Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksplorasi yang bertujuan untuk mengisolasi dan mengidentifikasi senyawa metabolit sekunder dari ekstrak metanol Kulit Batang Kayu Jawa. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui beberapa tahap yaitu maserasi dengan metanol, partisi dengan n-heksan, fraksinasi, pemurnian, dan identifikasi. Hasil penelitian berupa isolat murni berbentuk serbuk berwarna putih. Isolat memeberikan hasil positif terhadap pereaksi Wagner dan Meyer. Berdasarkan hasil uji pereaksi serta analisa data spektrum IR menunjukkan bahwa isolat yang diperoleh merupakan golongan senyawa alkaloid dengan titik leleh 138,1oC. Kata kunci : lannea coromandelica (Houtt) Merr, senyawa alkaloid ABSTRACT This study is exploratory research that aimed to isolate and identifie the secondary metabolite compound from methanol extract of Kayu Jawa bark. This research was carried out in several steps, they were maceration with methanol, partition with n-hexane, fractination, purification and identification. The result was pure isolate in white powder. The isolate gave positive result to both wagner and meyer reagent test. Based on reagent test and IR spectral data analysis showed that isolate is group of alkaloid compounds with a melting point 138,10C. Keywords : lannea coromandelica (Houtt) Merr, alkaloid compound
