Abstract

The research here is carried out to test the influence of perceptions of convenience, perceptions of usefulness, security and confidentiality, readiness of information technology on the use of eFiling for individual taxpayers. In the research here, it uses data sources, namely primary data. Primary data that was obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. The sample of the research here is 53 Individual Taxpayers at the Tax Service Office (KPP) Pratama Tangerang Barat. The research data are here using SPSS version 25 software along with descriptive statics, reliability tests, validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis tests in processing. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the results of the researcher can make conclusions that can be stated as follows: Perception of Ease does not affect the use of e-Filing, Perception of Usefulness does not affect the use of e-Filing, Security and Confidentiality affects the Use of e-Filing, Readiness of Information Technology does not affect the Use of e-Filing . Perception of Ease, Perception of Usefulness, Security and Confidentiality, Readiness of Information Technology jointly affect the Use of e-Filing.

Abstract

This student creativity development activity was carried out based on the collaboration between the Faculty of Business, Buddhi Dharma University and KSP Madani which was held at KSP Madani Credit Union Kotabumi, Tangerang City. Banten Province. The training participants are UMKM members of cooperatives, and the activities are carried out within a period of three months, with training activities planned in the form of focus group discussions, material presentations and interactive question-and-answer between the giver of materials and training and mentoring participants. The material provided was in accordance with the needs requested by KSP Madani at the beginning of the meeting, namely knowledge and implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for UMKM actors under the guidance of KSP Credit Union Madani. Participants from the training are members of the Madani cooperative, which are UMKM business actors in the Culinary and Services sector The output plan of this student creativity development activity is in the form of improving the performance of cooperative management.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan PkM ini melibatkan mitra kerjasama yaitu Magabudhi. Magabudhi sebuah organisasi massa kaum Buddha mazhab Theravada di Indonesia. Didirikan pada tanggal 3 Oktober 1976 di Bandung sebagai Mapanbudhi, pada Pasamuan Agung V tahun 1995 berganti nama menjadi Magabudhi. Peserta Magabudhi yang hadir pada saat acara berlangsung cukup ramai berkisar antara 30 sampai 35 orang. Pelaksanaan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini dilakukan pada hari Sabtu, tanggal 12 Nopember 2022 bertempat di gedung D Universitas Buddhi Dharma, Karawaci – Tangerang, Banten, 15115. Dengan adanya pelatihan ini diharapkan kedepannya para anggota Magabudhi yang didalamnya terdapat romo dan rahmani dapat mengerti pengelolaan keuangan Vihara khususnya umat Buddha yang ada di Indonesia. Dalam penulisan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa manajemen keuangan di organisasi keagamanaan dalam hal ini Viharapun harus diatur dengan sebaik-baiknya, agar tujuan tercapai, kebutuhan terpenuhi dan menjadi pertanggungjawaban pengurus kepada para donatur.
