Abstract

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of the marketing mix on purchasing decisions at SS Coffee Space partially and simultaneously. The research method uses quantitative methods with descriptive and causal research types. In recent months in Indonesia there has been a phenomenon where many teenagers have opened coffee businesses. At least 30 teenagers who opened modern coffee businesses in various regions. Several teenagers opened coffee in the same area. One such area is the city of Makassar. Intense competition in the coffee industry makes each business actor try to build and maintain customer loyalty. To survive in the midst of intense competition, companies carry out strategies. One strategy that can be used to influence purchasing decisions is the marketing mix strategy. The population in this study were consumers who had made purchases at SS Coffee Space with a sample of 150 respondents. Sampling was carried out using a questionnaire method, namely the type of primary data. The data analysis technique uses simple linear analysis. The marketing mix at SS Coffee Space has a percentage value of 368.3%. The results of the R square test found that the marketing mix has an influence of 0.790. this states that the marketing mix affects purchase satisfaction by 79.0%, this proves that the effect of the marketing mix on purchase satisfaction is in the strong category. The remaining 21% is influenced by other variables that have not been studied in this study.

Abstract

This research is a type of correlational quantitative research. measurement using multiple linear regression test. 120 samples were taken from 350 populations using data collection techniques through questionnaires and documentation. The data obtained was processed using statistical methods, namely through descriptive analysis and quantitative analysis. Based on the research results, it was found that the results of the regression calculations in this table show that the coefficient of determination (adjusted R square) obtained is 0.912. this means that 91.2% of consumers' purchasing decisions for betel nut brand rice are influenced by product variables (X1), price (X2), location (X3) and promotion (X4) while the remaining 8.8% are influenced by other variables not examined in this study . Simultaneously there is an influence between product, price, distribution, and promotion on consumer decisions to choose betel nut brand rice in Pinrang Regency. It is expected that the price of Kepala Nasi in the market does not differ much from one brand to another, so that it will have a significant influence on the purchasing decision of the Areca Kelapa brand in Pinrang Regency. For researchers it is hoped that in the research that will be carried out it will expand the range of samples and increase research tests so that the results are more accurate in measuring the influence of the market mix on consumer decisions

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to find out and analyze the effect of organizational culture on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 2) to find out and analyze the influence of motivation on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, 3) to find out and analyze the influence of career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, and 4) To identify and analyze simultaneously the influence of organizational culture, motivation and career development on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. The analytical method used in this study is the Multiple Regression analysis method. The research data were obtained from employees at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, totaling 261 people with a sample based on the Slovin formula so that the total sample was 72 people. The research approach is a causal approach that is explanatory in nature. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this indicates that the better the organizational culture, the better employee performance, 2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the employee's work motivation, the better the employee's performance, 3) Career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the career development , the better the employee performance, and 4) Organizational culture, motivation and career development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency, this shows that the better the organizational culture, motivation and career development, the better the the better the performance of employees.

Abstract

This study aims 1) to find out and prove the effect of emotional intelligence on the performance of state civil servants at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Kab. Mamasa, 2) to find out and prove the effect of competence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of the Regency. Mamasa, 3) to find out and prove the influence of spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion in Kab. Mamasa, 4) ) to find out and prove the influence of emotional intelligence, competence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. Data collection is done through documentation, observation, and questionnaires. The ASN sample consisted of 66 respondents. Data processing consists of descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis The results showed that with a significant level of 5% and degrees of freedom df1 = 3 and df2 = 65, the f table was obtained (3:65) = 2.75. Based on the ANOVA test or the F test from the SPSS output, it can be seen that the f count is 19,135 > 2.75 the f table value and the probability is 0.000 <0.05. More precisely, the calculated F value is compared to the F table where if F count > F table then simultaneously emotional intelligence, competence and spiritual intelligence on the performance of the State Civil Apparatus at the Office of the Ministry of Religion of Mamasa Regency. This means that the hypothesis of the two researchers is accepted.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh Beban Kerja terhadap Ptoduktivitas Kerja pada Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik simple random sampling dengan rumus slovin dalam pengambilan sampel penelitian. Teknik penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda terhadap 60 orang pegawai Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Hasil penelitian tersebut telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Metode analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian yang telah diuji secara parsial menunjukan bahwa bahwa Beban Kerja sebagai variabel (X) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Produktivitas Kerja sebagai variabel (Y). Yang berarti bahwa dengan adanya Beban Kerja maka akan meningkatkan Produktivitas Kerja pada pegawai Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Beban kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja pada Politeknik Negeri Ujung Pandang.

Abstract

The aim of this research was to determine the financial performance of Bank BRI Manarang Unit, Pinrang Branch. The research method used is quantitative research. By using Profitability Ratios and Liquidity Ratios to measure Financial Performance for three years. The research results show that financial performance in terms of profitability/profit aspects is in good condition, where profits generated from assets and investments in the last three years show good condition. Meanwhile, the ability to fulfill short-term obligations/liquidity shows good ability.
