Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh suasana toko yang terdiri dari bagian luar toko, bagian umum dalam toko, tata letak toko, dan pajangan dalam toko yang mana dapat menciptakan emosi serta akan berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pembelian.Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui survey pada 100 pengunjung Hypermart Malang Town Square Kota Malang. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis  Partial Least Square  (PLS). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bagian luar toko, tata letak toko, dan pajangan dalam toko memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap emosi, sedangkan bagian  umum dalam toko tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap emosi. Hasil penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa emosi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap struktur keputusan pembelian.

Abstract

This paper tries to describe and to analize a correlation the place of work to a selling level. Basically, location of  workis essential factor in order to stimulate work success. Some variabels of place that influence the selling level, are easy to be seen, to be came, social and environment condition. Right place is as superior work asset. On the other hand wrong place will obstruct organization to catch their goals and profit. It can be clearly seen from this paper that social and environment condition is a dominant factor determining level of product selling. This reality does not mean that the enterpreneur ignore the other variabels in deciding place of their work

Abstract

One of the development goals of government is to eradicate poverty that should be started from the family level. The economic problems faced by the family need an active role of woman that does not depend on husband income. A woman is family potency that has spirit but often with to they should be empowered. Women empowerment can be done by giving motivation, business adjoin pattern, and skill training so give ability to women for work, business and have income. The motivation to out of poverty need active role and responsibility from all family members. The fact showed that women have significant role to bring her family out of economic difficulty, because beside work at domestic sector (in household), they also demanded to give role in public sector (out of household) such as agricultural sector.
