Abstract

Abstract: The child is a time of joy and excitement and this iswhere the future growth and small flowers . On the other handviolence done to children is common. A series of sexual abuse ofchildren is not just a physical mark on their little bodies, butalso to make an impression in the soul of a child until he grewup. One day later not blame them, when they tend to do thingsthat deviate. This article will discuss the position of the child asan object of sexual violence legal philosophy perspectiveملخص: الطفولة ھي فترة من الفرح والإثارة وھذا ھو المكان نمو و أزھار الطفولة فيالمستقبل. على العنف جھة أخرى القیام بھ للأطفال شائعة. وھناك سلسلة من الاعتداءالجنسي على الأطفال لیس فقط أن یكون بصمة جسدیا على أجسادھم الصغیرة، ولكنأیضا جعل انطباعا في النفس للطفل حتى نشأ وترعرع. في وقت لاحق یوم واحد لاألومھم، عندما تمیل إلى فعل الأشیاء التي تحید. ھذه المادة سوف یناقش وضع الطفلككائن العنف الجنسي منظور الفلسفة القانونیة.Kata Kunci: Kejahatan terhadap anak

Abstract

Children in principle is a picture of the future of a nation, on the shoulders of black and white they are an expectation, therefore it is appropriate that they should be protected as much as possible. Protection may include not only protection to children in general, as well as special protection should be given to children who commit crimes, because of the hope and future of a sprawling before them.ملخص: الأطفال في المبدأ هو صورة للمستقبل أمة، على أكتاف بالأبيض والأسود هم توقع، وبالتالي فإنه من المناسب أن عليهم أن تكون محمية قدر الإمكان. ويمكن أن تشمل الحماية حماية ليس فقط للأطفال بشكل عام، وكذلك ينبغي إيلاء حماية خاصة للأطفال الذين يرتكبون الجرائم، بسبب الأمل ومستقبل المترامية الاطراف من قبلهم.

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to analyze and measure the role of market orientation, product quality, supply chain management strategies as mediating variables on the performance of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in Palembang. This study explains how the influence of market orientation and understanding of product quality by the owner or leader of the Songket UKM in Palembang City on the company's performance. The research sample amounted to 50 people consisting of elements of the owners and leaders of the Palembang songket UKM and that is from 25 Palembang UKM business units. Survey method with quantitative management data through statistical analysis test of the SPss IBM 25 application to measure the level of market orientation, product quality, supply chain management strategy on the performance of SMEs in Palembang. These results show that the Market orientation has a significant positive role on the performance of SME companies in the city of Palembang and it can provide an alternative solution in the form of information on awareness of the influence of the variables studied as owners or leaders of SMEs on market orientation, product quality , supply chain management strategies to improve the performance of songket SMEs in Palembang.
