Abstract

The objective of research was to determine the strategy of development program of poverty alleviation at Karyamukti village. The method used descriptive quantitative approach. Based on the result obtained the strategy that uses by the government at Karyamukti village are in quadrant I (S-O) aggressive, which is creating a strategy that uses strength to take advantage of opportunities. These strategy formulations include: Optimizing poverty alleviation programs carried out by the government, improving the data collection process / identification of RTM needs therefore programs are implemented on target, maximizing the use of village fund allocations in increasing human resources and capital participation that can empower communities, take advantage of the potential conditions of the supported villages by good human resources, as well as improving the socialization / training process of community groups on the potential of agriculture and other businesses / jobs run by the community.

Abstract

This research was conducted in Ilohungayo Village, Batudaa District, Gorontalo District. The purpose of this study is to test simple linear regression showing that the income variable has an influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen the regression coefficient test of 0.041, the variable number of family members has a positive and significant influence on the demand for clean water (PDAM). This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.170, while the water tariff variable has a positive influence on the demand for clean water for PDAM. This can be seen from the regression coefficient test of 0.024, percent. Keywords: Income, Number of Family Members, Water Rates and PDAM Water Demand

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and identify the level of income inequality using the Gini Ratio approach. The data sources used in this study are primary and secondary data obtained  through  observation  and  data  collection  reports  both  from  Gorontalo District  Statistic  Center  (BPS)  and  Gorontalo  District  Regional  Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA), such as Districts in Figures and Indicators of Welfare Results National Census. Data sourced from Bappeda and BPS in the form of per capita Gross Regional Domestic Product data on the basis of Constant Prices, and data  on  consumption  per capita  average.  The  results of  the  study  show  that  the Gorontalo Regency Gini Ratio in the period 2012 - 2017 is in the moderate range (> 0.4) or at moderate or moderate levels.Keywords: Identification, Analysis, Gini Ratio

Abstract

This study aims to find out analyzing the transformation of the economic structure of Bone Bolango Regency and how the shift-share distribution through LQ analysis and shift-share Bone Bolango Regency in encouraging economic growth. This study uses a quantitative approach. Data analysis uses secondary data sources for the last 5 years (time-series) and the analytical tools used are Location Question (LQ) and Shift Share Analysis (SSA) analysis.The results of the study indicate that the transformation of the economic structure of Bone Bolango Regency is still not going well, or is still categorized as slow. This can be seen from the contribution of the primary sector share which is still very dominant where the average is 42.60 percent every year. Far above the secondary sector and tertiary sector. The economic potential of Bone Bolango Regency can be seen from the basic sector owned which consists of 10 sectors or business fields, respectively: 1) Mining and Quarrying, 2) Manufacturing Industry, 3) Construction, 4) Wholesale and Retail Trade, 5) Real Estate Estate, 6) Corporate Services, 7) Government Administration, 8) Education Services, 9) Health Services, and 10) Other Services. The non-base sector of Bone Bolango Regency consists of 7 sectors or respective business fields; 1) Agriculture, 2) Procurement of Electricity and Gas, 3) Transportation and Warehousing, 4) Procurement of Water, Garbage, and Waste, 5) Provision of Accommodation and Food and Drink, 6) Information and Communication, and 7) Financial and Insurance Services.
