Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran berbasis missiouri mathematics project (MMP) yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan mengetahui kelayakan perangkat pembelajaran yang telah dikembangkan menurut expert judgment, guru, dan peserta didik di SMA/MA Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Research and Development (R & D) dengan mengikuti model pengembangan Plomp yang diawali pada tahap penelitian pendahuluan dengan subjek penelitian ditentukan dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang terdiri dari 4 orang expert judgement, 4 orang guru matematika SMA/MA, 3 orang peserta didik pada one-to-one, 6 orang peserta didik pada small group, dan 31 orang peserta didik pada field test, selanjutnya tahap pengembangan (prototyping), dan tahap penilaian. Perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan berupa RPP, penilaian, dan LKPD. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik studi dokumentasi, wawancara, dan angket. Data dari hasil observasi, angket, dan tes dianalisis secara kuantitatif yang diperkuat dengan hasil dokumentasi yang dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian berdasarkan data yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran matematika yang dihasilkan terkategori valid, praktis, dan efektif baik dari segi kelayakan isi, kebahasaan, dan penyajian/kegrafikaan. Kevalidan diketahui dari hasil penilaian validator pada lembar validasi yang menyatakan perangkat pembelajaran yang dikembangkan telah valid berdasarkan content (materi), construct, layout, dan  bahasa yang sesuai EYD. Kepraktisan diketahui dari hasil uji coba one-to-one, small group, dan field test. Keefektivan diperoleh dari small group dan field test. Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa perangkat pembelajaran matematika layak untuk dijadikan bahan rujukan dalam pembelajaran matematika khususnya untuk materi trigonometri kelas X SMA/MA. Kata Kunci: Komunikasi Matematis, Missouri Mathematics Project, Model Plomp Abstract. This research aimed to develop of mathematics lesson tools within missouri mathematics project (MMP) base to increase communication mathematis skill and it also to understand worthiness from lesson tools who has developed according to expert judgments, teachers, and students in SMA/MA Pekanbaru city. This research used Research and Development (R & D) as  research methode within Plomp mode development that begin in preliminary research phase with subject of this research chosen by purposive sampling technique, they were 4 expert judgement, 4 mathematics teachers SMA/MA, 3 students in one-to-one, 6 students in small group, and 31 students in field test, next to development (prototyping) phase, and assessment phase. The development of lesson tools were RPP, assessment, and LKPD. The data was collected by study documentation technique, interview, and questioner. The result of data from obsrevation, questioner, and test were analyzed as quanlitative analysis which strongly added the result of documentation was analyzed as qualitative analysis. The validity known from assessment result by validators of validation sheets shown that lesson tool are valid from content, construct, layout, and bahasa  appropriate EYD. The practical known from the result of one-to-one, small group, and field test. The efectivity from the result of small group test and field test.The result of this research from data shown that lesson tools by the contents, language, and layout were valid, practise, and effectif  category. This research can concluded that mathematics lesson tools worthiness to be reference in mathematics learn specifically for trigonometry class X SMA/MA. Keywords: Communication Mathematice, Missouri Mathematics Project, Plomp Model

Abstract

Abstract. The study from home (SFH) is an everyday activity in global education right now. Kahoot in learning environments is an alternative to accelerating students' interest in learning and understanding mathematics. This study aimed to measure the effectiveness of Kahoot on understanding mathematics learning through SFH. This study investigates the effect of using Kahoot in linear programming. There were 122 students, with 48 males and 74 females. Student outcomes and perceptions of Kahoot were collected to determine the effect of using Kahoot in mathematics learning through SFH. The effect of using Kahoot in mathematics was assessed using quantitative (test) and qualitative (questionnaire) methods. The analysis of the data was done using two-way ANOVA. The result of this study indicates that Kahoot can be used effectively in student motivation in learning through SFH, increased student outcomes, low-skilled students could achieve 56.56%, and understandable learning in virtual environments with Kahoot. Using the Kahoot method has an influence on skills towards the result in class virtual, a positive impact on student's experience in learning (around 90.7% of students enjoy learning with this virtual learning system), and the potential to increase the keenness of students to learn in mathematics through SFH.Keywords: study from home, kahoot, linear programming, motivation, mathematics learning
