Abstract

Pembahasan tentang waqaf yang umumnya tersebar dimasyarakat merupakan pembahasan yang jarang di definisikan namun sering diamalkan, bahkan  tidak sedikit masyarakat yang belum mengetahui tentang dalil dan ketentuannya. Sehingga terjadi penyalah-gunaan barang waqaf yang berefek pada ketidak-nyamanan dalam hubungan bermasyarakat, bahkan terjadi tindakan kriminal dan lain sebagainya akibat penyalah-gunaan tersebut. Artikel ini berusaha untuk menggali lebih dalam pembahasana dalam alQur’an dan Assunah tentang wakaf dalam sudut pandang Syeikh Wahbah Az Zuhalili dengan metode Diskriptif-Analitic yakni mendeskripsikan terlebih dahulu bagaimana kontstruksi dasar teori wakaf. Lalu menjelaskan apa alasan tokoh mengulaskan teori wakaf, serta menguraikan bagaimana situasi dan konteks yang melatar belakangi pemikirannya. Dan juga akan mengkritisi sejauh mana kelebihan dan kekurangan teori wakaf dari tokoh. Dari penelitian tersebut penulis menemukan tiga ayat didalam alqur’an dan delapan hadist yang menyinggung tentang wakaf yang mana secara keseluruhan tidak menyebutkan secara langsung, melainkan secara substantive mengandung makna wakaf. Menurut pandangan Wahbah al-Zuhaili, wakaf yaitu menahan harta yang kekal wujudnya yang boleh digunakan manfaatnya untuk tujuan kebajikan sebagai usaha taqarrub kepada Allah SWT, harta yang diwakafkan diserahkan kepada pihak tertentu dan mereka tidak boleh menggunakan harta wakaf tersebut secara sewenang-wenangnya. Serta beliu membagi wakaf menjadi dua kategori yaitu khoiri dan Ahli. Kata kunci : Wakaf, Al Qur’an, As Sunnah, Syeikh Wahbah Az Zuhaili

Abstract

The sakinah family is an important thing that must be owned by every married couple in the household, the purpose of realizing a sakinah family is to create a sense of peace and comfort in the family. The development of the times affects a person's mindset and lifestyle, especially among teenagers in the concept of marriage. For this reason, Islamic boarding schools are here to bring the concept of thinking as a result of exemplary steps in realizing a sakinah family. The author conducted research on the efforts, and implementation of Islamic boarding schools in realizing a sakinah family at the SPMAA Turi Lamongan Islamic Boarding School Foundation. In data collection techniques, researchers used interviews, observation and documentation. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Urgency of Pre-Marriage Guidance in KUA Kalibaru District. This is to find out how the implementation of pre-marital guidance at KUA Kalibaru District. Want to know the efforts that can be made by the District KUA in reducing the divorce rate in the Kalibaru District KUA. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of pre-marital guidance is in the form of collective marriage advice. When there is a catin registering their marriage, guidance will be carried out. The causes of divorce are due to economic factors, polygamy, lack of communication because some husband and wife partners do not follow pre-marital guidance. Efforts that can be made by the KUA in reducing the divorce rate are by providing pre-marital guidance to catin. There are inhibiting and supportive factors for KUA Kalibaru District in implementing pre-marriage guidance. In the end, the researcher recommends the Chairperson of the Office of Religious Affairs to be able to recruit mentors who are more competent and can master the material related to the dynamics of life about marriage and provide adequate facilities and infrastructure. Discipline the time to follow the guidance.

Abstract

Marriage is something sacred is worth worshiping to God, following the sunnah of the Prophet and carried out on the basis of sincerity and with a sense of responsibility. In Chapter 1 Article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 1974 explains that marriage is an inner and outer bond between a man and a woman as husband and wife with the aim of forming a happy and eternal family based on the One Godhead. The purpose of marriage as explained in the Qur'an is Ar-Rum verse 21 "And among the signs of His greatness is Allah created pairs for you of your own kind, so that you tend and feel secure to him, and Allah makes you among love and affection. Indeed, there are truly signs of God's greatness for those who think. The problems discussed in this article consist of two types, namely, how the factors of early marriage in Kedawang Village, and how the positive and negative effects of early marriage in Kedawang Village. In the step of getting the data in this study using by coming directly to the research site. For the method using qualitative descriptive methods. The results of this study were obtained by conducting observations, interviews, and documentation that showed that early marriage is still common, so that the marriage often has a negative impact, namely, in the form of divorce. The location of this study is located in Kedawang Village, Nguling District, Pasuruan Regency, East Java.Kata Kunci: Faktor, Dampak Positif Dan Negatif Perkawinan Usia Dini

Abstract

Ths study aims to know the problem in lawsuit of Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) analysis about polygamy in positive law and islamic law perspective. This study focuses on 1) What is the point of view from Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) about polygamy and domestic violence?. 2) What is the point of view from Islamic law about polygamy and domestic violence?. This study is using qualitative approaching and the type of the study is case study. The data analysis collection is done by participatory observation, unstructured interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses 3 steps from Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data display, and verification. To check the data validity, the researcher uses extending observation time, increasing preseverance, triangulating and checking the colleagues. The results of this study are, 1) The reason of Indonesian Solidarity Party (PSI) declines the polygami since they assumed that polygami same as domestic violence which involves pshycological distraction, physical violence, and social distraction, 2) In the National Regulation, it should be emphasized that regeneration and sexuality are not the one of the marriage purpose whereas there is a main of marriage purposes, that is affection, in order that the National Regulation of Marriage should be more dynamic, responsive, and high adaptability on the gender equality situation.Keyword: Poligamy, KDRT, Psi(Partai Solidaritas Indonesia), Hukum Positif,   Hukumislam

Abstract

Islam is a perfect and universal religion, a religion that make all aspects of human life. Islam is a system of life that no system can match and like, because all of these systems are God's creation. Therefore, humans are equipped with a mind to formulate a system that can be used as a tool or a way to explain the understanding of Islam. Basically the Islamic concept of education, aims to maintain human nature, bequeath the values, and the formation of a whole human being (insan kamil) based on the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet SAW.The lecture method is a way of conveying information through verbal explanation and information by the teacher to students (Afifulloh, 2019)The role of the majelis ta’lim in preserving the Aswaja values ,namely as a forum for fostering and developing religious life in order to form a community that is devoted to God.Spiritual recreation park, because its implementation is relaxed.Media for delivering ideas that are benefit to the development of people and nation.The Al-Islamy ta'lim assembly in an effort to preserve Asawaja's values is by following the teachings of the ulama 'salaf, while in the learning method in the ta’lim assemblyAl-Islamy does not have a curriculum like public schools, but it does activities in the majelis ta’lim are structured.

Abstract

This study discusses teachers' efforts to improve student discipline in habituation of fardhu prayers at MTs Mu'allimin NU Malang City. The purpose of this study is to determine the efforts and strategies of teachers and the impact in improving student discipline and habituation of fardhu prayers. The research focuses used include; how the teacher's efforts discipline students, how the strategy of habituation of students' fardhu prayers and how the impact of improving student discipline in the habituation of fardhu prayers. The source of such data is provided by the principal, the teacher of the order and the students. Data was collected through three methods: 1) Interviews, 2) Documentation, and 3) Observation. The results showed that 1) The teacher's efforts to improve discipline as a motivator, provide counseling and exemplary examples, 2) Prayer habituation strategies, namely by habituation, becoming an advisor, sanctioning punishment and being an example of exemplary, 3) The impact of increasing discipline in the habituation of students' fardhu prayers; a) Increased discipline, b) Increased faith and c) Increased achievement.
