Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Strategi Komunikasi Pemasaran yang dilakukan di PT. Rineka Cipta Makassar dalam meningkatkan penjualan buku, dan Untuk mengetahui Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penjualan buku di PT. Rineka Cipta Makassar. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif, yaitu penelitian yang menggambarkan, memaparkan dan mengintepretasikan objek yang diteliti. Dalam hal ini penulis ingin menjabarkan komunikasi pemasaran pada PT. Rineka Cipta Makassar. Data diperoleh dari dua sumber yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer yaitu data yang bersumber dari observasi, wawancara dan penyebaran kuesiioner. Dan data sekunder yaitu data yang diperoleh dari kajian sejumlah dokumen-dokumen dan penelitian kepustakaan. yang selanjutnya dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi, kemudian diuraikan dalam bentuk narasi. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PT. Rineka Cipta sudah melakukan komunikasi pemasaran baik secara lisan maupun tertulis dengan mendatangi setiap konsumen, akan tetapi apa yang dilakukan pihak perusahaan belumlah optimal sesuai dengan harapan. Belum optimalnya penjuaalan buku PT Rineka Cipta dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor yaitu Iklan untuk produk, sales promotion dan pameran, public relations, dan personal selling.

Abstract

The quality of cleaning services is at the core of the University Politeknik cleaning services. Customer satisfaction often uses assessment methods to determine the quality of cleaning services. Customer satisfaction depends on customer expectations and quality awareness factors. This study uses a qualitative approach. The data collection method used is survey research that takes data using questionnaires, observations and interviews.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how the coastal community empowerment program is implemented in Takalar Regency at the South Sulawesi provincial fisheries service. What factors support and inhibit the implementation of the coastal community empowerment program in Takalar Regency at the South Sulawesi provincial fisheries service. The type of research used is a qualitative descriptive approach. The focus of this research is increasing capacity, providing access to technology and information, capital, infrastructure, market guarantees, productive economic assets. The number of informants was 10 employees of the South Sulawesi provincial fisheries service. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation, liberal research. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, which means summarizing important things. The data presentation carried out in this research is the data obtained through research results are presented and presented in text or written form and described in qualitative form. The results of this research show that the programs provided by the fisheries service to coastal communities in Takalar Regency are appropriate and there has been improvement, namely the existence of activity programs from the government and the South Sulawesi provincial fisheries service so that with these programs and activities coastal communities are able to empower themselves.

Abstract

Companies or agencies/organizations must have quality human resources (HR) to achieve good performance results so that the company or agency/organization can achieve its goals. One way for companies/agencies/organizations to improve employee performance is by paying attention to the employee's work environment in the office to create a comfortable atmosphere for employees in carrying out their work. This research aims to find out how the work environment influences employee performance. This research used a simple random sampling technique (simple random sampling), with a sample of 34 respondents from the Office of the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP) representing the province of South Sulawesi. This research uses quantitative, descriptive methods and the analysis used in this research is simple linear regression analysis. The results of the descriptive analysis in this research show that from the analysis of the coefficient of determination the R-square value is 0.380, meaning that 38% of employee performance is influenced by the work environment, the remaining 62% is influenced by variables other than the work environment. Likewise, the results of the t test (hypothesis) show that the t-count is greater than the t-table (4.433 > 1.691) and the significance is smaller than 0.05 (0.000 < 0.05), then H0 is accepted (there is an influence of variable Y). Thus, companies/agencies/organizations need to consider the work environment as a factor that can improve performance.

Abstract

Community Service Activities (PKM) carried out by the STIA YAPPI LECTURER TEAM in collaboration with the Kalukubodo Village Government, South Galesong District, Takalar Regency, aims to increase local independence and food security in the area. This research explores collaboration between the two parties in designing and implementing programs that support sustainable agricultural development. By utilizing the potential of abundant natural resources, this activity includes training in agricultural techniques, use of technology, and effective natural resource management. The results of this activity show that the community's active participation in the training program increases their knowledge and skills, so they are able to optimize local resources to meet food needs independently. In addition, this collaboration also creates sustainable relationships between village governments and universities, opening up opportunities for innovation in resource management. It is hoped that this research can make a significant contribution to the development of models of local independence and food security in other villages in Indonesia.
