Abstract

ABSTRACT: Financial Technology is used as a tool to accelerate and facilitate financial services arising from innovations in the financial services industry. One of the fintechs in the field of fund transfer services that is well known to many people is Flip.id. The problems that often occur in the process of interbank money transfer transactions are a consideration for users to use the Flip.id application or prefer to use other platforms. The problems that occur with Flip.id are the refund system, unsatisfactory service, and speed in transactions. This can be born from a bad corporate architecture. The purpose of this study is to provide suggestions about enterprise architecture planning on the Flip.id application. The method used in problem solving is using the TOGAF ADM framework based on previous research literature studies. This research will produce an IT Blueprint for users to feel comfortable and have loyalty for future evaluations of the Flip.id company.ABSTRAK: Financial Technology digunakan sebagai alat untuk mempercepat dan memudahkan pelayanan keuangan yang timbul akibat inovasi pada industri jasa keuangan. Salah satu fintech dalam bidang jasa transfer dana yang sudah dikenal banyak orang adalah Flip.id. Permasalahan yang banyak terjadi pada proses transaksi pengiriman uang antarbank menjadi pertimbangan untuk para pengguna akan menggunakan aplikasi Flip.id atau lebih memilih menggunakan platform lain. Masalah yang terjadi pada Flip.id yakni sistem pengembalian dana, pelayanan yang kurang memuaskan, serta kecepatan dalam transaksi. Hal tersebut bisa lahir dari arsitektur perusahaan yang kurang baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan usulan tentang perencanaan enterprise architecture pada aplikasi Flip.id. Metode yang digunakan dalam pemecahan masalah yakni menggunakan framework TOGAF ADM berdasarkan studi literatur penelitian sebelumnya.  Penelitian ini akan menghasilkan IT Blueprint untuk para pengguna agar mendapatkan kenyamanan dan memiliki loyalitas untuk evaluasi perusahaan Flip.id kedepannya.

Abstract

Social media application platforms such as TikTok have become social commerce platforms. TikTok provides the TikTok Shop feature, which is designed for business actors to make sales and users to make transactions on the TikTok application. This study used the method of studying literature from published journals available on open-source sites. It aims to present the potential of TikTok Shop as a digital marketing medium in the future. Therefore, the discussion of this literature review is only focused on the TikTok Shop feature as social commerce. TikTok Shop promoted efforts to provide improvements for MSMEs during the pandemic through an SEO marketing strategy and influencers providing interesting content according to the interests of the audience. TikTok also provides Live TikTok for business people, which is in the form of streaming video that can interact with users as potential buyers. Our research found that TikTok Shop can be one of the platforms with great potential for promoting products, supported by several TikTok Shop features for transactions.

Abstract

Information technology is an important organizational asset to be managed and maximized so that its use can be aligned with business needs, thus helping to improve the achievement of the organization's vision and mission. Therefore, the implementation of information technology governance in every organization needs to be monitored for its implementation, this makes the organization more mature and immediately makes improvements to its management of its IT assets. Various studies have been conducted to evaluate IT governance in organizations using various frameworks. This study aims to conduct a review of previous studies related to the development of IT governance evaluation in reviewing research activities carried out in a certain period, analyzing the framework used and why the framework is used. The results show that research to evaluate IT governance peaked in 2014 which was dominated by the institutional sector using the COBIT 5 framework and the various reasons for using COBIT 5 are discussed further in this study.

Abstract

Abstract: Financial technology innovation in the form of digital wallets is very interesting to the public. The efficiency offered from this payment system makes people start to switch from conventional payments to digital payments. In addition, many other factors influence multi-generational people using digital wallets as an alternative to their daily payments. The use of digital wallets is currently widely applied to online transportation transactions, purchases in e-commerce, to food and beverage delivery services. The method used in this study is a method of literature study with the goals to find out the development of digital wallet usage in the community from various journals sourced from Scopus and several websites that have been analyzed and processed by researchers into a literature review study. From the results obtained, it can be concluded that from year to year there is an increase in the number of digital wallet users, especially in Indonesia. Moreover after the Covid-19 pandemic, the number of digital wallet users is increasing because people have to avoid physical contact so that more transactions with digitally.Abstrak: Inovasi teknologi keuangan berupa digital wallet sangat manarik perhatian masyarakat. Efisiensi yang ditawarkan dari sistem pembayaran ini membuat masyarakat mulai beralih dari pembayaran konvensional ke pembayaran digital. Selain itu banyak faktor lain yang mempengaruhi para multi generasi menggunakan digital wallet sebagai alternatif pembayaran sehari-hari mereka. Penggunaan digital wallet saat ini banyak diterapkan untuk transaksi transportasi online, pembelian di e-commerce, hingga jasa pesan antar makanan dan minuman. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu metode studi literatur dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui perkembangan penggunaan digital wallet di masyarakat dari berbagai jurnal yang bersumber dari Scopus dan beberapa website yang telah dianalisis dan diolah peneliti menjadi sebuah kajian literature review. Dari hasil yang didapatkan dapat disimpulkan bahwa dari tahun ke tahun terjadi peningkatan jumlah pengguna digital wallet, khususnya di Indonesia. Apalagi setelah pandemi Covid-19, jumlah pengguna digital wallet semakin meningkat karena masyarakat harus menghindari kontak fisik sehingga lebih banyak melakukan transaksi secara digital.
