Abstract

AbstrakDi era sekarang, TIK berkembang maju hampir semua aktivitas manusia membutuhkan penggunaan teknologi canggih yang dapat dengan mudah digunakan.Mahasiswa Untirta mengalami berbagai kendala, selain kurangnya motivasi mahasiswa untuk belajar, sehingga menandakan bahwa kegiatan belajar mahasiswa dengan model pembelajaran Blended Learning tidak memajukan keinginan mahasiswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis Blended Learning pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan (PKn) dalam meningkatkan motivasi belajar Mahasiswa Untirta. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pendekatan kuantitatif dikerjakan dalam penelitian ini dimana dilandaskan mengikuti data informasi yang dikumpulkan, yaitu data kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner. Data kuesioner dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi dalam penelitian.Kuisioner ini dikembangkan di dalam Google Form sehingga mahasiswa dapat dengan mudah mengaksesnya. Sementara sasaran atau subjek penelitian ini merupakan seluruh mahasiswa Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa jenjang D3/S1. Sebagai hasil dari penelitian ini dapat mengembangkan model pembelajaran berbasis Blended Learning yang lebih interaktif dan efektif karena diketahui sendiri bahwa perlu pengembangan agar mahasiswa termotivasi dan kemudian memahami mengimplementasikan dalam kehidupan yang nyata. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Dalam rangka meningkatkan motivasi belajar mahasiswa, dosen dan mahasiswa diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan dan pengetahuan mengenai pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis blended learning dalam Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan.Kata Kunci: Model Blended Learning, Pendidikan Kewarganegaraan, Motivasi Belajar, Mahasiswa AbstractThis era, ICT is developing forward almost all human activities require the use of advanced technologies that can be easily used. Untirta students experience various obstacles, in addition to the lack of student motivation to learn, which indicates that student learning activities with a Blended Learning learning model do not advance students' desires. This study aims to develop a Blended Learning-based learning model in the Civic Education (CID) course in increasing the learning motivation of Untirta Students. The research method used is a quantitative approach carried out in this study which is based on following the information data collected, namely quantitative data. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. Questionnaire data were carried out to collect information in the study. This questionnaire was developed in a Google Form so that students can easily access it. Meanwhile, the target or subject of this study is all students of Sultan AgengTirtayasa University at the D3/S1 level. As a result of this research is to be able to develop a Blended Learning-based learning model that is more interactive and effective because it is known to itself that it is necessary to develop so that students are motivated and then understand and implement in real life. The conclusion of this research is In order to increase student learning motivation, lecturers and students are expected to provide insight and knowledge regarding the development of blended learning-based learning models in Citizenship Education.Keywords: Blended Learning Model, Citizenship Education, Learning Motivation, Students

Abstract

This study aims to find out how Educational Management with Information System Strategies in the Self-Potential Development Activities of Students in Era Society 5.0. Qualitative methods were used for this useful research. Data collection techniques are observation, in-depth documentation, and interviews. Based on research results and discussions. The stages of planning, organizing, directing, and implementing, as well as controlling, are all included in the school management study. Because the education management information system is an operational force under the progress of formal and informal educational institutions, it is clear that education management is one of the most important and most needed aspects of education in the era of information system development. Good education management methods applied in schools are focused on the factors that make it possible for schools to be popular, superior, and achievers, among others. Forms of self-potential development in students, and teachers include providing extensive guidance to students, helping students who are less involved and motivated to learn, being a good role model, and planning extracurricular activities.

Abstract

To build a community with character, this research seeks to evaluate and provide an overview of the Basic Concepts of a Community with Character and Strategies for Building a Community with Character. Researchers apply qualitative methods to collect data to study the purpose of the matter. This approach requires searching for references in papers and other references that are treated preferably as substitutes. The results of the research and subsequent discussion show how important character is, not only at school but also at home and in society. Character is an important component in people's lives because it allows us as a society to be meaningful for individuals and citizens, so strategies for building a community with character are important. If Character Education is carried out as a whole starting from home, school, and community it can be successful and effective. As a result, the character is a component of culture and community identity, their behavior will reflect that.
