Abstract

Persalinan merupakan salah satu peristiwa penting dan senantiasa di ingat dalam kehidupan wanita, setiap wanita memiliki pengalaman melahirkan tersendiri yang dapat diceritakan ke orang lain. Pemilihan penolong persalinan juga merupakan suatu penetapan keputusan dalam memilih penolong persalinan yang sesuai standar pada ibu yang akan melahirkan, pemilihan tenaga penolong persalinan dan tempat persalinan sangat penting karena akan berdampak pada bayi. Berdasarkan data bahwa ibu melahirkankan masih banyak yang memilih penolong persalinan yang tidak sesuai dan akan berdampak dengan keselamatan ibu dan bayinya maka kementerian kesehatan telah mewajibkan bahwa persalinan harus ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan yang memiliki kewenangan dan kompetensi Penelitian ini kuantitatif menggunakan data kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian deskriptif dan analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa hasil penelitian diperoleh data bahwa dari 30 responden ibu yang melahirkan bayi berdasarkan penolong persalinan di desa Wailabubur. Kecamatan Kodi Utara, Kabupaten Sumba Barat Daya Tahun 2022, didapatkan yang ditolong oleh tenaga kesehatan (Dokter Kandungan,Dokter, BIdan) ada 15 responden (50%), dan yang yang ditolong oleh tenaga non kesehatan IDukun, Paraji) ada 15 responden (50%), jadi masih banyak 50% ibu melahirkan masih ditolong oleh Paraji yang masih memerlukan penyuluhan dan informasi gunanya penolong persalinan oleh tenaga kesehatan (Dokter spesialis kandungan, Dokter umum, dan Bidan).

Abstract

Antenatal Consideration (ANC) assessment is an effort that saves pregnant women and young people from the causes of gloom and death. The purpose of the ANC is to plan as meticulously and intellectually as possible in order to keep the mom and newborn child pregnant. The requirements related to the contribution of ANC for pregnant women in the Waringinkurung welfare focus strategy were investigated:In the Waringinkurung welfare focus strategy, the described factor is the ANC contribution to pregnant women. Tutoring, data, age, calling, and data sources are all unbiased factors. The survey was used to determine the number of tests from the Slovin section to 83 people. After the facts have been gathered and handled, they will be examined. Abstract

Background : Health problems in the preconception period include anemia, obesity and chronic lack of energy. In Indonesia, cases of Chronic Energy Deficiency are caused by lack of nutritional intake such as energy and protein, so that the nutrients needed by the body are not fulfilled. To prevent the risk of Chronic Energy Deficiency in pregnant women before pregnancy, women of childbearing age must have good nutrition. Maternal nutritional status before pregnancy has a significant influence on the incidence of LBW. Knowledge of nutrition plays an important role in fulfilling one's nutritional adequacy. The level of knowledge will encourage a person to have optimal abilities in the form of knowledge and attitudes. Objective : Knowing the effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age. Methods : Quasi experimental with one group pretest-posttest design. The sample in this study was some women of childbearing age who were married in the preconception period from July to September 2022 in Sanggar Buana Village, Seputih Banyak District, Central Lampung as many as 81 people, the sampling technique was purposive sampling. Results : Most of them have knowledge of WUS before being given counseling that is enough 64.2% and after 85.2% have good knowledge. Attitudes before being given counseling were mostly negative 55.6% and afterward were positive 97.5%. There is an effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age (p value 0.000). Conclusions and Suggestions: There is an effect of preconception nutrition counseling on the knowledge and attitudes of women of childbearing age. Health services are expected to provide education and counseling, especially regarding preconception nutrition

Abstract

Backgrounds : The vaccination program in the Jiput Puskesmas Working Area has been running according to the procedures set by the government, but in the process there are still obstacles, namely the rejection of the Covid-19 vaccine from some people, so that vaccination does not reach the expected targets. Salapraya Village has the lowest vaccination achievement among the 13 villages assisted by the Jiput Health Center, where dose 1 vaccination only reaches 35.81%, dose 2 reaches 21.31% and dose 3 reaches 0.89% of the target of 1,572 people. Purpose of Authorship: It is known that the factors that affect the low achievement of the Covid-19 vaccine at Salapraya Village, Jiput Health Center Working Area, Pandeglang Regency in 2022. Method: The research method uses a quantitative cross-sectional design. The sample of this study was the people of Salapraya Village who were targeted for Covid-19 vaccination as many as 91 people with a sampling technique using cluster sampling. Instruments use questionnaires. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate. Results: Most respondents stated that they refused to be vaccinated against Covid-19 (65.9%), had a negative perception of the Covid-19 vaccine (56%), had less knowledge about the Covid-19 vaccine (67%), and were influenced by the socio-cultural community (59.3%). There is a relationship between perception (p=0.030), knowledge (p=0.003) and socio-cultural (p=0.027) with the low achievement of the Covid-19 vaccine at Salapraya Village, Jiput Health Center Working Area, Pandeglang Regency in 2022. Conclusion and Advice: The low achievement of the Covid-19 vaccination is influenced by perception, knowledge and socio-culture. It is hoped that the public can find the right information about the Covid-19 vaccine by following the counseling provided by health workers and or utilizing existing social media and electronic media to be used as educational media to access information about the Covid-19 vaccine.

Abstract

Painful menstruation (Dysmenorrhea) is the most common cause of repeated absences from school. Several studies have shown that adolescents with dysmenorrhea experience a decrease in academic achievement, social and sports activities. Pain management pharmacologically, menstrual pain can be treated with analgesic therapy, which is the most commonly used method for pain relief (Potter and Perry, 2006). Meanwhile, Harahap's research (2020) found the effect of giving pineapple juice and honey on a decrease in menstrual pain in female adolescents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of giving pineapple juice and honey on reducing menstrual pain in young women at SMPN 1 Rangkasbitung Lebak Banten. The samples taken were 32 people with the criteria of being menstruating and dysmenorrhea, the data is not normally distributed then use the willcoxson test. Statistical test results using the SPSS 21 for Windows program obtained a Z value of -3.873 with a p value of 0.000, at alpha 0.05 it was known that p <alpha, it could be concluded that there was an effect of giving pineapple juice and honey on menstrual pain in young women.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in toodler caused by chronic malnutrition so that children are too short for their age, as measured according to height/age indicators. Stunting has become a national problem, and is found in many developing countries, one of which is Indonesia. Stunting is caused by multiple factors. Risk factors for stunting in toddlers include birth weight, exclusive breastfeeding. parenting patterns, infectious diseases such as diarrhea and upper respiratory infections, health services and family income.The purpose of this study was to determine the risk factors for stunting in toodler. This research is a quantitative study using case-control research methods conducted in the working area of ​​the Branchbungin Public Health Center, Bekasi City. The research sample was 70 in the case and control groups. Technique of collecting data using questioner. Data analysis was performed by univariate analysis, bivariate analysis, multivariate analysis using multiple logistic regression and Population Attributable Risk (PAR) calculations with 95% confidence intervals. The results of multiple logistic regression showed that the risk factor for stunting was health services, and was the most dominant risk factor (Exp(B) = 7.334, 95% CI; 1.250-10.758). The results of the calculation of the Population Attributable Risk (PAR) for health services were 80%, meaning that the use of health services would reduce the incidence of stunting in children under five by 80%. The health workers can provide counseling about the use of under-five health services at the puskesmas as an effort to reduce the incidence of stunting in under-five children.

Abstract

Background : Constipation is a problem that is always disturbing in pregnant women, in general trimester pregnant women 3. Constipation is a difficult condition or unable to defecate, hard stool, a sense of defecation is not complete (there is a sense of wanting to defecate but unable to remove it) accompanied by complaints of the stomach feeling full and bloating. If this problem is left alone it will have an impact on the process of childbirth and childbirth. Objectives : The purpose of this study can be seen the effect of giving genjer extract as an alternative to prevent constipation during pregnancy at PMB Rusmiati Karang Tengah Tarumajaya Research Methods : This research design uses the quasi-experimental study method with pretest-posttest with control group design with a total of 32 respondents. The technique used in this study is a saturated sample. Results : The results of the study were found that after consuming the genjer extract of pregnant women who experience constipation into non-constipation it is shown in the occurrence of chapters for 2 weeks in pregnant women to normal. Conclusion : There is an effectiveness of the effect of providing genjer extract consumption as an alternative to prevent constipation during pregnancy.

Abstract

Indonesia is one of the countries with a high stunting rate. In Indonesia, the strategy to accelerate the reduction of stunting is carried out by involving various figures from the government, academia, the private sector, the community, philanthropy and the mass media, and is coordinated by the Vice President. The aim of this research is to find out the implementation strategy for reducing stunting in Kosambironyok Village, Anyar District, Serang Regency in 2022. The type of research used is a qualitative method. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data. The informants who played a role in this study consisted of 2 groups, namely the group of informants and the group of key informants. The results of this study indicate that health workers at the Puskesmas, District officials and village officials understand their respective roles in working together to accelerate the reduction of stunting. It is hoped that all health workers will take an active role with the government in implementing the program to reduce stunting rates in toddlers. The stunting reduction program can be carried out by conducting socialization regarding the process of preventing stunting from an early age and how to overcome it.

Abstract

Background: Immunization is the most effective and efficient public health effort in preventing several dangerous diseases. History has recorded the enormous role of immunization in saving the world's people from illness, disability and even death due to diseases such as Smallpox, Polio, Tuberculosis, Hepatitis B which can result in liver cancer, Diphtheria, Measles, Rubella and Congenital Rubella Syndrome. Syndrome/CRS), Tetanus in pregnant women and newborns, Pneumonia (pneumonia), Meningitis (inflammation of the lining of the brain), to Cervical Cancer caused by Human Papilloma Virus infection. Research Objectives: to find out the Factor Analysis and Influence of the Covid-19 Pandemic on the Completeness of Basic Immunization in Toddlers in the Working Area of the Cibuaya Health Center in 2020 – 2021. Research Method : Analytical with cross sectional approach. The sample in this study at the Cibuaya Health Center in November 2022 was 75 people (total sampling). Research results: The influence of educational factors (p value = 0.021), employment factors (p value = 0.002), availability of facilities (p value = 0.000), health facility support factors (p value = 0.014), family factors (p value = 0.011) with the completeness of basic immunization on toddlers. Conclusions and Suggestions: It is hoped that the puskesmas will provide more intensive education, for example health programs through posyandu. For respondents with low education, they are not preoccupied with household work.
