Abstract

Abstrak Kemajuan teknologi beriringan dengan kemajuan ancaman. Teknologi memudahkan kehidupan manusia, di samping itu muncul ancaman mengikuti perkembangan teknologi. Berkaitan dengan kawasan strategis nasional khususnya kawasan atau pangkalan militer dan sarana pendukungnya, teknologi bisa berperan dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan pertahanan dan keamanan dalam kegiatan-kegiatan berkaitan pertahanan negara. Namun teknologi juga bisa mengancam keamanan kawasan militer dan sarana pendukungnya yang berdampak pada pertahanan negara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji rekayasa material anti radar yang dapat dipergunakan untuk menyamarkan kawasan militer dan sarana pendukungnya guna menghindari tangkapan atau deteksi radar musuh melalui studi kepustakaan yaitu dengan mengumpulkan informasi terkait topik bahasan yang ada pada buku, artikel ilmiah, dokumen, maupun berbagai sumber tertulis lainnya yang relevan terkait material lapisan anti-radar. Hasil penelitian pemanfaatan material komposit laminasi dengan lapisan berstruktur nano yang diaplikasikan pada struktur bangungan dengan energi radiasi datang pada 8 GHz hingga 12 GHz memungkinkan penetrasi radiasi elektromagnetik ke dalam material dengan penyerapan hingga sekitar 90% dari energi gelombang elektromagnetik yang datang dikarenakan adanya CNT yang digunakan dalam lapisan berstruktur nano berfungsi mengubah impedansi material, menjadi Radar Absorbing Material (RAM) yang efektif. Kata Kunci: Kemajuan Teknologi, Kawasan Strategis, Militer, Radar Absorbing Material (RAM) Abstract Advances in technology go hand in hand with advances in threats. Technology facilitates human life, in addition, threats arise following technological developments. In relation to national strategic areas, especially military areas or bases and their supporting facilities, technology can play a role in maintaining and improving defense and security in activities related to national defense. However, technology can also threaten the security of military areas and their supporting facilities which have an impact on national defense. The purpose of this research is to examine the engineering of anti-radar materials that can be used to disguise military facilities, supporting facilities, and defense equipment to avoid the capture or detection of enemy radars through literature studies, namely by collecting information related to the topic of discussion in books, scientific articles, documents, and various other relevant written sources related to anti-radar coating materials. Studies on the use of laminated composite materials with nanostructured coatings applied to building structures at incident radiant energies between 8 GHz and 12 GHz have shown that up to about 90% of the incident electromagnetic energy can be absorbed, rendering the material radiant. can be passed through. This is due to the CNTs being used in nanostructured coatings that change the impedance of the material, making it an effective radar absorbing material (RAM). Abstract

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.
