Abstract

Fenomena yang ditemukan adalah adanya ketidaksesuaian terhadap penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan menurut teori Mulyadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian penerapan Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan CPO pada PT Anglo Eastern Plantations Management Indonesia dengan teori Mulyadi. Metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode deskriptif. Jenis data yang dikumpulkan pada penelitian ini berupa data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan metode wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Penjualan CPO pada PT Anglo Eastern Plantations Management Indonesia belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan teori Mulyadi.

Abstract

The spread of the Covid 19 virus has an impact on decreasing turnover of entrepreneurs, including small entrepreneurs who partner with online applications. An online marketing strategy is needed that can increase sales volume during a pandemic. This study aims to recommend the right marketing strategy to increase sales. Selling is an integrated effort to develop strategic plans aimed at satisfying the needs and desires of buyers, in order to get sales that generate profits. The results showed that the online marketing strategy did not significantly increase the sales of MSMEs in Medan City during the Covid-19 Pandemic. 10.5% of MSME sales in Medan City During the Covid-19 Pandemic can be explained or influenced by the Online Marketing Strategy, while the rest is explained or influenced by other variables

Abstract

Savings are deposits that can only be withdrawn according to certain agreed conditions, but cannot be withdrawn by cheque, bilyet, demand deposit, and or other equivalent instruments. If the customer wants to take his deposit, he can come directly to the bank with a passbook, withdrawal slip, or through an ATM facility. Deposit customers have more consideration factors than financing customers, who tend to only focus on the amount of financing that must be paid. Financing customers are selected strictly by customers, in contrast to TPF customers who tend to act as selectors of the bank to be selected. This has an impact on bank policies to pay attention to many aspects in increasing the number of customers. Islamic banks as banks that display religious symbols have a target market for Muslim community groups in the process of collecting and distributing funds. Religion is one factor that is highly considered by consumers to decide to become a customer of a sharia bank, there are still many reasons and other factors that can influence consumer considerations to want to become a customer of a sharia bank. One of them comes from the marketing strategy carried out by Islamic banks through the marketing mix strategy.

Abstract

Hotel Madani Syariah is one of the hotels that uses management principles based on sharia. In the management aspect, the organization has the principle of mutual benefit between the leader and the led. This study aims to determine the performance of employees at the Madani Syariah Hotel Medan. Leaders have the right to be obeyed as long as they do not violate the Shari'a, as well as employees have the right to be prospered with compensation according to their field of work. Employees as important assets in the success of the company must be maintained and maintained like company assets. Human resources are the main factor that is very important for an organization. Human resources cannot be separated from the process of how to achieve organizational goals and human resources can support the achievement of these goals cannot be separated from how the leadership style is applied to create employee motivation and produce good work performance. The conclusion in this research are the leadership style applied by the manager of Hotel Madani Syariah Medan tends to be a leadership style called the inviting leader as well, with high motivation and achievement of employees. As for the advice, the direct supervisor of Hotel Madani Syariah Medan should pay more attention to the feelings of subordinates in actions and actions.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat realitas implementasi fikih muamalah di dalam dunia pesantren dalam penerapan akad bisnis syariah yang bisa diberdayakan di dalamnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif analitis. Objek penelitian adalah pesantren yang berada di wilayah Serdang Bedagai Sumatera Utara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pesantren sebagai lembaga pendidikan yang melakukan transformasi nilai pendidikan dengan tujuan menempa diri santri menjadi pribadi islami yang mandiri serta mampu menerapkan semangat kebersamaan yang mencakup sikap tolong menolong, kesetiakawanan, dan persaudaraan antar sesama. Pesantren telah menjalankan pembelajaran fikih baik secara teori dan praktik namun belum sepenuhnya memfokuskan penerapan unsur muamalah mengingat peran unsur ibadah sangat mendominasi proses transformasi oleh para pengasuh dan diawasi pelaksanannya intra pesantren. Berbagai akad syariah belum diterapkan dalam kehidupanm bisnis pesantren dan juga belum diajarkan dengan maksimal di dalam kelas. Pesantren juga memiliki peran penting dalam pengelolaan bisnis dalam perspektif syariah dalam upaya membantu menopang perekonomian masyarakat berbasis fikih muamalah Islam. Salah satunya Pesantren perlu mempersiapan kader yang mampu melakukan pembangunan pesantren berbasis fikih muamalah ekonomi Islam yang dimulai dari pengajaran dan implementasinya.
