Providing excellent service is mandatory, the customer feels the warmth of the employee, hospitality, smile, responsiveness, and tenderness. The company must work hard, encourage performance improvement, commitment, stimulate self-enthusiasm by promoting career development. This research is intended to look at internal and external performance factors. The reason for using quantitative methods is simple, and can show clarity of interpretation. To collect data, questionnaires were distributed. Respondents answered according to predetermined criteria (Likert scale), then the data were analyzed using regression. The results of the study confirm that performance can develop significantly if internal and external factors are built up. In the long term career strategies are needed, but in operational (daily) efficacy and commitment are needed

This study aims to analyze the characteristics, behaviors and motivations of tourists from North Sulawesi trip to Jakarta. The research methodology used is descriptive qualitative method. The data used is primary data and secondary data collection method through survey questionnaires, interviews, and focus group discussion. Data analysis used SPSS statistical analysis includes frequency and cross-tab analysis, and SWOT analysis. The results of this study of which are domestic tourists from North Sulawesi classified as "Upper Market" and prestigious tourist fond of, and impressed consumptive, hedonist, shopping, parties and meals. Travelers from North Sulawesi like to go to some of the famous tourist destinations. Travelers from North Sulawesi more confident when to travel alone in the country. The main obstacle is the lack of information about Jakarta especially for the people of North Sulawesi, unavailability of brochures about Jakarta in service, not available tourist maps. Information about the attractions that can be visited very minimal and should be provided free of charge such as tourist information facilities at the airport, in the center of the crowd, tourist destination, and so on. Packaging destination must be continuously improved; Jakarta is highly prestigious for the people of North Sulawesi.DOI: 10.15408/ess.v4i3.2432

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of budget absorption level of education and health in the Budget (budget) Aceh Besar district. The analytical method used is the ratio of the effectiveness and efficiency of revenue and expenditure. The results of this study indicate that the level of effectiveness of the education budget absorption is considered ineffective. Level of efficiency in the education budget is less efficient category. The level of effectiveness of health budgets on average less effective. The level of efficiency of the health budget shows less efficient and inefficient. Factors that influence the effectiveness and efficiency of the health sector budget realization that their force major (emergency), the internal condition of the Department of Health, the process of procurement of goods and services that are not timely and not within specifications, on corruption, budget execution document and revision process, an increase in the allocation of expenditure in the Department of Health in the event of changes in the budget, lack of coordination between planning and execution, lack of health budgetsDOI: 10.15408/sjie.v3i2.2057

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat sejauhmana persepsidan preferensi masyarakat Indonesia khususnya Jakarta terhadap wisata syariah. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kualitatif. Survey dilakukan terhadap 300 responden di DKI Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan ialah non probability sampling dengan simple random. Persepsi dan preferensi masyarakat Jakarta dianalisis dengan analisis gap dan analisis kuadran. Dimensi wisata syariah di Jakarta dengan mengadaptasi indikator yang dikemukakan oleh the Global Muslim Travel Index tahun 201. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan beberapa variabel wisata syariah di Jakarta masih rendah kinerjanya padahal tingkat kepentingannya tinggi. Namun pada sisi lain, terdapat variabel dengan tingkat kepentingan tinggi dan juga kinerjanya sudah baik dan menjadi kekuatan wisata syariah yang dimiliki Jakarta. Sementara itu, juga ada variabel yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang rendah dan kinerjanya juga dinilai kurang baik yaitu Dining options and assurance, dan Number of hotels, which are promoted as Muslim friendly. Khusus dalam kasus wisata syariah di Jakarta ini tidak ada yang masuk kategori variabel yang memiliki tingkat kepentingan yang rendah namum memiliki kinerja yang baik sehingga dianggap berlebihan.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk membuat administrasi penelitian tindakan kelas setelah dilaksanakan supervisi akademik melalui workshop. Penelitian ini bermetodekan penelitian tindakan sekolah, suatu penelitian dengan orientasi pembinaan bagi sekelompok guru di suatu sekolah, melalui beberapa siklus, mengunakan sistem spiral refleksi model Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang dimodifikasi. Strategi/Metode Kerja/Teknik Pembinaan yang digunakan pada siklus 1 adalah studi dokumentasi, angket, Observasi-Refleksi-Rekomendasi, dan Focused Group Discussion, sedangkan pada siklus 2 adalah workshop, observasi-refleksi-rekomendasi, dan FGD. Penelitian ini menghasilkan peningkatan keterampilan pendidik dalam membuat RPP, membuat LKS/Soal, menyusun kuesioner responsiswa, membuat pedoman observasi keaktifan siswa, membuat daftar check, menyusun format observasi keaktifan siswa, menyusun tata aturan observasipelaksanaan model pembelajaran oleh guru dan siswa, serta membuat format diskusi balikan, menghasilkan kelonjakan dari Siklus I ke Siklus II. Siklus II mengakhiri pembinaan, dengan indikator aktivitas guru telah 80.00% keatas dan skor nilai guru minimal 80.00 sudah diatas 85%, yaitu 100.00%.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of Zakat Institutions through funding and training provided by amil zakat institutions and mustahiq's knowledge on the success of mustahiq businesses based on the perspective of maqashid sharia. This study uses Partial Least Square analysis techniques. The sample used in this study were 75 small-scale traders (Mustahiq) assisted by LAZNAS Al-Azhar and LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa in the Bogor Regency and Depok, West Java. The results show that funding and training provided by LAZNAS Al-Azhar and LAZNAS Dompet Dhuafa and knowledge possessed by Mustahiq significantly influence the success of mustahiq businesses.
