<![CDATA[ABSTRACTCorona Virus Disease 2019 or Covid-19 is a global pandemic that threatens human life as a whole. Starting early 2019, the virus has been found in Indonesia. Until now, the virus has put a black record in this country. Policies to break the chain of Covid-19 transmission have been made, from the Central Government to the Second Level Regions. Particularly in Batu City, the issuance of Mayor Regulation Number 78 of 2020 concerning Application of Discipline and Law Enforcement of Health Protocols as Efforts to Prevent and Control Corona Virus Desease 2019. The application of sanctions given to health protocol violators is the efforts of the Batu City local government to reduce health protocol violators such as violations not wearing masks and who do not carry out physical distancing. The sanctions given are in the form of written warning to administrative sanctions in the form of fines.Key words : Application, Sanctions, Covid-19, Batu CityABSTRAKCorona Virus Disease 2019 atau Covid-19 merupakan pandemi global yang mengancam kehidupan manusia keseluruhan. Mulai awal tahun 2019, virus tersebut sudah ditemukan di Indonesia. Hingga kini, virus tersebut telah memberi catatan hitam di negeri ini. Kebijakan-kebijakan untuk memutus mata rantai penularan Covid-19 telah dibuat, dari Pemerintah Pusat hingga Daerah Tingkat II. Khususnya di Kota Batu, telah diterbitkannya Peraturan Walikota Nomor 78 Tahun 2020 tentang Penerapan Disiplin dan Penegakan Hukum Penerapan Protokol Kesehatan sebagai Upaya Pencegahan dan Pengendalian Corona Virus Desease 2019. Penerapan sanksi yang diberikan kepada pelanggar protokol kesehatan merupakan upaya-upaya pemerintah daerah Kota Batu untuk mengurangi pelanggar protokol kesehatan seperti pelanggaran tidak memakai masker dan yang tidak melaksanakan physical distancing. Sanksi yang diberikan berupa teguran tertulis hingga sanksi administratif berupa denda.Kata kunci : Penerapan, Sanksi, Covid-19, Kota Batu]]>
