Abstract

The purpose of this research was to evaluate the effectiveness of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in PT Semen Tonasa. In this research, researchers based on a case study in PT Semen Tonasa (Biring Ere village, Pangkep District, South Sulawesi). The data obtained with interview and documentation method. Data analysis was performed with descriptive analysis, interpretative, and comparative method. The analysis show that implementations of CSR PT Semen Tonasa on 2017-2019 had been effectively by looking at comparisons between CSR program and CSR realization, as well as results of interview with related parties. The implications of this research is expected to PT Semen Tonasa make CSR as a sustainable program for welfare of firm and people.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the involvement of women in parliament, the role of women as managers, professionals, admins and technicians as well as the role of women in increasing family income in Banggai Regency in 2010 – 2020. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression with 3 predictors. The results of the study show that women's involvement in parliament and women's involvement as managers, professionals, admins and technicians have no effect on women's work productivity, meanwhile women's participation in the world of work and increasing women's access in the utilization of economic resources against household income. The role of women in politics, professional staff and sources of income can be provided by educational opportunities for women that are affordable and of good quality as well as women's empowerment in the economic field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Peran E-Commerce Pada Badan Usaha Milik Desa Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Di Desa Paliorong Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Badan Usaha Milik Desa Paliorong Kecamatan Masanda Kabupaten Tana Toraja. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan menjabarkan kondisi objek penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan dokumentasi dan wawancara untuk metode pengumpulan data.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran E-Commerce pada Badan usaha Milik Desa sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat sangat berpengaruh terutama dalam membantu Badan Usaha Milik Desa menjalankan unit usaha untuk mendapatkan keuntungan (laba).sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa       Peran       E-Commerce       Pada        Badan        Usaha        Milik Desa Sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat di Desa Paliorong Kabupaten Tana Toraja berjalan sesuai prosedur dan mengikuti aturan pemerintah   Kata kunci:Peran E-Commerce pada BUMDES
