Abstract

Fundraising is an activity in order to collect funds from the community, both individuals, groups, organizations, and governments which will later be used to finance a program or activity of the institution so as to achieve the goals to be achieved. The purpose of this research is to find out the strategies used in raising funds in LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Cabang Sidoarjo. This research method uses descriptive qualitative research method. The research was conducted at LAZNAS by collecting data by interview, observation, and data literature. The result of this research is that each fundraiser has its own strategy to raise funds. Abstract

MSMEs in Indonesia are one of the spearheads of economic stability in Indonesia. Because this business has a very stable development, therefore the government must take part in the development of MSMEs in Indonesia so that they can maintain economic stability in this country. bankrupt business. Because they are unable to survive due to limited mobilization. This study aims to determine what marketing strategies are used to promote donuts from Donutday. This study uses qualitative analysis which uses literacy studies from previous journals and searches for data through sources, the data obtained are obtained from interviews with business owners. The marketing strategy carried out in this business is a transactional marketing strategy, marketing strategy, strategy through social media, interactive marketing strategy, content marketing. The results of the study show marketing strategies using Instagram social media and also utilizing the features of the application to find customers. The reason for using Instagram social media is because Instagram is very popular among millennials and the features provided are quite a lot, so business actors can be creative in creating content to attract consumer interest. Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of sharia economic principles in CV. Bersatu Jaya Sidoarjo Regency. The method of data analysis used in research is qualitative analysis with normative and sociological approaches. Research data is obtained from primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of observations, documentation, interviews. The results of this study show that CV. Bersatu Jaya has applied sharia economic principles in its company's operations. This is because in the company's operational activities contain Islamic economic value such as Tawhid, Justice, and Leadership. Abstract

The Yatim Mandiri Foundation is a National Amil Zakat Institution (LAZNAS) owned by the Indonesian people who is solemn to raise the social dignity of humanity for orphans with ZISWAF funds (Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, Waqf) as well as other halal and legal funds, from individuals, groups, and companies. /institution. This research uses descriptive qualitative analysis research. Where qualitative is an analysis that is not based on statistical calculations in the form of quantitative (amount), but in the form of statements and descriptions which will then be compiled in the form of reports. The procedure for receiving ZISWAF funds at the Yatim Mandiri Foundation is allocated in several foundation programs, namely the Charity Program, Enpowerment Program, and Education Program. To attract customers/consumers, the agency's ZIS consultants are guided not only to provide product services but also to provide comfort and information to consumers. Signals to consumers can be given through small talk with consumers or praying together with consumers. The distribution of donations is done by channeling these funds to implement programs at Laznas Yatim Mandiri Foundation, Sidoarjo Branch. With these funds, programs at Laznas Yatim Mandiri Foundation Sidoarjo Branch can be carried out every month. Abstract

Zakat, Infaq, Shodaqoh, and Wakaf (ZISWAF) are worship that are not only related to divine values ​​but are also related to socially valuable human relationships (Maliyah ijtimah'iyyah). One of the national zakat institutions, namely Yatim Mandiri, has various programs in optimizing the distribution of ZISWAF funds which are carried out in 46 branch offices throughout Indonesia. The mechanism for collecting and distributing ZISWAF funds is one of the important things that needs to be studied in knowing the factors that cause the distribution of ZISWAF funds in establishing mustahik. This research method is descriptive qualitative research which is literature study and phenomenological study. The results showed that the ZISWAF fund-raising mechanism carried out by LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo was divided into two, namely direct fundraising and online fundraising. The mechanism for distributing ZISWAF funds carried out by LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo is managed by program staff to be distributed to various programs that have previously been formulated at the Annual Working Meeting of LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Sidoarjo.
