Abstract

ABSTRAKSasaran yang perlu dibina dalam sistem pemasyarakatan adalah pribadi dan budi pekerti narapidana, dengan dorongan untuk membangkitkan rasa harga diri pada diri sendiri dan pada diri orang lain, mengembangkan rasa tanggung jawab untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan kehidupan yang tenteram dan sejahtera dalam masyarakat, dan selanjutnya berpotensi untuk menjadi manusia yang berpribadi luhur dan bermoral tinggi. Sebagai timbal balik dari perubahan sikap dan perilaku ke arah yang lebih baik, negara memberikan penghargaan berupa pengurangan masa hukuman dalam bentuk remisi. Remisi merupakan sarana hukum dalam wujud “hak” yang diberikan oleh undang-undang kepada narapidana setelah memenuhi syarat-syarat tertentu.Kata Kunci : Remisi, Narapidana, Tindak Pidana Khusus ABSTRACTThe targets that need to be fostered in the correctional system are the personality and character of the prisoners, with the urge to generate a sense of self-worth in oneself and in others, develop a sense of responsibility to adjust to a peaceful and prosperous life in society, and furthermore have the potential for being a human who has a noble personality and high morals. In return of changes in better attitudes and behavior, the state provides rewards in the form of reduced sentence periods in the form of remissions. Remission is a legal means in the form of "rights" granted by law to prisoners after fulfilling certain conditions.Keywords: Remission, Prisoners, Special Crime

Abstract

This study aims to determine the behavior of farmers to the risk of red chili prices in Kibang Village, Kibang Metro District, East Lampung Regency. The determination of this research area was done deliberately (Purposive Methode) namely in Kibang Village, Kibang Metro District, East Lampung Regency. The research method used in this study is descriptive method, and certanly equivalent. Data analysis is performed using utility functions based on the bernoulli-morgestern principle. The sampling method in this study is simple random sampling of 43 people. Farmers' behavior towards the risk of red chili prices in Kibang Village, Metro Kibang District, most farmers (81.39%) behave boldly against price risk (risk lover), 9,3% risk neutral, and 9,3% risk averter.
