Abstract

The creation of this final work aims to visualize oil palm farmers in contemporary realist paintings. Showing the activities of oil palm growers. The method and process of making works carried out in the creation of art works begin several steps: (1) Preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) Realization of Concepts, (5) Completion. The results of the visualization of oil palm growers reveal the activities of oil palm farmers in their work. Which is manifested in 10 works with the titles: (1) enduring, (2) struggles, (3) discarding, (4) pioneering, (5) surviving, (6) hoping, (7) weighing, (8) launching, (9) ) weigh # 2, (10) cultivate.

Abstract

This work was made for the purpose of visualizing the state of the current moral crisis in surrealist paintings, in the hope that humans would become more aware of their current moral crisis. The methods used in the process of this final work are: 1) Preparation, 2) Elaboration, 3) Synthesis, 4) Realization of Concepts, 5) Completion. With the behavior, actions, and human nature that is getting worse which causes various problems in him, the environment, and the surrounding community. Abstract

The purpose of the creation of this final work is to visualize the phenomenon of adolescents in the transitional period that was raised into contemporary style paintings. The method of creating works through several stages including: preparation, elaboration, synthesis, realization of concepts, and completion stages. The ten works with the theme of social problems whose source of ideas come from the deviant behavior of adolescents who are experiencing the process of searching for identity. This work is visualized in a contemporary painting style that displays the deviant behavior and delinquency of adolescents who are affected by the internal and external factors of the teenager such as promiscuity, smoking, drugs, drinking, pornography, and others. As for the titles of the ten works including: Hold Control, Play Glue, Viral Desire, As a result of damage, Dinner, Misuse, Bullying, My Gift, May Be Adult, and Loner.Keywords: Teenage Phenomenon, Painting

Abstract

The purpose of this final talk is to visualize the Environment and Consumptive as a Concept  Bringing Senior Artwork. Showing adverse effects on life, self, nature, and the surrounding environment. The methods used in this final work process are: (1) Preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) Realization of Concepts, (5) Completion. The visualization of this consumptive challenge reveals that people cannot distinguish between needs and desires, so that they can do things that they don't like right away as needed and produce something that ultimately has a negative impact on culture, self, nature, and the environment. The titles of the ten final works are: Faded, Never Enough, Poachers, Unreasonable, Prohibition Servants, Satisfied? Abstract

The purpose of making the final work is to visualize the tapping of palm sugar in Rejang Lebong district through painting work in a cubistic style while deepening the concept and improving the ability of the technique of painting. methodology used final work is the preparation step, elaboration step, synthesis step, concept realization step, and completion step. Thus manifesting ten works that visualize the difficulty and complexity in taking roomie to cook roomie into palm sugar made by palm sugar tappers with the following titles: first work “ Pedestal”. Second “ Midrib”. Third “Without Safety”. Fourth “Hit Bunches”. Fifth “Cutting Bunches”. Sixth “Cut Back”. Seventh “Bring the Bumbung”. Eighth “Put Up Bumbung”. Ninth “Towing Bumbung”. Abstract

This final work visualizes the expression of stress, with human objects in contemporary painting. The visualization of this work is expected to be able to have a positive influence, in evaluating problems faced by themselves and the surrounding social environment, through contemporary painting. The methods and processes used in the creation of a work include several stages: (1) preparation; (2) elaboration; (3) synthesis; (4) concept realization; (5) finising; the discussion of paintings includes the expression of human beings who experience psychological disorders in the form of stress. Abstract

The objectives of this research are (1) to describe the background and ideology of the Belanak Art Community, (2) to describe the activities of Belanak Art Community during its existence, and (3) to describe the role of Belanak Art Community in the development of West Sumatra’s art. This research uses descriptive method with a qualitative aoncoming. Abstract

The creation of this final work aims to visualize the problem of plastic waste as an idea in the creation of contemporary painting. This work presents human figure formed from plastic rubbish. The embodiment method of this final work goes through five stages: preparation, elaboration, synthesis, concept realization, and completion. This work reveals that the amount of plastic waste can have negative effects on nature, animals, dan humans. Abstract

The purpose of the creation of this final work is to visualize consumptive behavior as a concept into painting. Showing the bad impact of human behavior that is like parasites on social life. The methods used in the process of creating this final work are: (1) Preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) Concept Realization, (5) Completion. The results of the visualization of human behavior such as parasites reveal that many things occur in the environment that cannot distinguish between what acts as parasite and which acts as the host, so there is a lot of bitterness, misery, for the little people due to the presence of these harmful people. . Abstract

The purpose of this painting with the PDRI idea is to visualize a heroic event that is starting to be forgotten. The method of creating painting works through stages (1) Preparation, (2) Elaboration, (3) Synthesis, (4) Realization of concepts, and (5) completion. Ten paintings about heroic events of PDRI were created. The whole work tells about the synergy between the community guerrillas and the PDRI to expel the Dutch and gain Indonesian sovereignty. This painting is an interesting medium to identify the history of PDRI. Besides, this work is also expected to be a motivation in appreciating the history of the Indonesian nation.Keywords: PDRI, Indonesian Republic,art painting
