Abstract

Kegiatan belajar di masa pandemi dengan sistem online (Daring) memiliki berdampak positif dan negatif. Pasca pandemi covid -19 menimbulkan banyak permasalahan, membuat motivasi di dalam diri menjadi menurun, oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya bagaimana memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut agar dapat menimbulkan semangat dan dorongan motivasi pada diri pribadi. Bagaimana kita mampu untuk bertahan hidup dalam kondisi pasca covid -19, dengan demikian salah satu cara untuk meningkatkan motivasi melalui kegiatan webinar “Motivasi Diri Menuju Pribadi yang Tangguh Di Era Milineal (The Fower of Young Generation). Tujuannya untuk membangun motivasi pada generasi yang mandiri pada pasca pandemic covid-19. Dari hasil kegiatan webinar dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk menjadi pribadi yang tangguh dan kuat, kita harus mampu beradaptasi pada lingkungan apapun sehingga mampu memotivasi diri dalam menumbuhkan rasa percaya diri dalam aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether Emotional Intelligence, on Business Performance with Dual Role Conflict of women micro business actors in Tanjung Selor. The type of research method used is quantitative. The population in this study were female micro business actors in Tanjung Selor. The number of respondents studied was 120 respondents. The results of this study are first, it was found that there is a relationship between Emotional Intelligence on Dual Role Conflict has a negative effect insignificant, the relationship between Emotional Intelligence on Business Performance has a positive effect insignificant, and the relationship between Dual Role Conflict on Business Performance has a positive effect insignificant.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of the Bulungan district government in improving the quality of banana crops in the village of Downstream as an effort to prosper the local community. The type of research used descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interview and documentation. The respondents in this study were local people, both farmers and village officials. The results of the study showed that the role of the Bulungan district government in increasing the quality of banana harvest in the village of Sajau Hilir is going well; Field extension workers have already been carried out such as providing fertilizer and conducting the training for banana farmers until the post-harvest processing stage, but the problem faced by farmers were that the selling price of bananas has decreased sharply so that many have left, at this time the government was more focused on increased production of rice, soybeans, and corn, this is one of the causes of banana plantations being used by the farmers in the lower reaches of the village.
