Abstract

Jumlah mahasiswa aktif Untag Banyuwangi berdasarkan pada tahun genap akademik 2019/2020 sebanyak 4099 mahasiswa. Pada kegiatan PPK tahun 2019 dari 100 mahasiswa yang mendaftar hanya 20 yang didampingi secara intensif dan hanya 5 yang sampai sekarang bisa berhasil. Dari 20 mahasiswa tersebut belum ada yang memiliki business plan, mahasiswa dan alumni hanya sekedar berbisnis tanpa mempunyai perencanaan dalam business plan. Dengan melihat tingginya minat mahasiswa dan alumni yang ingin mengikuti PPK di Untag Banyuwangi, maka perlu dilakukan pendampingan kewirausahaan mahasiswa dan alumni tahun 2020 untuk membuat perencanaan bisnis. Pelaksanaan PPK di Untag Banyuwangi dilaksanakan dengan tahapan campaign program pengembangan kewirausahaan, live instagram cara gampang bikin iklan yang menghasilkan banyak pelanggan, live instagram cara meledakkan omset lewat marketplace, pelatihan dan pendampingan dalam beberapa sesi webinar 1 dengan tema “Branding untuk usaha mahasiswa”, webinar 2 dengan tema “Bangun bisnis milyaran, modal recehan”, webinar 3 dengan tema “Jurus Ampuh menguasai bisnis kuliner”, pendampingan strategi bisnis dan pengembangan pembelajaran virtual menggunakan Massive Online Open Course Program Pengembangan Kewirausahaan 2020. Dengan pendampingan kewirausahaan melalui PPK tahun 2020 mahasiswa dan alumni memiliki business plan dan dapat dijadikan sebagai acuan melakukan bisnis secara tepat sehingga dapat meningkatkan omset.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many businesses experiencing a slump. The decline occurred because businesses were not ready to adapt to changing consumer preferences. Shops and supermarkets, which are usually crowded with consumers, are now suddenly deserted because consumers prefer to stay at home. Business owners must innovate, especially in terms of marketing to maintain their existence during the pandemic. This activity aims to improve the entrepreneurial skills of students and alumni to survive during the pandemic. The method of implementing this entrepreneurship development program is carried out in the form of a webinar with the theme Branding and Marketing Innovation During the Covid-19 Pandemic. The total number of participants is approximately 80 students and alumni. The results of the activity showed that the webinar activity really helped the participant's business to be able to grow and survive the pandemic. It is hoped that this webinar can increase creativity and bring up participant innovation to become strong entrepreneurs in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing training and assistance to goat breeders (K-Milk Farm) in Kalipuro Village in compiling and making the cost of production. The cost of production helps farmers to be able to independently calculate how much production costs are incurred which can then be used as a basis for calculating business profit and loss, even though the price for livestock products in the form of milk is determined by the market. The method of implementing community service is carried out by providing training in classifying the costs incurred by breeders. Variable costs, fixed costs and semi-variable costs. After the classification is carried out, training is given related to the calculation and preparation of the cost of production. Not only training, this service is also followed by mentoring activities aimed at maintaining communication and consultation between the service team and breeders. The results of the service show that farmers so far have not separated the costs used for production and non-production purposes. So to make the cost of production free from bias it is necessary to separate costs.

Abstract

Migrant workers, also known as Indonesian Migrant Workers (TKI), are one of the professions that many Indonesians choose. The reasons are varied, ranging from a lack of jobs in the country to economic reasons because the salaries of TKI are quite high. Problems arise when migrant workers have returned to their homeland and start managing businesses (MSMEs). Empowerment training for former TKI women through business strategy and finance training is urgently needed. So that the University of 17 August 1945 Banyuwangi collaborated with Migrant Care to conduct training. Through the FGD method, interactive lectures, and mentoring, the training conducted resulted in participants' understanding regarding business strategy (Cost Leadership, Differentiation, Focus) that will be applied in their business. In addition, participants also know basic accounting and how to calculate HPP and how to do a Break Even Point (BEP) analysis. Through mentoring, the participants have also been able to create financial position reports and profit/loss reports for their respective MSMEs.

Abstract

penelitiannya bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan. Sedangkan variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah kepuasan pelanggan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 60 responden. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas metode sampel penelitian, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji f, uji t, koefisien determinasi, dan uji asumsi klasik dan data dianalisis menggunakan program SPSSV.22. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, program SPSS terbukti berkorelasi signifikan pada tingkat signifikansi (sig<0,05) sehingga dinyatakan valid dalam pengukuran. Reliable karena nilai Cronbach Alpha ≥ 0,6. Berdasarkan uji F diperoleh angka F hitung lebih besar dari F tabel (209,244 > 3,16). Dengan demikian kaidah keputusan uji F menyatakan menolak Ho dan menerima Ha yang berbunyi terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Citra Merek dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan pada ADIRA Finance Banyuwangi. Dari analisis menggunakan uji asumsi heteroskedastisitas klasik diketahui bahwa Citra Barnd (X1) dan Kualitas Pelayanan (X2). ditunjukkan tidak adanya pola yang jelas secara acak dan tidak beraturan, serta titik-titik menyebar di atas dan di bawah angka 0 pada sumbu Y, maka tidak terjadi heteroskedastisitas.

Abstract

This research aims to look at business capital and business innovation concepts implemented in hotels in Banyuwangi. Banyuwangi was chosen because of its status as a city with a growing tourism industry which has experienced rapid growth in the last 10 years. A total of 124 hotel and homestay samples contributed to this research. The research method used was purposive sampling with several criteria. The research results show that first, the concept of innovation and business model innovation in the tourism sector, especially hotels, really needs new ideas to develop it. Exploitation of business models or business innovation will have an impact when implemented, especially for hotels in tourist destination areas. Second, the innovation carried out can be technological or non-technological depending on the aim of increasing competitiveness. This research suggests that for further research it would be better to carry out a qualitative approach to get more comprehensive results.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Word of mouth, Fasilitas dan Daya tarik wisata terhadap keputusan berkunjung diwisata pinus camp 2 Songgon. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik probability sampling, dan menggunakan Metode Simple Random Sampling. Dalam penentuan jumlah sampel penelitian penulis menggunakan rumus Hair et al, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 Responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan menggunakan jenis data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial word of mouth, fasilitas dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung di wisata pinus camp 2 Songgon, dan secara simultan word of mouth, fasilitas, dan daya tarik wisata berpengaruh terhadap keputusan berkunjung diwisata pinus camp 2 Songgon.
