Abstract

Tuntutan kemampuan dalam penggunaan program aplikasi Microsoft Office di era digital sangat dibutuhkan termasuk remaja karang taruna Desa Sumberjati untuk siap kerja di perusahaan atau berwirausaha dengan pengelolaan administrasi yang baik. Sulitnya akses internet untuk belajar program Ms. Office secara mandiri dipengaruhi oleh letak geografis desa ini yang berada pada wilayah pegunungan. Sehingga diperlukan pelatihan untuk pengembangan IPTEK dalam pemrograman Ms. Office secara langsung. Materi yang diberikan merupakan materi yang pada umumnya digunakan dalam pengelolaan administrasi seperti Microsoft Word dan Microsoft Excel. Pada pelatihan ini diikuti lebih dari 50 remaja dan dilakasanakan di Balai Desa Sumberjati. Dari jumlah materi yang disediakan sebanyak 77 dan 59 buah mempunyai peningkatan pengembangan materi sebesar 127,9%. Abstract

Kemiskinan merupakan masalah yang masih terjadi di negara Indonesia. Kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengatasi hal tersebut dengan mengadakan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Pemilihan calon penerima PKH di desa dilakukan oleh kepala dusun. Untuk menghindari adanya penentuan penerima PKH secara subyektif, maka diperlukan sebuah sistem yang mampu mengatasi hal tersebut. Metode pemilihan yang digunakan adalah naive bayes dan Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). Alur penelitian yang dilakukan adalah melakukan analisa kebutuhan dengan melakukan wawancara dan pencarian pustaka, pendesainan sistem dan implementasi sistem. Tujuan penelitian adalah menghindari pemilihan penerima PKH secara subyektif, mengetahui performansi metode naïve bayes dan SAW. Kriteria yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah luas bangunan, jenis lantai, jenis dinding, daya listrik, jumlah makan daging per minggu, jumlah makan per hari, kemampuan berobat, penghasilan, jenis kendaraan yang dimiliki, jenis pekerjaan dan memiliki anak sekolah sampai jenjang SMP. Performansi metode naive bayes memiliki nilai presisi sebesar 94,8%, nilai recall 93,2%, nilai akurasi sebesar 93,8%. Nilai presisi, recall, dan akurasi dari metode Simple Additive Weighting yang mencapai 100%.

Abstract

Background of the study: Generally, during the rainy season, many potholes asphalt road are found. The high rainfall results in the fragile contour of the asphalt road and triggers a traffic accident. In the last decade, the development of potholes asphalt road detection has various method approaches.Purpose:  The research used precision to get a performance of the system.Method: In this study, the development system can classify potholes asphalt road by a simple algorithm. It also considers the time and space complexity.Findings: The algorithms as possible and only uses the handy-camera device to capture data which the level of performance as good as the results of previous research. Capturing data is also various distances with 450 point angles. For classification steps, the system applied two main features, area and shape feature of the object. The used parameters for these features are the length of major and minor axis object. It used to calculate area and eccentricity values.Conclusion: In conclusion, the experiment result reaches 81.696% of the 1125 frames used.

Abstract

Background of the study: Giving book code by a librarian in accordance with the Decimal Dewey Classification system aims to facilitate the search for books on the shelf precisely and quickly. Purpose: The first step in giving code to determine the class of books is the principal division which has 10 classes.Method: This study proposed Optical Character Recognition to read the title text on the book cover, preprocessing the text, and classifying it by Long Short-Term Memory Neural Network. Findings: In general, a librarian labeled a book by reading the book title on the book cover and doing book class matching with the book guide of DDC. Automatically, the task requires time increasingly. We tried to classify the text without OCR and utilize OCR which functions to convert the text in images into text that is editable. BY the experimental result, the level of classification accuracy without utilizing OCR is higher than using OCR. Conclusion: The magnitude of the accuracy is 88.57% and 74.28% respectively. However, the participation of OCR in this classification is quite efficient enough to assist a beginner librarian to overcome this problem because the accuracy difference is less than 15%.

Abstract

The demand to improve the ability in managing an administration by utilizing Microsoft Office is getting higher. However, there are obstacles that affect the ability of administrative management, such as the age and educational background of the administration manager. The Sumengko Village Government supports the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 47 of 2016 concerning Village Administration and in collaboration with Majaphit Islamic University to facilitate Microsoft Office operation training activities at Sumengko Village Hall. This activity lasted for 4 days consisting of a pre-test, the delivery of theory and the practice of operating Microsoft Office, and post test. The existence of pre-test and post-test activities to find out how much the skill (ability) of the participants has increased towards this training. While the material provided consisted of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Powerpoint. The increase in the ability of participants is classified based on age, recent education, and the position of participants. The age category is divided into 3 parts, namely: age 20-29 years, age 30-39 years, and age 40-49 years. Unlike the case with the last education category is divided into 2 parts, namely high school and graduate level. While the position category consists of village officials and educators. The average magnitude of capacity improvement based on age category, recent education and position for Ms.'s operation. Word, Ms. Excel, and Ms. Powerpoint reached 51.66%, 46.59% and 45.00%.

Abstract

SMPLB ACD Pertiwi adalah sebuah sekolah tingkat SMP (Sekolah Menengah Pertama) yang dikhususkan untuk ABK (Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus) yang berlokasi di Kota Mojokerto. Sekolahan ini didominasi oleh siswa dengan kategori Anak Tuna Grahita Ringan (C). Siswa ini tidak dapat mengikuti program sekolah biasa, namun masih memiliki kemampuan yang dapat dikembangkan melalui pendidikan meskipun hasilnya tidak maksimal sehingga diperlukan sebuah penanganan khusus dalam penyajian bahan ajar tematik yang digunakan. Salah satu upaya untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar tematik adalah mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan secara intensif untuk guru SMPLB ACD Pertiwi, Kota Mojokerto. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan IPTEK (Ilmu Pengetahuan dan Teknologi) tenaga pendidik SMPLB dalam penyajian bahan ajar tematik berbasis multimedia agar daya serap informasi atau tingkat kualitas belajar siswa jauh lebih baik. Selain itu, tujuan lainnya adalah agar perhatian ABK terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh guru lebih fokus sehingga berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan daya serap informasi mereka. Semakin tinggi daya serap informasi siswa maka semakin baik lulusan dan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap keberadaan mereka. Pemanfaatan multimedia dalam pengembangan bahan ajar tematik tidak hanya disajikan dalam bentuk teks namun digabungkan dengan media lainnya seperti gambar, audio, video dan animasi. Aplikasi yang digunakan untuk kegiatan ini antara lain Microsoft Powerpoint, Prezi, dan Powtoon. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian dari pre-test dan post-test kegiatan ini, peningkatan IPTEK guru dalam pengembangan bahan ajar tematik berbasis multimedia media sangatlah signifikan. Adapun nilai rata-rata persentase peningkatan IPTEK guru SMPLB-ACD Pertiwi dalam penggunaan aplikasi multimedia untuk pengembangan bahan ajar tematik secara berurut yakni 32,64%, 72,22%, dan 80,34%.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPeran guru di dunia pendidikan sangat penting dalam masa depan bangsa. Guru tidak hanya mengajar namun juga mendidik siswa untuk menjadi pribadi yang tidak hanya cerdas namun memiliki akhlak yang baik. Adanya pandemi covid-19 memberikan dampak positif bagi guru meskipun juga memiliki dampak negatif dengan banyak jumlah korban yang meninggal akibat Covid-19 sejak tahun 2020. Dampak positifnya bagi guru adalah secara tidak langsung memaksa guru untuk lebih kreatif dalam penyajian materi pembelajaran kepada siswa. Aplikasi pembuatan materi pembelajaran sangatlah variatif namun masing-masing memiliki kelemahan dan kelebihannya. Aplikasi Micosoft Power Point merupakan aplikasi yang paling umum dan hampir tersedia di seluruh sistem operasi Windows. Guru SMK Grafika di Yayasan Pendidikan Mambaul Ulum Kabupaten Mojokerto bekerjasama dengan Program Studi Teknik Informatika-Universitas Islam Majapahit untuk mengadakan kegiatan workshop tentang pembuatan materi pembelajaran yang memiliki nilai good presentation dalam rangka upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan guru dan keahlian (skill) dalam    hal tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test dan post-test serta produk materi pembelajaran yang dihasilkan tingkat pengetahuan para guru SMK Grafika tentang penggunaan Micorosoft Power Point dalam pembuatan materi pembelajaran mencapai 56.43% dan produk yang dihasilkan dalam kategori baik. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya workshop dapat membantu menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para guru SMK Grafika. Kata kunci: covid-19; materi pembelajaran; microsoft power point. ABSTRACTThe role of teachers in education is very important in the future of the nation. Teachers not only teach but also educate students to become individuals who are not only intelligent but have good morals. The existence of the covid-19 pandemic has had a positive impact on teachers although it also has a negative impact with a large number of victims who have died from Covid-19 since 2020. The positive impact for teachers is that it indirectly forces teachers to be more creative in presenting learning materials to students. Applications for making learning materials are very varied, but each has its advantages and disadvantages. The Microsoft Power Point application is the most common application and is almost available on all Windows operating systems. Graphics Vocational School teachers at the Mambaul Ulum Education Foundation, Mojokerto Regency in collaboration with the Informatics Engineering Study Program-Majapahit Islamic University to hold a workshop on making learning materials that have good presentation values in an effort to increase teacher knowledge and skills in this regard. Based on the results of the pre-test and post-test as well as the learning material products produced, the level of knowledge of the Graphic Vocational High School teachers about the use of Microsoft Power Point in making learning materials reached 56.43% and the resulting product was in a good category. This shows that the existence of a workshop can help solve the problems faced by the Graphic Vocational High School teachers. Keywords: covid-19; learning materials; microsoft power point.

Abstract

During the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, monitoring body temperature is a crucial concern for the community, and it serves as an essential step in understanding the health condition of an individual's body. The workers in environments that involve physical contact and are prone to dirt are at a higher risk of contracting COVID-19. In this study, we created a body temperature detector to optimize the working environment in the waste processing area of Mojokerto Regency. Several modules and devices have been utilized, including the Arduino Uno R3 module, an ultrasonic sensor for object detection and temperature sensing, MLX90614 for detecting body temperature, and a buzzer system. The SDLC (Build & Fix design) method was employed to simulate the actual conditions at the Randegan Landfill in Mojokerto. Consequently, the designed IoT device can automatically send information and provide follow-up through a network of various functions. It can be concluded that the developed body temperature detection device has the potential to minimize the risk of contracting COVID-19 and enhance healthier and more productive working conditions.

Abstract

Traffic problems, especially congestion which is the impact of high levels of traffic density, are problems that have not been properly resolved, especially in big cities in Indonesia. In this article, 7 features of road conditions are proposed on the level of traffic density. These features include the number of vehicles, the average speed of the vehicle, the area of the main road, the length of traffic that has been determined, the duration of traffic congestion, and the time of traffic congestion. Determining the level of traffic density can be determined by utilizing the MCDM hybrid technique to produce information that can be used to support decision-making in traffic management or other policies such as formulating policies on the buying and selling of private vehicles. The number of indicators related to computer vision for presenting information on the level of traffic density requires a large amount of time and memory. Besides that, the perception of a decision maker in determining priority weights also influences the results of the information on the level of traffic density.

Abstract

Brand Brilliant College (BBC) tutoring is one of the tutoring places in Kutorejo District, Mojokerto Regency which has teaching and learning activities between students and tutors. In Kutorejo District there are many schools of various levels of education, one of which is Elementary School. In this regard, the purpose of this research is to find the optimal route for travel in brochure distribution activities which is very necessary in order to obtain the effectiveness of the minimum distance. In this case, CSR theory is one of the solutions to problems in planning. the method used for TSP is Genetic Algorithm with data clustering using k-means. The location of tutoring is represented by a directed line. With several trials using the Genetic Algorithm produced 3 optimal routes, namely 1 1-8-6-7-5-4-2, 2.1-3-5-7-8-4-6-9-2 and 3.1-8-7 -11-9-12-5-4-2-3-6-10 with a total distance of 46.7972 KM with this test can produce an optimization route for the journey of BBC tutoring staff to elementary schools in Kutorejo District, Mojokerto Regency
