Abstract Background The interviews with housewives in the village Gulunan Sidokerto, most say not to know about cervical cancer and the dangers, so that people's motivation for the early detection of cervical cancer is also lower than all the proven mother in the village has never been anyone doing a Pap test. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about cervical cancer with a Pap smear examination motivation housewives in the village of Subdistrict Plupuh Gulunan Sidokerto Sragen. Subjects were mothers of the population in the village of 45 people Gulunan Sidokerto number by looking at the table Krecji, samples found as many as 40 people. This research is analytic, the research design and approach of cross -sectional correlation. The sampling technique used is nonpropability sampling is purposive sampling . Data analyzed by chi-square test with p = 0.05 , obtained p value of 0.004 to p < 0.05 , which means that Ho is rejected and Ha accepted . The conclusion of the study. There is a relationship between the level of knowledge of cervical cancer with the Pap smear examination motivation housewives in the village of Subdistrict Plupuh Gulunan Sidokerto Sragen with p= 0.004 . Abstract The Background of Pregnancy hipertension is the blood pressure increasing after 20 weeks of the gestation period â‰¥ 140 mmHg for systolic and â‰¥ 90 mmHg for diastolic. Pregnancy hipertension can be occured whenever the pregnant women do not keep maintaining their blood pressure at the normal level. The background of this case is caused by the poor health knowledge of the women regarding the pregnancy hipertension. The research aim to know the influence of the health education on the pregnant women to keep maintaining the blood pressure. The subject were the 30 pregnant women in Ngebong village, Delanggu Distric, Klaten city. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling (all the sample subject used). The questionnaire methode before and after the education is given. The data analized by â€œtâ€ test. The result based on the dependent paired â€œtâ€ test (uji t) with Î± = 5% (0,05); P value got 0,000 it indicate : P = 0,000 < Î± = 0,05 ; it means the hypothesis acceptable. The conclusion is having an influence of the health education of the blood hipertension on pregnancy given to make the effort on the pregnan women to keep maintaining their blood pressure in Ngebong village, Delanggu Distric, Klaten city. Abstract The background of this research is that women will enter menopause usually will experience physical and psychological changes that will cause anxiety. With the social support from her husband will make her feelings become calm, and feel cared for so as to reduce the anxiety. The results of a preliminary survey data obtained 2 of 4 pre-menopausal women say feel anxious, feel a lot of diseases that can attack the body after their menopause, feeling old, wrinkled and no longer pretty scared of her husband so they could later turn to other women. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of husbandâ€™s social support to pre menopausal womenâ€™s anxiety levels at Hamlet Village Wonokerto Wonokerto Kedunggalar Ngawi subdistrict. The subject of this study are all pre-menopausal women in Hamlet Village Wonokerto Wonokerto District of Kedunggalar Ngawi totaling 20 people by using total sampling techniques. Methods of data collection in this study conducted by interview and observation then analyzed with Chi Square with a significant level of p: 0.05. The results of this study are the husband's social support included in optimal category and pre menopausal womenâ€™s anxiety levels included in the category of no anxiety. Analysis with Chi Square test with p = 0.05, obtained 0,031 results (probability <0.05). The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant relationship between husbandâ€™s social support with pre menopausal womenâ€™s anxiety levels at Hamlet Village Wonokerto Wonokerto Kedunggalar Ngawi subdistrict. AbstractThe background One problem adolescent reproductive health, especially of ladies often complained is whitish.One factor affecting the whiteness is the lack of knowledge about clean genetalia who holds an important role in preventing infection can cause a whitish.At the beginning the research gained 10 students performed interview seven students know about cleaning genetalia and three other students lack knowledge about clean genetalia.Of 10 students are known 4 students ever had that experience whitish and most of them are students who lack knowledge about clean genetalia. The aim of this research is to find the knowledge about clean genetalia relations with whitish in the students of class XI IPA at SMA 1 Tawangsari. The design of the correlation with a method of cross sectional. Responden is 92 students of class XIIPA in SMA 1 tawangsari with a random sample taking a simple sampling.Data obtained by this method a questionnaire to know the level of knowledge about clean genetalia and the whiteness of the respondents.Which have collected data and analysis by the chi square with p =0.05 The results show the high level of as many as 81 people ( 88,04 % ) and medium category 11 people ( 11,96 % ), whiteness category is 38 people ( 41,3 % ), and not to whiteness 54 people ( 58,7 % ).Analysis of the results obtained using chi square p = 0.004 so p < 0.05, and value which means Ho rejected and Ha accepted. The Conclusion of the research was there is relationship of the knowledge about clean genetalia with whitish in the students of class XI IPA at SMA 1 Tawangsari.Keywords: Level of Knowledge, Health genetalia, whitish

AbstractBackground Motivation is an important role in learning. Motivation empower someone doing activities and it has related with the learning interest. According to the writers observation at the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta students, shows that the students have not interested in the learning process which is unparallel with the class attendance performance 100%. Base on the observation, a research done on the second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The aim is to know the relation between learning motivation and learning interest of the students. The kind of research was analitical. The research design, correlation and Cross-section approach. The subject were the 97 second level students of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta. The result data were analyzed by Chi-square with P = 0,05 ; P value got : 0,000 < P = 0,05 indicate the Ha value available received (acceptable). The conclusion is having a relation between learning motivation and learning interest on the second level student of the Panti Kosala Nursing Academy Surakarta.Keywords: Motivation and Learning interest

AbstractIntroduction: Motivation is the human psychological characteristics that contribute to a personal commitmentâ€™s level, these are included the causal factors, to aplicate and keep maintaining the human behavior into a certain purposed direction. Performance is someone working achievement. The motivation gives a significant contribution to increase the working performance of employees. The objective of the study: To know the relation between motivation with working performance of the Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakarta employees.The Subject of the study: The 33 person of the Nursing Academy Panti Kosala employees. Sampling technical used is saturated sampling, there for all of the subject are used as the sample.The datas are collected by questionnaire method for both variable, the motivation and the employees working performance, analyzed by Chi Square test.The result: By Chi Square test used SPSS for windows series 18 with Î± = 5 % ( 0.05) , the value of p = 0.000, ( p <0.05), is the hypothesis received. The study conclusion: There is any relation between motivation with working performance Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakarta employees.Keywords: Working motivation, employee performance

Background Playing is an activity that can be done as an effort to stimulate thechild's growth and development. Playing for the children at hospital can be amedium to express feelings of relaxation and distract of discomfort due toillness.The purpose of this study was determine the effect of playing therapy withsolitary paly on healing process of children aged 2-3 years with DengueHemorragic Fever who hospitalized at Teratai ward of Dr.Oen Surakarta.Methods This study used a pre-experiment design with one shot case studyapproach. The playing therapy was done in 8 patients consisted 3 boys and 5girls. Data were collected using an observation sheet. Data processing used tteststatistical test with significance level Î± : 0.05.The conclusion The result showed t count > t table (2.379 > 2.365). Background. Problem Based Learning (PBL) is an instructional model that thestudents involved in problem solving by scientific methods, so the students learnthe knowledge related to the issued also the problem solving skill as well.The purpose of the study was to determine the relation between interest inlearning the PBL with motivation in increasing the learning achievement on thefirst year students of the Nursing Academy Panti Kosala Surakata.Subjects of the study by correlation method was held on April-Mei 2013, thesubject were 140 first year student of the Nursing Academy Panti KosalaSurakarta.The results shows:1.There was any relation between interes in learning the PBLwith motivation in increasing the learning achievement on the first year studentsof the Nursing Academy panti Kosala Surakarta, analized by X2 count > X2 table(188,321 > 13,277) with a significant level 0,01 (1%). 2. The determinationcoefficient value is 0,796 indicate that interested in learning the PBL influence tothe motivation in increasing learning achievement as 79,6% and the rest as20,4% influenced by the other else variables non model.Keyword : Interested in learning and the motivation in increasing learning.

Background. The Golden Years is the best period for a childâ€™s growing fastest,by giving stimulus correctly on the top of the growing period, is a possibility forthe child geting an optimum prestation. Knowledge or the cognition aspect is animportant domain to the overt behavior.The purpose of the study was to determine the relation between a mothersknowing of the edu-games ( educational games) with a child growing stimulus inPepe Village, Langenharjo, Grogol, SukoharjoMethod was a correlation method with cross sectional approach. The subjectwas all 32 mothers who have children aged between 0-5 years old. Samplingtechnique used was total sampling. From the dataâ€™s analized by X2 count > X2table (6,12 > 5,59) with sigificant level 5%.The study concluded there was any significant relation between a mothersknowing of the educational game with the child growing stimulus in the PepeVillage, Langenharjo, Grogol, Sukoharjo.Keywords : Level of Knowledge and Stimulation

Introduction: Parenting parents against children is the interaction between children and parents during the conduct of activities nurture, educate, guide and discipline and protecting the child to reach maturity in accordance with the norms prevailing in society. Family influence in the formation and development of the child's personality is very large because the family is the first social group where children can interact, where children learn and express themselves as social beings.Purpose of the study: was to determine the relationship between parenting parents with a child's behavior.Subjects: were 31 children grade 3 SDN Malangjiwan Colomadu. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling where all subjects are used as the sample. The datas are collected by questionnaire method for a variable pattern of parenting and child behavior, the data were analyzed with Chi Square test. The results were obtained for 0,032 there for p <0.05.Conclusion: of this research is there is a relationship between parenting parents with a child's behavior grade 3 SDN malangjiwan Colomadu.Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Keywords: Parenting, child behavior
