Abstract

Changes in social culture on digital transformation in Indonesia have both positive and negative implications. This article presents a new anti-thesis in digital economy thinking, namely changes in people's behavior. The purpose of this study is to determine the socio-cultural changes of society in the digital transformation of eocnomy, the externalities of the digital economy, and the adverse impact of the slow legality of legislation. This research is a qualitative descriptive that uses indepth interviews from several key informants, so as to obtain valid data saturation based on the interviews that have been conducted. The analysis of this study used data triangulation, namely documents, interviews, and observations. The results show that the digital transformation of the economy will always be influenced by externalities, and these externalities can be negative or positive. The stigma of society in this case becomes important to be able to avoid the negative impact of transformation. Often transformation is not accompanied by clear legality of legislation, so legality in Indonesia seems slow to adapt to social and economic changes. Legality is based on events, but when an event has grown and harmed many societies, then the legality is formed. There will always be a fee to be paid to exchange the slow legality of the legislation.Keywords: Social Culture, Externalities, Digital Economy

Abstract

Pengaruh utama perempuan tidak terlepas dari paradigma dalam pemberian upah kepada tenaga kerja perempuan. Urgensi penelitian ini yaitu permasalahan dari suatu lembaga organisasi yang tidak menerapkan evaluasi kinerja secara menyeluruh seringkali menyebabkan terjadinya ketidaksetaraan upah yang didasari pada gender. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu: 1) Bagaimana evaluasi kinerja perangkat daerah Kecamatan Purwosari berdasarkan gender wage? 2) Bagaimana kendala evaluasi kinerja perangkat daerah berdasarkan gender wage Kecamatan Purwosari? 3) Bagaimana strategi perangkat daerah dalam mengatasi gender wage Kecamatan Purwosari? Metode penelitian ini yaitu kualitatif untuk menjelaskan fenomena penelitian yang lebih relevan. Penggunaan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi menjadi alat ukur utama dalam penyajian data yang selanjutnya dianalisis melalui triangulasi data dan triangulasi sumber. Objek penelitian ini adalah perangkat daerah Kecamatan Purwosari Kabupaten Pasuruan. Hasil menunjukkan Secara praktik tidak terdapat gender wage gap di Kecamatan Purwosari akan tetapi secara teoritis terjadi gender wage gap. Hal ini disebabkan karena upah lembur yang tidak dimungkinkan bagi perempuan yang memiliki peran ganda sebagai ibu rumah tangga. Terkait dengan kinerja perangkat daerah Kecamatan Purwosari tidak terjadi ketimpangan yang signifikan antara jumlah pegawai laki-laki dan perempuan.

Abstract

The importance of this community service activity is: 1) Seeking community involvement for the reduction of negative environmental impacts; 2) Increase the promotion of local innovation and creativity through the production of environmentally friendly products; 3) Increase the economic competitiveness of MSMEs in accordance with green economy principles; 4) Encourage sustainable economic recovery through activities that do not harm the environment and continue to prosper the surrounding community; 5) Creating an environmentally friendly community so as to achieve active collaboration between academics and the community. The objectives of community service activities are: 1) Increase environmental awareness; 2) Acceleration of MSME economic recovery; 3) Reduce negative impacts on the environment; 4) Encourage innovation and local research; 5) Promote sustainable tourism. The method of activity consists of two methods, namely: 1) Training; 2) Discussion. The stages of activity include: 1) Analysis of situations and problems; 2) Training and mentoring; 3) Capacity building; 4) Procurement of equipment; 5) Implementation of sustainable practices; 6) Monitoring and evaluation; 7) Dissemination of results. Measurement of the achievement of activity objectives through increasing turnover, increasing assets, increasing literacy and implementing activities. The results of the activities achieved are: 1) Increase in partner assets by 37.5%; 2) 150% improvement in partner skills; 3) 20% increase in turnover; 4) 75% increase in partner knowledge. Suitability of activity results based on research problems that have been solved.
