Abstract

This research aims at getting a picture of guardian teachers’ perception in MTsN, MAN, and SMAN in Kediri city toward pedagogical, professional, personal and social competences of PPL students of Tarbiyah department of STAIN Kediri in 2005. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative. The findings show that the average score for pedagogical competence is 69.13 % which is included in good criteria. The average score for professional competence is 72.36 % which is included in good criteria. The average score for personal competence is 75.97 % which is included in good criteria. Furthermore, the average score for social competence is 75.09 % which is included in good criteria. Therefore, it can be concluded that the guardian teachers’ perception in MTsN, MAN, and SMAN in Kediri city toward the implementation of PPL (Praktek Pengalaman Lapangan) of Tarbiyah students of STAIN Kediri is good with average score 73.14 %.

Abstract

The government take serious act to enhance quality of education either public or private school. One of famous way used by education organization is adopting international based quality management system. One of international based quality standard about Quality Management System is ISO 9001:2008, customer oriented quality management system. Application of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in education service is the right momentum to fix quality of education especially madrasah. Application of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 in education organization are meant to enhance customer’s satisfaction through education organization, build awareness about the urgency of prime service to customer, teach education organization so they loyal to agreeable things, and prepare quality document. The successful of Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 implementation affected by culture own by madrasah. Sincerity is needed to facilitate and manage culture changes into quality culture.
