Abstract

Pembelajaran merupakan suatu proses kegiatan yang memungkinkan guru dapat mengajar dan siswa dapat menerima materi pelajaranyang diajarkan oleh guru secara sistematik dan saling mempengaruhi dalamkegiatan belajar mengajar untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan pada suatulingkungan belajar. Proses pembelajaran merupakan proses komunikasi, yaitu proses penyampaian pesan dari sumber pesan melalui saluran/media tertentu ke penerima pesan. Didalam pemberlajaran tersebut sudah tentu terdapat faktor-faktor yang mendukung serta menghambat berlangsungnya pembelajaran. Faktor pendukung dan penghambat tercapainnya PBM (Proses Belajar Mengajar) di MIN 1 Labusel akibat adanya sarana dan prasarana yang cukup, juga adanya kerja sama yang baik antara pihak sekolah dan orang tua siswa, begitu juga minat belajar siswa yang tinggi disertai lingkungan madrasah yang mendukung. Kalau untuk kondisi yang sekarang ini, kondisi covid-19 sudah pasti banyak hambatannya materi yang disampaikan otomatis dipadatkan dan itu juga membebani siswa/i MIN 1 Labusel, dikarenakan masuknya cuman seminggu tiga kali dan dalam waktu dua jam.Kata Kunci : Pendukun; Penghambat; Siswa; Guru; Pembelajaran. Abstract      Learning is a process of activity that allows teachers to teach and students can receive subject matter taught by the teacher systematically and influence each other in teaching and learning activities to achieve the desired goals in a learning environment. The learning process is a communication process, namely the process of delivering messages from the source of the message through certain channels/media to the recipient of the message. In this learning, of course, there are factors that support and hinder the learning process. The supporting and inhibiting factors for achieving PBM (Teaching and Learning Process) at MIN 1 Labusel are due to adequate facilities and infrastructure, as well as good cooperation between the school and students' parents, as well as high student interest in learning accompanied by a supportive madrasa environment. For the current conditions, the Covid-19 condition is definitely a lot of obstacles, the material delivered is automatically compressed and it also burdens the students of MIN 1 Labusel, because the entry is only three times a week and in two hours.
