Abstract

Is aware of the activities and roles of the international Red Cross committee within international humanitarians. Knowing the service of the international Red Cross in the 1949 Geneva Convention. How the international committee of the Red Cross is inside international humanitarians. What the international Red Cross serves in the Geneva convention 1949 there are many different interpretations and definitions of international law, each one closely linked to its own history and development. First, in the early days of ancient growth, international law was defined as the law governing international relations, the types of international law that have been widely accepted until now are various countries, international organizations, icrc, the Vatican's holy view, individual, and lawlessness. Humanitarians are part of international law, guidance and policy tools that reduce the intensity of war and create peace. This affected the concept of international law, and a new concept arose of international or international law. An international organization is an organization born of international relations that responds to the desires of many countries. International humanitarians have received protection from victims and how the ordinances of war are true.
