Abstract

Alfagift merupakan aplikasi belanja online dari Alfamart yang memberikan pengalaman berbelanja yang berbeda dengan manfaat keanggotaan yang terintegrasi (online dan offline). Ada beberapa permasalahan pada penggunaan aplikasi Alfagift seperti, tidak ada metode pembayaran Cash On Delivery (COD), transaksi yang sering kali gagal, tidak ada informasi Expired, aplikasi sering mengalami masalah teknis seperti bug. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dijadikan bahan kebijakan perusahaan dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja aplikasi. Penelitian kesuksesan Alfagift dengan menggunakan  model DeLone dan Mclean. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antra kualitas sistem (KS) dengan kepuasan pengguna (KP), terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan anatra kualitas informasi (KI) dengan kepuasan pengguna (KP), tidak terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna (KP) dengan manfaat bersih (MB).

Abstract

With the existence of computers and applications, it is hoped that it can help humans or users in processing and presenting accurate and fast information so as to obtain effectiveness and efficiency, both in terms of time and cost. However, this still really requires a security system in the delivery of a document or information so that it cannot be used by other unauthorized parties who can harm the owner of the document or information both materially and immaterially. Digital signature is an electronic signature that can be used to prove the authenticity of the identity of the sender of a message or the signer of a document, and to ensure that the contents of the message or document are sent without changes.(Junadhi, 2019).The application development model used is the Extreme Programming model with the stages of planning, design, coding, and testing, using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) design, namely Usecase Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. The builder software used is XAMPP and uses the Codeigniter framework and the PHP programming language with a MySQL database, and uses Black Box Testing as its testing. The conclusion that can be drawn from the results of making application for student activity proposals using web-based digital signatures with this extreme programming method is that the proposal tracking feature can make it easier for the Student Association to see if the proposals have been submitted and digital signatures using qr-code can make it easier student associations to directly print signature documents without coming directly to several parties, can make it easier for the Head of Study Programs, Student Executive Board, Head of Student Affairs and Head of STT to approve or approve proposal documents through applications at any time, and make it easier for the Head of Field Staff Students to monitor the delivery of proposal documents from the Student Association. So this application is still in the tri dharma of college.

Abstract

The use of information systems in an organization has many advantages, just like the use of a website for institutions or companies is very helpful in conveying information, one of which is in administrative matters that can be applied using information system technology, namely for scholarship management. Scholarships can be interpreted as providing financial assistance to individuals, with the aim of being used for the continuity of the education taken. In the process of submission and approval in the selection of scholarship admissions that run in the field of student affairs at this time, it is still carried out manually both from the process of collecting files, selection to determining scholarship recipients is carried out manually by the head of the study program. Therefore, the field of Student Affairs at STT Wastukancana Purwakarta, requires an information system that can help the process of applying for and approving scholarships digitally carried out by students of each study program coordinated by the student affairs field. The system development method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) model consisting of the Requirements Planning, RAD Workshop Design, and Implementation stages. The results of this study produce a scholarship management information system that can solve problems in the scholarship admission selection process by being able to do it digitally from the process of informing the existence of scholarship opportunities, submission, selection to determining scholarship recipients.

Abstract

CV. Dea Ayu Lestari is a company that operates as a collector and seller of solid waste from factory production. In this company, a small part of the PPIC system is being tested to gain an overview of how the system would work in a large manufacturing company. The data processing process is already computerized but still limited. Some of the newly available data processing processes include processing stock information, which includes incoming and outgoing goods data, as well as stock reports.The system development method used is the Waterfall method, and the development tool utilizes Unified Modeling Language (UML) modeling. This system is created using PHP version 5.4.7 and the database utilizes MySQL version 5.5.27. The result is an information management system for processing company data that allows administrators to quickly, accurately, and computerize the data recapitulation process. It covers stock data, incoming and outgoing goods, employee attendance, payroll, financial reports, and sales reports. Likewise, the company director can easily access information in the form of reports such as stock reports, incoming and outgoing goods reports, employee attendance reports, payroll reports, financial reports, and sales reports for the company they manage.

Abstract

Tiktok adalah suatu aplikasi media sosial dan vidio musik, pada bulan April tahun 2021 TikTok memperkenalkan fitur belanja online TikTok Shop di Indonesia. Berdasarkan survei Populix, sebanyak 45% masyarakat di Indonesia mereka pernah melakukan pembelian secara online melalui platform media sosial. telah menggunakan TikTok Shop, persentasenya lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan platform lain. Penelitian ini digunakan untuk analisis faktor yang mempengaruhi penerimaan fitur TikTok Shop yang dalam hal ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Purwakarta dengan menggunakan Technology Acceptance Model dengan 6 variabel yang digunakan yaitu Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (ATU), Behavioral Intense to Use (BITU), Actual System Use (ASU), Perceived Enjoyment (PE). Dari hasil olah data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling, terdapat 7 hipotesis yang diuji, 5 hipotesis diterima sementara 2 hipotesis ditolak. Sehingga, penerimaan fitur TikTok Shop di Kabupaten Purwakarta belum sepenuhnya diterima.

Abstract

Services available on mobile banking can make transactions and request financial information, such as checkimg balances, viewing account mutation history and the like even so, it is felt that there are still opinions and complaint submitted by users in the Play Store review column of the application. Based on these problems, sentimen analysis research was carried out on reviews of the BRImo and BCA Mobile applications on the Play Store as research objects using the Support Vector Machine and Lexicon Based classification algorithms. Based on this result, it is known that the BCA Mobile application has more negative sentiment than the BRImo application. The sentiment classification of application reviews in testing the Support Vector Machine and Lexicon Based on the BRImo application obtained 94% accuracy and, on the BCA, Mobile application the accuracy was 95%Keywords: Lexicon Based; Mobile Banking; Play Store; Sentiment Analysis; Support Vector MachineAbstrakLayanan yang ada pada mobile banking dapat melakukan transaksi dan meminta informasi keuangan, seperti memeriksa saldo, melihat riwayat mutasi rekening, dan sejenisnya. Meskipun demikian, dirasa masih terdapat pendapat dan keluhan yang disampaikan oleh pengguna pada kolom ulasan play store dari aplikasi tersebut. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut dilakukan penelitian analisis sentimen pada ulasan aplikasi BRImo dan BCA Mobile di Play Store sebagai objek penelitian menggunakan algoritma klasifikasi Support Vector Machine dan Lexicon Based. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut diketahui bahwa aplikasi BCA Mobile memiliki sentimen negatif yang lebih banyak dibandingkan aplikasi BRImo. Klasifikasi sentimen ulasan aplikasi dalam pengujian menggunakan Support Vector Machine pada aplikasi BRImo didapatkan accuracy 94%, Lalu pada aplikasi BCA Mobile accuracy 95%.Â
