<![CDATA[ABSTRACTMany frauds of home industry food business that harm consumers necause they don’t attach food labels on their products. The following issues is: 1. How implementation of Article 8 Paragraph 1 Letter (i) Law Act Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection of Food Labels on Household Industrial Food Product in Pasuruan. 2. How the implementation of supervision by relevant agencies of food labels on household industrial food product in Pasuruan. 3. How is sanction for business action for household food production without food labels in Pasuruan.This study uses an empirical juridical method that sees how the law works in the community, with a sociological juridical approach. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Article 8 Paragraph 1 letter (i) of Law Act Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection of Food Labels in the Household Food Industry Products in Pasuruan has not been implemented because there are still found several business actors who don’t put food labels.Implementation of supervision by relevant agencies in Pasuruan, is carried out by Food and Beverage Supervision Coordination Team (TKP2MM). Rumusan masalah yaitu: Bagaimana penerapan Pasal 8 ayat 1 huruf (i) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen terhadap label pangan pada produk Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga di Kota Pasuruan, Bagaimana pelaksanaan pengawasan oleh instansi terkait terhadap label pangan pada produk Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga di Kota Pasuruan, Bagaimana sanksi hukum bagi pelaku usaha terhadap produk Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga tanpa label pangan di Kota Pasuruan. Menggunakan penelitian yuridis empiris dengan melihat bekerjanya hukum di masyarakat. Penerapan Pasal 8 ayat 1 huruf (i) Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen terhadap label pangan pada Pangan Industri Rumah Tangga di Kota Pasuruan belum diterapkan karena beberapa pelaku usaha tidak mencantumkan label pangan. Pelaksanaan pengawasan dilakukan oleh Tim Koordinasi Pengawasan Makanan dan Minuman (TKP2MM).
