Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya tugas perkembangan peserta didik yang belum tercapai dan masih adanya Guru Bimbingan Koseling yang belum menggunakan metode yang bervariasi dalam melaksanakan bimbingan kelompok. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan: 1).Profil pencapaian tugas perkembangan peserta didik, 2).Pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK mengunakan metode role playing. 3).Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing dalam membantu pencapain tugas perkembangan peserta didik. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan mixed method. Teknik pengambilan sample menggunakan purposive sampling dengan 35 partisipan. Sedangkan penelitian kualitatif, informan kunci penelitian yaitu 1 Guru Bimbingan Konseling kelas XI IPS 1 dan 2 orang informan tambahan . Instrumen yang di gunakan yaitu Iventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP) dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan media Iventori Tugas Perkembangan (ITP). Teknik yang digunakan dalam pengolahan data menggunakan ATP. Untuk analisis data kualitatif melalui reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa masih adanya peserta didik tugas perkembangan belum tercapai dan pelaksanaan BKP masih diskusi saja. Model rancangan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode role playing dalam membantu pencapain tugas perkembangan peserta didik disusun berdasarkan data pencapaian tugas perkembangan dan pelaksanaan bimbingan kelompok oleh guru BK. Dari hasil penelitian ini maka dapat di rekomendasikan agar Guru BK bisa melakukan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan beberapa teknik yang terdapat di Bimbingan dan Konseling.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi adanya peserta didik yang mengabaikan guru ketika berbicara, bersikap kasar pada teman sekelasnya, tidak duduk dengan sopan, mengobrol di kelas ketika guru menerangkan pelajaran, berkelahi di sekolah, meninggalkan kelas ketika jam pelajaran berlangsung, dan berbohong kepada guru serta kurangnya toleransi. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui: 1) Gambaran etika pergaulan peserta didik sebelum diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan diskusi kelompok, 2) Gambaran etika pergaulan peserta didik setelah diberikan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dan 3) Efektifitas layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan etika pergaulan peserta didik. Sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling, yaitu 9 orang peserta didik kelas XII IPS³ yang memiliki etika bergaul kurang baik. Pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, analisa data menggunakan statistik deskriptif dengan memakai formula persentase dan uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Gambaran etika pergaulan peserta didik sebelum diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi berada pada kategori cukup baik. (2) Gambaran etika pergaulan peserta didik setelah diberikan layanan bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi berada pada kategori baik dan (3) Efektifitas bimbingan kelompok dengan menggunakan metode diskusi dalam meningkatkan etika pergaulan peserta didik.

Abstract

The research objectives describe:1.The task profile of students' developmental achievement in class XI SMAN 3 Mukomuko. 2.Implementation of group guidance in helping the achievement of developmental tasks carried out by the Guidance and Counseling Teacher. 3.The group guidance service design model using the cinema therapy method in helping the achievement of student developmental tasks. This study uses a mixed method. Dataanalysis techniques for Development Task Inventory(ITP). While qualitative research,techniques used in data processing through data reduction,data presentation and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of research the following conclusions can be drawn:1.The profile of the task of achieving the development of students in class XI of SMAN 3 Mukomuko seen from the Inventory of Development Tasks is generally at the level of self-awareness. 2.Implementation of group guidance in assisting the achievement of developmental tasks carried out by the Guidance and Counseling Teacher,providing monotonous group guidance, discussions, homeroom. 3.Thedesign model of group guidance services using the cinema therapy method in helping the achievement of student developmental tasks. Based on the results of the research,it can be recommended that the Guidance and Counseling Teachers be able to apply the group guidance service design model using the cinema therapy method.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe: 1) the representation of permissive parents in shaping adolescent's behavior. 2) the impact of permissive parents in shaping adolescent's behavior. 3) the developmental model  of guidance and counseling services in shaping adolescent's behavior as a result of the permissive parenting. This study was descriptive qualitative approach. The key informants were two parents, two teenagers with one of their sister. The instrument used was structured interview and technique of data analysis was data reduction, data presentation and conclusion inductively. The results showed that: 1) the representation of permissive parents in shaping adolescent's behavior; it strongly needs to give them freedom to do many things without control and guidance. 2) the impact of permissive parents in shaping adolescent's behavior was they  frequently use the freedom given  without  responsibility. 3) the developmental model  of guidance and counseling services in shaping adolescent's behavior as a result of the permissive parenting was using an improved communication model and implementing counseling reality. The implication of this study is to apply the various types of parenting so that the control and guidance have a good impact for the adolescents. Furthermore, parents need to give the adolescents freedom in order to develop their positive behavior.Keywords: Guidance and Counseling Services, Adolescents’ Behavior, Parents’ Permissive Model
