Abstract

Autoclave is heating tool and is used to sterilize things by using high pressure and high temperature steam 121C for about 15 minutes. The purpose of this tool is to kill endospores, resistant cell produced by bacteria. This cell is resistant against heat, dehydration and antibiotic. Research has been done for the design of time controlling and monitoring system at Autoclave based on microcontroller ATMega 8535. The purpose of this research is to produce Autoclave equipped with temperature controller and time monitoring which is beneficial to save energy and time using Autoclave. This tool is also equipped with circuit to detect problem. In this research, the tool’s operational system has been programmed with Thormocouple sensory system, Water Level, so the user can decide the temperature and time to be processed next by microcontroller. The initial Autoclave has been equipped with buzzer used as an alarm when the tool is not closed well and when the tool has finished operating

Abstract

Operating lamp is a surgical instrument used for lighting during surgery in the operating room. The main function is to illuminate objects during surgery which are placed in the operating room and delivery room. This study aims to design an operating lamp control with an IR remote and a mention director to make it easier for users not to adjust the installation of operating lamps. all these systems are controlled by ATMega 328p. In this day and age more and more medical devices are very sophisticated so that it is easy and efficient in the use of and efficient in the use of electric current so that with the tone of this era the authors make a design and design simulation of operating lamp control with IR remote and mantion detector to save usage electric current and makes it easier for users to operate the operation lights by detecting motion sensors and remote IR so that the operating lights will only turn on when there are people on the operating table, so that the electric current used is far more efficient by using the Arduino Unu microcontroller, PIR sensor motion detector and IR Remote as the Remote controller Operating lights

Abstract

Design and construction of an Android-based automatic height measurement tool has been carried out. This research was made due to the demand for sophisticated medical support equipment with all the capabilities it has that continues to develop so that effective and efficient medical support equipment can be produced. This tool is designed with the aim of providing information about the measurement data of height and weight to users. Measurement results data will be sent to Android in the form of messages to be stored using the android database system storage.This research method uses qualitative methods, namely: study literature and literature and conduct experiments on the circuit design made, then test the function of the tool with a meter to determine the accuracy of the work of this tool. This tool is made by utilizing the sharp ir sensor as conversion then will sent via GSM SIM 800L, and the data is displayed via the application and SMS on the patient's AndroidThe test results show that the distance obtained is the conversion result taken from the travel time of infrared rays when they emit light and receive reflected objects. seen the percentage error value for each measurement, which allows the sensor to read errors and possible interference from the compiler program. As long as the% error does not exceed 3%, the module design for automatic height measuring instruments can be used properly

Abstract

The infuse pump is a media device used to provide the patient's body fluids with a certain time and amount. In giving intravenous fluids can have a bad effect on patients. The infusion that is currently used is still manual where errors such as clogging or monitoring of fluids. Therefore, planning an infusion pump that can send notifications when the infusion fluid runs out.In designing this tool aims to design a nurse call on an infusion pump using a microcontroller and sent via Bluetooth to the nurse call. On the Bluetooth call nurse receiving and sending it to the microcontroller will send it to the LCD and the Buzzer sounds if it goes to the input.In this final design using the ATmega8535 microcontroller which will read the incoming data via Bluetooth. LCD and buzzer are used so nurses can see and hear when the infusion fluid runs out.

Abstract

The purpose of designing this tool is to develop a water bath device beforehand so that it can be controlled from the display when it is set using an ATMEGA 328 microcontroller equipped with a temperature sensor and to carry out testing and measuring tools, with temperature selection from 30 C to 90 C, at Previous research was only able to adjust the temperature from 37 C to 60 C and this tool is also more flexible, the temperature sensor in this water bath tool uses the DS18B20 sensor which functions to find out the temperature in this tool. The desired temperature and timer will then be visible on the LCD display then the buzer will sound to indicate the process is complete.The method used in this research is experimentation with system design, tool testing and conclusion drawing. but before doing the design, the timer test is measured 6 times using a stopwatch at a temperature of 50 C and gets an average time of 305 results. 605, and 905 seconds and temperature testing was measured 6 times using a comparison of the thermometer temperature at 5 minutes and the average temperature results were 35.11 C, 45.11 C, 55.11 C, and 65.11 C , Based on data collection that has been done using a stopwatch and thermometer comparison, this water bath device can produce the desired temperature. The ability of this tool can withstand a maximum temperature of 90 C.

Abstract

Phototherapy equipment is one type of physiotherapy equipment that is used to treat patients with Neonatal Jaundice. This tool works like an incandescent lamp in general, transmitting blue light directly to the baby's body which will then help reduce the amount of bilirubin that has accumulated in the baby's skin layer. born. This situation is experienced by many babies born prematurely and also babies who are breastfed late. Hyperbilirubinemia can be easily treated by the aforementioned light therapy. The light given by the tool is one type of light that is harmful to vision, so that in the process of irradiating the baby, an eye patch will be worn to protect the retina of the eye which is still in the process of being perfected. In the process, the author added a light reading feature/ photometer to measure the amount of light produced by the phototherapy device. The photometer is made by utilizing the BH1750 sensor with the function of reading light rays (any) in lux units, so that users can easily find out how many doses of light are produced in the therapy process.The measurement results from the photometer are displayed on the LCD, with the measurement of the light value in lux units of 266.67 Lux. The measurement results are stable with the irradiation distance between the lamp and the location of the sensor as much as 30 cm.
