Abstract

This research examines about. "The relationship between student career adaptability to academic achievement of the Islamic counseling guidance study program, the Faculty of Indictment and Communication at UIN Raden Fatah Palembang". This study aims to find out first, a description of the career adaptability of students in the Islamic counseling guidance study program and second, to find out whether there is a relationship between student career adaptability and academic achievement of the Islamic counseling study program, the faculty of dakwa and communication, Uin Raden Fatah Palembang. The study used a quantitative correlation approach with a population of 141 respondents and a sample of 56 respondents. Sampling used simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis technique was through the Pearson product moment test with the help of Windows SPSS Version 22. The results of the study showed first, that the career adaptability description of students was at a moderate level of 77% 109 people. and secondly, it is known that the result of Asymp sig.(2-tailed) is 0.00. Value 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that there is a relationship between student career adaptability to academic achievement with a relationship value of 0.676 in a strong relationship and has a positive direction.

Abstract

This study is entitled “The Application of Listening to Murottal Al-Qur’an Therapy for Client Emotional Stability at the Ar-Rahman Drug Rehabilitation Center Foundation”. This research is motivated by clients who use drugs who use drigs whose emotions are unstable, so they often express emotions excessively and are not in accordance with social values. The application of this therapy will provide a sense of relaxation and cause the brain to emit theta a snse of calm. The aim of the study was to describe the emotional stability of clients at YPRN Ar-Rahman and to find out the application of murottal Al-Qur’an listening therapy. The method used is a qualitative approach. Types of field research. The research subjects of 3 clients at YPRN Ar-Rahman according to the researcher’s criteria. Data collection tools through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data presentation, drawing conclutations. The results of this study indicate that: 1)the emotional stability of clients at YPRN Ar-Rahman of the three research subjects, there are 2 clients whose emotions are unstable, and the only client whose emotions are quite stable. 2)the application of listening therapy to murottal Al-Qur’an with surah Ar-Rahman for 20 minutes with 4 meetings is able to provide emotional stability ti research subjects. Abstract

Muslims really uphold ethics in various matters, one of which is ethics in relationships between people. The process of providing an understanding of social ethics must be understood well, especially for children who are studying in educational or religious institutions. This research aims to find out a picture of the understanding of students' social ethics before implementing group guidance with self-management techniques, to find out how group guidance with self-management techniques is applied in increasing understanding of students' social ethics, to find out the picture after group guidance with self-management techniques is given in increasing understanding. student social ethics. This research is qualitative research, the subjects of this research are 1st grade students of MTs Pondok Pesantren Al-Amalul Khair Palembang. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation techniques. Next, the data is presented in the form of words, then the data is analyzed and conclusions are drawn, so that it is easy to understand for both researchers and people who read. The research results obtained are: First, the picture before group guidance was carried out using self-management techniques: The understanding is only limited to the children's knowledge, so it cannot be said to understand well. Second, the implementation of group guidance using self-management techniques: carried out in 4 stages, namely the preparation stage, formation stage, transition stage, and activity stage and carried out in 4 meetings with different material for each meeting. Third, the picture after group guidance using self-management techniques: children can understand the material provided through group guidance, but cannot explain the material given by the researcher again.
