Abstract

Persoalan sampah merupakan persoalan yang sangat penting bagi masyarakat khususnya masyarakat yang tinggal di Pedesaan. Hal ini menjadi penting untuk dibahas karena berkaitan dengan sistem kehidupan di masyarakat yang berkaitan juga dengan nilai-nilai sosial dan budaya. Secara garis besar lingkungan yang sehat menjadi pemicu berkembangnya interaksi sosial dan kebudayaan yang positif bagi masyarakat. Desa Sukatendel Kecamatan Tiganderket Kabupaten Karo merupakan salah satu desa yang juga dihadapkan dengan persoalan sampah. Mengingat begitu banyaknya dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh sampah terhadap kesehatan lingkungan yang juga merusak nilai sosial dan budaya, dilakukan edukasi juga upaya pengelolaan dan penanggulangan sampah sebagai solusi dari permasalahan sampah yang ada di Desa Sukatendel Kecamatan Tiganderket Kabupaten Karo. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui analisa dan verifikasi terhadap program yang sudah dilakukan oleh Tim KKN 185 di Desa Sukatendel sehingga peneliti dapat menarik kesimpulan bahwa dalam melakukan edukasi kepada masyarakat untuk pengelolaan dan penanggulangan sampah di Desa Sukatendel adalah dengan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai optimalisasi pengelolaan sampah dan dampak pada Desa Sukatendel melalui kegiatan seminar, pemberdayaan sampah menjadi lahan ekonomi baru bagi masyarakat Desa Sukatendel melalui pembuatan ekonomi kreatif dari sampah kulit jagung, dan juga pembuatan tempat sampah permanen sebagai solusi dari penanggulangan sampah di Desa Sukatendel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the village government's communication strategy in managing the Village Owned Enterprise, Berastagi District, Karo Regency. This study uses the AED theory of development communication strategies. In this study, the authors used qualitative research with data collection techniques obtained through the stages of observation, interviews, and through exploratory stages. So the authors can draw the conclusion that in an effort to manage the Village Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) Raya Berastagi sub-district, village leaders carry out strategies based on instructional, participatory, and marketing designs. In managing BUMDES the strategy that can be done is by paying attention to social values in the management of BUMDES, paying attention to the impacts that will be received by the village community, paying attention to Village Potential, having sufficient human resources, being managed by people who have an entrepreneurial spirit, and must also involve the community in its management. and serve the community as best as possible so that BUMDES can be managed and developed properly.

Abstract

In communicating, of course, good communication skills and skills are needed which can create mutual understanding in communication. Communication messages will be conveyed properly if the delivery of messages is carried out with good communication ethics. Media is an effective means of communication used in the era of communication technology. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection methods through literacy studies and then analysis is carried out with field conditions so that it can be concluded that good literacy skills in sorting and selecting media content are a form of communication ethics which are also related to Islamic communication ethics.

Abstract

Many factors cause a person to decide to become a convert (muallaf). In the case of converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency, they still have problems and various problems in living their new faith. The Peduli Muallaf Karo Community is one of the social communities fostering converts in the Karo District. Of course, an effective communication strategy is needed to overcome the various problems experienced by converts when practising the religion they have just believed in, especially in terms of coaching. This study aims to analyze the role of Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, coaching programs, communication strategies used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community, and the motivation and effectiveness of converting converts conducted by the Ka Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency. This study used a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The data collection technique used in this study was observation/field study, interviews, and data analysis through documentation supported by theories from literature studies. The informants in this study were the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community managers, namely the head of Leaders, DPC administrators, and the converts coaches. The results of the study show that the communication strategy used by the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community in fostering converts in Tiganderket District, Karo Regency is relevant to the communication strategy put forward by R. Wayne Peace et al., namely: First, To secure understanding, in this case, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community uses a local language approach to create mutual understanding and mutual understanding between mentors and converts. Second, To establish acceptance, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing methods. Third, To motivate action, namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community held a special contest for converts as material for evaluating the preacher's performance as well as motivation for converts to continue studying Islam seriously. Namely, the Peduli Muallaf Karo Community conducts coaching using lecture methods, question and answer, group discussions, and learning while playing. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuhi bagaimana Komunikasi Interpersonal guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa di Di Smpn 2 Binjai rumusan masalah yaitu, bagaimana komunikasi interpersonal Guru Dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar siswa, faktor pendukung dan penghambat Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru dalam Meningkatkan Motivasi Belajar Siswa. Adapun jenis penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif, di mana teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Analisa data dilakukan dengan penyajian data, reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan: bahwa ada beberapa bentuk pesan Guru yang disampaikan untuk meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa ialah dengan komunikasi interpersonal yang bersifat persuasif yang mana seorang guru mengarahkan siswa kepada minat belajar yang tinggi yakni salah satu penerapan cara didik antara guru kepada siswanya. Pesan bersifat persuasif dalam komunikasi interpersonal akan memudahkan interaksi terhadap komunikan dalam proses pemahaman, baik komunikasi secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung, komunikasi verbal serta non-verbal. Komunikasi dilakukan guru bersifat konseling serta ramah ketika seorang guru melakukan komunikasi bersifat keras dan mengintrogasi guru cenderung tidak menemukan kesulitan yang dirasakan siswa sehingga dapat menyebabkan menyampaikan pesannya yang terkait dengan motivasi belajar siswa. Guru merasa kesulitan dalam berkomunikasi ketika tidak ada sinergi dalam diri siswa sehingga dapat menyebabkan komunikasi tidak berjalan secara efektif.
