuan dan keterampilan siswa jurusan pemasaran SMKN 3 Jakarta dalam keahlian pemasaran menggunakan teknologi digital. Metode tersebut antara lain yaitu metode ceramah dan demonstrasi praktik. Peserta Pengabdian Masyarakat ini seluruhnya dihadiri oleh 32 siswa dari jurusan Bisnis Daring dan Pemasaran SMKN 3 Jakarta. Pelaksanaan kegiatan tersebut berjalan lancar, hal ini dikarenakan partisipasi dan keterkaitan semua pihak terutama para siswa, guru, dan tim panitia. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat tersebut diharapkan dapat membantu para peserta untuk memaksimalkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mereka dalam bidang digital marketing.

Abstract

Abstract This community service aims to synchronize the problems found during desk research with the reality in the field so that the solutions can be directly offered to the issues encountered during seminars. The main problem faced by Indonesian Migrant Workers (PMI) in Taiwan is how to manage finances and get business ideas to build a business when they return to Indonesia. The first speaker emphasized the importance of building an entrepreneurial mindset for PMIs. They must have the courage to start and learn from best practices and the best mentors in order to be able to innovate and dare to take risks because entrepreneurial action can be formed from small business activities. The second speaker offered solutions to overcome financial management problems for PMI through financial planning with a period, grouping spending priorities, investing, and doing good budgeting. Abstrak Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah bentuk sinkronisasi permasalahan yang ditemukan saat desk research dengan kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan, sehingga dapat secara langsung ditawarkan alteratif solusi atas masalah yang dihadapi saat pelaksanaan seminar pengabdian masyarakat. Masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh Pekerja Migran Indonesia (PMI) di Taiwan adalah bagaimana mengelola keuangan dan mendapatkan ide bisnis untuk membangun usaha saat kembali ke Indonesia. Pembicara pertama menekankan pentingnya membangun pola pikir wirausaha bagi para PMI. Mereka harus berani memulai, belajar dari best practice dan mentor terbaik agar dapat berinovasi serta berani mengambil resiko, sebab pada dasarnya aktivitas kewirausahaan itu dapat dimulai dari bisnis-bisnis kecil. Sementara pembicara kedua menawarkan solusi mengatasi permasalahan pengelolaan keuangan bagi PMI melalui perencanaan keuangan dengan rentang waktu, mengelompokkan perioritas pengeluaran, investasi dan melakukan budgeting dengan baik.
