Abstract

Multicultural Approach For Inspiration and not just conceptually give equality rights of learners to get a chance in any field, but it is also important to explain to students how Islam maintains good relationships with followers outside the Islamic tradition of the Prophet Muhammad ever some centuries ago. Islamic Studies multicultural approach should make the normative foundations of this as a basis to formulate how the process of education in Islam should be managed so that it is no stranger than the people that the laws of nature has its own culture. One of the homework (PR) which is done urgently to review the processes related to learning Islamic studies at universities starting from the historical Christian Apostle Muhammad and the prophets (Moses, Jesus) who brings other major religions, such as Jews and Christians

Abstract

To improve the quality of education, it is necessary to have a leadership pattern that empowers all members of the academic community. In other words, it can be said that the leadership model is an important factor in school administration because it refers to a phenomenon of one's ability to move, guide, and direct others in a collaboration. In practice, implementing quality leadership in managing schools often does not materialize. This is caused by a lack of leadership competence (leadership). The main problem faced by universities is the incompetence of leaders in leading universities. The low empowerment of human resources in the academic sphere is basically caused by unsystematic patterns of thinking, organizing, and analyzing education. many positions in universities are given to people who do not have sufficient expertise. Style is the ability to act, strength or attitude, gesture, or variety (way, appearance, form) that is special (regarding writing, essays, language use, building houses). Thus, the leadership style referred to here is an attitude or way of doing that is used in carrying out or carrying out a leadership task

Abstract

Human nature as a social being is a real thing where all humans are dependent on one another. This shows that cooperation is something that is really needed by everyone. The problems faced in the world of education today are student cooperation that is not yet optimal and low student learning outcomes in the teaching and learning process.
