Abstract

The purpose of study was to determine whether effect of financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance at The Pade Aceh Besar Hotel. In this study using kompesensi financially independent variable (X1) and discipline (X2).The analytical method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The sample used in this study were 71 respondents who were taken by total sampling all employees of The Pade Hotel. The data obtained is primary data which is the result of respondents' answers to the distributed questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that there is a simultaneous influence on the variables of financial compensation and work discipline on employee performance at The Pade Aceh Besar Hotel as evidenced by the acquisition of aF value of 31,857 > Ftable of 3.13. The results of this study also show that financial compensation and work discipline variables have a partially significant effect on performance decisions as evidenced by the acquisition of a t-value count of t-count of 7337 > 1.994. In the determination test there is an influence of 46% of the independent variable (financial compensation). and work discipline) on the dependent variable (employee performance). Meanwhile, as much as 54% is influenced by other variables and is not included in this regression analysis.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ulee Kareng Branch Banda Aceh. To reveal the problem in depth and comprehensively, the researcher used a quantitative method with a total sampling technique in the form of a questionnaire distributed to 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. Then the data is described, analyzed, and discussed to answer the problems posed. From the results of this study, there is a significant effect of the work environment and individual characteristics on employee performance at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) Ulee Kareng Branch Banda Aceh with significant results at 0.031<α= 0.05 and 0.000<α=0.05, with the percentage 0.640 or 64%.

Abstract

This study discusses the effect of user service quality on service user satisfaction on Baitul Qiradh Amanah Nanggroe, Banda Aceh. User service quality as an independent variable, has a connection to service product user satisfaction as the dependent variable. The population of respondents in this study was 1354 people, while the sample used was 93 people. Data analysis equipment used is simple linear regression. This study aims to find out how the satisfaction of user service products is influenced by the quality of services used by users or clients. This research is descriptive using quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate the quality of service influences singfikan to butterfly service users at Baitul Qiradh Amanah Naggroe in Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The current phenomenon is the lack of a promotional mix strategy carried out by Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh in order to increase public interest or potential consumers to come and buy the products marketed by Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the promotion mix on sales volume at Coffe Solong Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The location of this research was conducted at Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh, while the object of this research was about the effect of the promotion mix on sales volume at Solong Kopi Ulee Kareng Banda Aceh. The data analysis method used in this research is simple linear regression. The number of respondents in this study were 33 employees with a census sampling technique, where the entire population had the opportunity to be a sample. The results of the study prove that customer satisfaction has an effect on customer loyalty with a t-count value of 11.201, while t-table is 2.039, the results of this calculation indicate that t-count > t-table with a significance of 0.000 or the probability is far below ᵅ = 5%, this implies that The higher the promotion mix, the higher the sales volume will be.

Abstract

Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (simultaneous) and t test (partial) is intended to determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (u 0*05). The results showed that partially leadership style had an effect on employee performance at the PUPR service office in Banda Aceh City with a t count (9.011) greater than t table (1.69). Partially Supervision has an effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR Service Office of Banda Aceh City with a t count (3.187) greater than t table (1.69). Partially, Work Discipline has an effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR Service Office of Banda Aceh City with a t count (2.840) greater than t table (1.69). Simultaneously Leadership Style, Supervision and Work Discipline simultaneously affect Employee Performance at PUPR service office of Banda Aceh City with F count (56.325) greater than F tabe1 (2.92). Thus it can be concluded that both partially and simultaneously the variables of Leadership Style, Supervision and Work Discipline have a significant effect on Employee Performance at the PUPR service office in Building A, Finance Section, Banda Aceh City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch, both partially and simultaneously, that the recruitment and placement of employees was less than optimal and stable in the recruitment and placement of employees. This research method is a quantitative method, with the number of samples in this study were 72 respondents. Research data was collected through questionnaires distributed to respondents. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models and processed using SPSS (Statistical Package For The Social Sciences). Hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis with the F test and t test meant to determine simultaneously and partially the effect of variables independent of the dependent variable at the 95% confidence level (α=0.05). The results in this study based on simultaneous tests show that the variables of recruitment and job placement of employees have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. The partial test also shows that the recruitment variable has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch. Then employee work placement has a significant effect on employee performance at PT Masmedia Buana Pustaka Aceh Branch.
