Abstract

ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Mengetahui kegiatan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan (PKBL) PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Mengetahui efektivitas dalam progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan (PKBL) PT. Petrokimia Gresik. Menentukan strategi pemerdayaan kelompok ternak melalui progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan PT. petrokimia Gresik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian R&D dengan model PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation) dengan metode pendekatan berupa pendekatan kuantitatif. Analisis SWOT pada tahap Planing, Analisis QSPM pada tahap Productin dan Expert Judgment digunakan pada tahap Evaluation. Peneliitian dilakukan di kelompok ternak sumber rejeki desa sumber sari kecamatan sambeng kabupaten selaku pelaku utama dalam pelaksanaan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan PT Petrokimia Gresik dan 20 orang kelompok ternak “Sumber Rejeki” dipilih dengan teknik Nonprobability Sampling. Implementasi dilakukan dengan pembutuan buku “Modul Literasi” (Lingkungan Ternak Sapi Terintergrasi) yang menitik beratkan pelaksaan pada kelompok ternak “Sumber Rejeki” dan hasil strategi sebagai bahan pertimbangan PT Petrokimia Gresik dalam pelaksanaan Progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan bidang peternakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan sudah berjalan sejak tahun 2018 dan exit progam akan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2022. Efektivitas Progam kemitraan dan bina lingkungan bidang peternakan mengahasilakn skor efektivitas sebesar 88% sehingga bisa dikatakan sangat efektif. Perumusan strategi pemberdayaan menghasilkan 12 strategi pemberdayaan kelompok dengan prioritas utam berupa Membuat modul sebagai buku acuan bagi kelompok ternak dalam pelaksanaan pengembangan kandang edukasi. Penyusunan modul berdasarkan kegiatan Agribisnis yang dilaksanan oleh kelompok ternak Sumber Rejeki yang berfokus di Lingkungan Ternak Sapi Terintergrasi yang dipadukan dengan progam AUTS (Asuransi Usaha Ternak Sapi) Kata kunci— strategi pemberdayaan; efektivitas; progam kemitraan; bina lingkungan ABSTRACT This study aimed to determine the activities of the partnership and community development program (PKBL) of PT. Gresik Petrochemicals. Knowing the effectiveness of the partnership and community development program (PKBL) PT. Gresik Petrochemicals. Determine the strategy for empowering livestock groups through the partnership program and environmental development of PT. Gresik petrochemicals. The research method used is R&D research with the PPE (Planning, Production, Evaluation) model with a quantitative approach. SWOT analysis at the Planning stage, QSPM analysis at the Production stage, and Expert Judgment are used at the Evaluation stage. The research was carried out in the Sumber Rejeki livestock group, Sumber Sari village, Sambeng district, the district as the leading actor in the implementation of the partnership and environmental development program of PT Petrokimia Gresik and 20 people from the "Sumber Rejeki" livestock group were selected using the Nonprobability Sampling technique. Implementation is carried out by using the book "Literacy Module" (Integrated Cattle Environment), which focuses on the performance of the "Sumber Rejeki" livestock group and the results of the strategy as consideration for PT Petrokimia Gresik in implementing the partnership program and environmental development in the livestock sector. The study results show that the partnership and environmental development program has been running since 2018, and the exit program will be implemented in 2022. The effectiveness of the partnership and environmental development program in the livestock sector results in an effectiveness score of 88%, so it can be said to be very effective. The formulation of the empowerment strategy resulted in 12 group empowerment strategies with the main priority in making a module as a reference book for livestock groups in the implementation of educational cage development. Preparation of modules based on Agribusiness activities carried out by the Sumber Rejeki livestock group, which focuses on the Integrated Cattle Livestock Environment combined with the AUTS (Cattle Livestock Business Insurance) program. Abstract

This study aims to compile the Design of Counseling on the Efficiency of Beef Marketing Channels in the Traditional Markets of Probolinggo City. The study method uses descriptive quantitative methods. The population in this study were traditional markets, slaughterhouses and livestock groups in the city of Probolinggo. Determination of the sample using snowball sampling technique and purposive sampling. The results of the study show that there are 4 marketing channels in the traditional markets of the city of Probolinggo, namely (1) Farmers - Butchers - Consumers, (2) Farmers - Butchers - Retailers - Consumers, (3) Cattle Traders (Belantik) - Butchers Entrepreneurs - Consumers, (4) Cattle (Belantik) Traders - Butchers - Retailers - Consumers. The four channels have been efficient based on the calculation of farmer's share, the first channel is the most efficient channel with a farmers share value of 54.87%. Every 1 increase in the number of marketing agencies will increase the marketing margin by Rp. 10,097,979. Every 1% increase in the efficiency of the marketing channel will increase the margin of the marketing channel by Rp. 1,411,984. The extension design was based on the material from the study results using a media folder with the lecture and discussion method in the Bango Jaya cattle group. The results of the evaluation of outreach activities on farmer attitudes which consist of Receiving, Responding, Assessing, Organizing, and Characteristics based on the values classified as positive or showing a good attitude with a percentage of 100%.
