Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. This research uses quantitative associative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to students in STIBANKS Al Ma'soem and then processed with IBM SPSS Statistic 23. The results showed that correlation is weak and there are not significant People, Process and Physical evidence on the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. F test results showed that the factors of People, Process and Physical evidence does not significantly affect the students' decision choice STIBANKS Al Ma’soem. The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.1615, or 16.15%, that meaning simultaneous People, Process and Physical evidence contributes 16.15% to the effect on the students choice  STIBANKS Al Ma’soem, and while the rest (1-R²) of 83.85% is the number of contributions made by other factors not examined. The study reveals that students expect fast response from the officer while giving information to students, such as academic information. Students also expect a simple procedure in order for their needs, such as to make academic letters. The management of STIBANKS Al Ma’soem must improve on other factors that can increase the number of students in the next period, such as service quality and promotion mix.

Abstract

This research aimed to analyze the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on the word of mouth communication in an effort to increase the number of new students in AMIK Al Ma'soem Jatinangor using a model SerQual consisting of five dimensions. This research uses descriptive quantitative method. The research data was obtained from primary data by distributing questionnaires to students in AMIK Al Ma'soem and then processed with SPSS.The results showed that correlation is weak and there are not significant quality of service and customer satisfaction on the word of mouth communication in an effort to increase the number of new students in AMIK Al Ma'soem Jatinangor. F test results showed that the factors of service quality and customer satisfaction does not significant affect the word of mouth communication student AMIK Al Ma'soem Jatinangor to other people / prospective students.The R-square value obtained amounted to 0.102, or 10.2%, that meaning simultaneous service quality and customer satisfaction just contributes 10.2% to the effect on the word of mouth communication in AMIK Al Ma'soem Jatinangor students, while the rest (1-R²) of 89.8% is the amount of contributions made by other factors not examined.The study reveals that students expect comfortable classrooms, in other words clean, airy, and neatly arranged. Students also expect an increase in speed over the handling of complaints that arise and of course accompanied by appropriate solutions. And the management of AMIK Al Ma'soem Jatinangor must be improve and focus on other factors that allegedly could affect the number of new students who enroll, such as brand image, price and promotion.

Abstract

The level of BRISyariah Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) for the period 2015-2019 is already in the very healthy category (above 12%), while the level of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) is still in a fairly healthy category (around 85%), the ratio of Operating Costs to Operating Income ( BOPO) is in the unhealthy category (above 95%), as well as the level of Return On Assets (ROA), especially during 2019, is in the unhealthy category (below 0.5%). This study analyzes the influence of CAR, FDR, BOPO on ROA in BRISyariah. This research is a quantitative type with an associative approach. With secondary data in the form of published quarterly financial reports of BRISyariah for the period 2015-2019. Tests conducted to determine the relationship and influence between variables partially and simultaneously, multiple regression, coefficient of determination, t test and F test. The results of this study indicate that (1) there is a negative effect of CAR on ROA where the value of tcount>ttable (2.352>2.120) is on the negative side with R2 of 23.5%, (2) there is no effect of FDR on ROA where the tcount value is<ttable (-0,127<2,120) with R2 of 0.1%, (3) there is a negative effect of BOPO on ROA where the tcount>ttable (11,823>2,120) with the tcount on the negative side, while the R2 value is 88.8 %. (4) simultaneously there is a significant effect of CAR, FDR and BOPO on ROA with the results of Fcount>Ftable (331,743> 3,24) with a R2 value of 98.4%. The concluded that the risk of own capital (CAR) in high number and the more inefficient bank operations (BOPO), make ability the bank's is low to increase profits.

Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) and Non Performing Financing (NPF) on Return on Assets (ROA) based on the 2014-2018 BSM(BSM) financial statements. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach and then processed withstatistical software.The data of this study are secondary data in the form of quarterly financial reports of BSM with a sample of quarterly financial reports of BSMfor the 2014-2018 periode which have been audited and published as accountability to the public and the Financial Services Authority.The results showed that there was no effect of FDR on ROA based on the results of the t test, where the value of tcount <ttable (1.123 <2.109), while the NPF had a significant and negative effect on ROA referring the results of t test where tcount> ttable (-2,362 <2,109). This means that the amount of financing originating from customer funds has no effect on changes in net income, while the amount of problematic financing has a significant and negative effect on net income obtained by BSM.While simultaneously there is a significant effect of FDR and NPF on ROA in BSM based on the results of the F test, where the value of Fcount> Ftable (11,394> 3.59).This means that simultaneously the amount of financing disbursed and the amount of financing that has problems has a significant effect on BSMprofitability.

Abstract

The results of this study indicate that there is no significant influence between transformational leadership on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya, with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (8,111 > 2,160), there is a significant effect between compensation on employee loyalty at Bank BJB Syariah KCP Majalaya with the result of the t-test where the value of tcount > ttabel (6,460 > 2,160) and simultaneously there is a significant influence between transformational leadership and compensation on employee loyalty with the result of the F-test, namely Fcount > Ftabel (32,302 > 3,74).

Abstract

Based on the results of the initial research, that the background of this research is the fluctuating number of depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. This is suspected to have something to do with service quality and company image on depositor loyalty. This study aims to find out how the Quality of Service on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, how the influence of Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, and to find out how the influence of Service Quality and Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. The object of research in this report is to measure the Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, while the type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires. While the sampling technique is non-probability sampling, with a total population of depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya. The results showed that there was a significant effect between Service Quality on Loyalty of Depositors, which was 56.5% or tcount > ttable (9.599 > 1.994), there was a significant influence between Corporate Image and Loyalty of Depositors, which was 28.4% or tcount > ttable. (5.307 > 1.994), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between Service Quality and Corporate Image on Loyalty of Depositors at Bank BRI Syariah KCP Majalaya, namely 58% or Fcount > Ftable (48.251 > 3.13).

Abstract

The background of this research is that it is suspected that the customer's lack of understanding of the specified margin gives rise to the customer's perception that the margin applied to Islamic banks is the same as the interest applied to conventional banks. In addition, the level of margin that is considered high and not in accordance with the ability of the customer is also suspected of influencing the decisions of murabahah financing customers partial and simultaneous. The object of research in this report is the customer at Bank BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong. The method used is quantitative associative. The type of data used is primary data which is processed using statistical applications, and uses data collection techniques in the form of observations, interviews, questionnaires, and literature studies. The population in this study is murabahah financing customers in 2021 with a sample of 93 people. The results showed that there was a significant influence between customer perceptions of customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 33.3% with t test results where the value of t count > t table (6,747>1,986), there was a significant influence between the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong by 46.1% with the results of the t test where the value of tcount > ttable (8,819>1,986), and simultaneously there is a significant influence between customer perceptions and the level of margin on customer decisions on murabahah financing at BSI KCP Bandung Geger Kalong is 53.2% with F test results where F count > F table (51.154 > 3.10)

Abstract

The background of this research is the cash flow at BPJS Kesehatan has decreased every year due to the company’s expenses exceeding the income earned. This study aims to determine the financial performance of BPJS Kesehatan for the 2017-2021 period by using cash flow liquidity and cash flow flexibility ratios. The object of this research is the BPJS Kesehatan financial report for the 2017-2021 period which includes balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement. The type of this research used is quantitative research with a descriptive approach. The type of data is secondary data. The results of this study are the cash flow liquidity ratio based on the operating cash flow ratio and the capital expenditure ratio in 2017 is good because it is above standard 1, but in 2018-2021 it shows a poor ratio because it is below standard 1, then the total debt ratio from 2017-2021 shows a poor ratio because it is still below standard 1. Based on the cash flow flexibility ratio, namely the cash flow adequacy ratio and the net free cash flow ratio of 2017-2021 shows a ratio below standard 1 which means BPJS Kesehatan financial performance is not good.

Abstract

The background of this study is fluctuations in the number of depositors caused by the still not optimal promotions carried out by banks and the quality of products that still need to be improved. This is important because every product that has good quality and good promotion is expected to lead to satisfaction for customers. This study aims to determine how the influence of product quality and promotion on the satisfaction of depositors at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Setiabudi 2 either partially or simultaneously. The object of research is depositors at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Setiabudi 2 to find out depositors. While the type of research is quantitative associative, the type of data is primary data so that a questionnaire is needed to find out depositors as objects of research, and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, library research. and questionnaire. The results showed that there was a significant effect between product quality on depositor satisfaction of 94,3% with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount> ttable (79.001 > 1.98326), there was a significant influence between promotion on depositor satisfaction of 96,6% with the results of the t-test where the value of tcount > t table (54,290 > 1,98326), and there is a simultaneous influence of product quality and promotion on depositor satisfaction of 98,4% with the F test results where Fcount > Ftable (3201,512 > 3.08).
