Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis: (1) pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (2) pengaruh lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (3) pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (4) pengaruh kompensasi, lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara simultan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel jenuh (sampel sensus) dengan menggunakan seluruh jumlah populasi yang ada pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta yaitu sebanyak 45 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Pada uji asumsi klasik menghasilkan model regresi yang data terdistribusi normal dan tidak terjadi multikolinieritas, serta tidak terjadi heterokedastisitas. Berdasarkan hasil analisis persamaan regresi diperoleh Y = -6,091 + 0,423 X1 + 0,413 X2 + 0,386 X3. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa: (1) kompensasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (2) lingkungan kerja fisik berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Jasa Indonesia Regional Yogyakarta. (4) kompensasi, lingkungan kerja fisik dan disiplin kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of Halal Labels, Electronic Word of Mouth and Product Attributes on Purchasing Decisions of Halal Cosmetic Products. This type of research is classified as quantitative research. The independent variables in this study consisted of Halal Labels, Electronic Word of Mouth and Product Attributes. While the dependent variable is the Purchase Decision. The respondents used in this study were 124 respondents who had purchased and used halal cosmetic products, namely wardah. All question items used in this study proved to be valid and reliable after being tested for validity and reliability tests. The data analysis tool used in this study uses IBM SPSS Statistics 21. Data analysis in this study uses Multiple Regression Analysis. In the classical assumption test, this research is normally distributed, the regression model does not occur multicollinearity and does not occur heteroscedasticity. The results of this study indicate that the Halal Label has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Electronic Word of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions, Product Attributes have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Decisions. Based on the results of testing the data, all hypotheses in this study are supported.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan di CV Gayatex Indo yang berlokasi di Jl. Gejayan, Yogyakarta. Sebagai UMKM yang bergerak di bidang konveksi, CV Gayatex Indo menghadapi persaingan dengan perusahaan sejenis khususnya di Yogyakarta. Oleh karena itu, UMKM ini perlu mengelola pemasaran dengan baik dan salah satunya melalui pemanfaatan media promosi online. Berdasarkan hasil analisis situasi ditemukan adanya permasalahan pada aspek pemasaran yang dihadapi oleh mitra yaitu kurang optimalnya media promosi yang digunakan. Sesuai dengan target pasarnya, CV Gayatex Indo mengandalkan promosi secara online dan khususnya media sosial Instagram. Dengan demikian, tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran CV Gayatex Indo melalui pengelolaan Instagram. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dan observasi terhadap akun Instagram, ditemukan permasalahan khusus yaitu: (1) pengelolaan Instagram yang kurang optimal, (2) belum ada dokumen yang digunakan sebagai panduan resmi yang memudahkan mitra dalam merencanakan dan membuat konten Instagram. Untuk membantu mitra memecahkan masalah tersebut, maka tim pengabdi mengadakan pelatihan mengenai optimalisasi pemanfaatan media sosial Instagram. Hasil yang dicapai dari pelatihan ini adalah: (1) adanya pengetahuan dan keterampilan tambahan tentang pengelolaan Instagram, (2) adanya dokumen Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) mengenai pengelolaan Instagram, (3) adanya pemetaan konten (content mapping) untuk memandu konten Instagram agar lebih menarik dan terjadwal. Pelatihan diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan mitra mengenai pengelolaan media sosial Instagram agar bermanfaat secara optimal untuk mendukung pemasaran. Tim pengabdi berharap ada keberlanjutan dari program pelatihan yang diberikan kepada mitra dimana mitra dapat menerapkan dan mengembangkan pengelolaan media promosi untuk meningkatkan kinerja pemasaran.

Abstract

This community service program is carried out in Kampung Batik Tulis Giriloyo, which is located in Bantul Regency, DIY Province. The purpose of this training is to assist partners in solving marketing problems. Prior to this training, the products offered at tourist site were hand-drawn batik cloth, apparel, scarves and pashmina. Product innovation training was chosen as a solution program to help partners solve marketing problems. This training program is expected to be useful for handmade batik craftsmen in Kampung Giriloyo to increase their knowledge and skills regarding product innovation, especially ecoprint techniques and making accessories from batik patchwork waste. This training is expected to provide additional skills for craftsmen regarding product innovation by utilizing materials available around them. The training was held from October to November 2022, at the paguyuban hall and was held in three stages: (1) socialization on product innovation, (2) training on making ecoprint, (3) training on making accessories from batik patchwork waste. The outputs resulting from this training are: (1) handmade batik craftsmen gain new knowledge about the importance of product innovation for business sustainability, (2) craftsmen gain additional skills in making ecoprints, (3) craftsmen gain additional skills in making various accessories made from handmade batik patchwork. The training is expected to be useful for craftsmen in Kampung Batik Tulis Giriloyo to increase the attractiveness of tourists visiting the location.

Abstract

The Community Service Program is implemented at Gig's Batik, one of the MSMEs which produce batik in Yogyakarta. It is located in Kwarasan Village RT 08 RW 06, Nogotirto Village, Gamping District, Sleman Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. As a batik producer, Gig's Batik faces fierce competition in the batik market, especially the domestic market. In order to compete in the increasingly stringent batik industry, Gig's Batik must always strive to improve its business practices. One of the crucial aspects in the success of batik MSMEs businesses is marketing. Meanwhile, in the marketing aspect, there are many activities or elements that companies can improve to increase its competitiveness. Based on the situation analysis, it was found that the main problems in the marketing function faced by Gig's Batik lie in unattractive product labels and limited mastery of technology applications. A company must pay attention to labels because of their role as a medium for information about products, companies and logos. In the era of digital marketing, MSMEs must have the skills to use the latest technology applications and utilize them to advance their business. To help partners solve their problems, the service team held training on labeling and the application named CapCut. Training was held in August-September 2023 at the Gig's Batik showroom. The outputs resulting from this activity are: (1) more informative and attractive new product labels, (2) videos created with the CapCut application and used as an online promotional tool on Gig's Batik's social media. The training is expected to increase Gigs's Batik knowledge and skills regarding product labels and mastery of technology applications that can support marketing activities, and in turn, increasing their competitiveness in batik market.
