Abstract

This article describes the important role of learning media with its influence on students' special maharah skills. Learning media is very necessary in this technological era. So educators must be able to keep up with technological developments. Educators are expected to be proficient in keeping up with technological developments. In improving the Arabic language, students are also supported by technology. It can be said that researchers in this case utilize wavepad audio learning media to increase students' special gifts. In this study, researchers used qualitative analysis methods. The method used by this researcher describes how to increase students' special gifts through wavepad learning media. Learning with wavepad media aims to convey the message content of a material, stimulate the sharpness of students' understanding and strengthen the vocabulary mastered by students. And through this learning role, educators can guide students to master the mahrah istima' material properly and correctly.

Abstract

Quality improvement is becoming increasingly important for an educational institution as an effort to gain better control through its actions. The principal is a leader with the authority to regulate everything in a school institution. For the duties and responsibilities of school leaders to become real, presumably, school principals need to understand, explore and apply several concepts of management science first - these have been developed by thinkers in the business world, namely TQM (Total Quality Management) or Integrated Quality Management - later applied in education. Implementation of education needs to pay attention to the characteristics, aspirations, and needs of the community. Education should be able to provide a contextual response according to the global context. In other words, various efforts to bring together multiple parties with interests or stakeholders so that access to the formulation of policies and decision-making concerning equity and expansion of services, quality, relevance, and efficiency of education management.
