Abstract

Research on the Application of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method with the Everyone is Teacher Here Method Measured by Motivation and Chemistry Learning Achievement on the Main Material Hydrocarbons is a quasi-experimental research type with a research design involving 3 classes, namely the first class is taught with the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method, Everyone Is Teacher Here method and the third class taught by a combination of them with different treatments. This research was conducted at MA Darussalam, Lombok, in the 2020/2021 academic year. This study aims to determine the differences in motivation and achievement in learning chemistry of students who are taught using the Auditory Intellectually Repetition learning model and Everyone Is Teacher Here method on the subject matter of hydrocarbons repetition with a combination of them on the subject matter of hydrocarbons, and knowing the differences in students' motivation and achievement in learning chemistry taught by those two methods. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was a significant difference in the application of the Auditory Intellectually Repetition method with the Everyone Is Teacher Here method measured by motivation and achievement in learning chemistry on the subject matter of hydrocarbons.

Abstract

Moringa is one of the plants used in traditional medicine by the community as an efficacious medicine utilizing all parts of the plant. Moringa seeds are part of the plant that can be used in medicine. A phytochemical test is a qualitative test of the chemical compound content of secondary metabolites, which is an essential first step in research on medicinal plants or in the search for new active compounds derived from natural materials that can be precursors for the synthesis of new drugs or become prototypes of certain active compounds. This research aimed to identify chemical compounds in Moringa seeds (Moringa oleifera, L). This research used the maceration method with 80% methanol solvent and hexane solvent, then identifying secondary metabolites was carried out by phytochemical test. The results showed that the phytochemical test results on the seed extract using the maceration method were alkaloids, flavonoids, and saponins. The results also showed that the seed sample had a moisture content below 10%, which was 9.36%.

Abstract

Lack of knowledge of village youth about chemicals and how to process them has closed business opportunities in Dusun Gubuk Baru, Tanank Beak Village, Kec. North Batukliang. Therefore, rural youth need training to process these chemicals into a product that is safe for the environment. Empowerment of the New Hut Youth, most of whom work as casual daily laborers and farmers. So that with this training in making grandson dish soap, it has the potential to open up business opportunities for youth in Dusun Gubuk Baru. The result of this training is that young people in Dusun Gubuk Baru can properly process several chemicals and materials from nature into dish soap that is ready to be marketed and of course it is more environmentally friendly. The impact of the training we provide is that the mindset of the young huts has changed a little from what they initially thought that chemistry was only about bombs, now they think that chemistry is very fun because there are many things that can be done or made by mixing chemicals. One example is the manufacture of dish soap.
