Abstract

Pendeteksi kebocoran Gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas) adalah salah satu contoh Produk yang sekarang ini jarang diketahui Masyarakat Indonesia terutama kalangan bawah, Karana kurangnya Pengetahuan mereka tentang adanya produk ini, di Negara-Negara maju seperti Amerika, Eropa , Korea Produk ini sangatlah terkenal dan sanngat di anjurkan bagi tiap-tiap rumah untuk memilikinya. Adapun kekuraganya hanyalah mengeluarkan peringatan suara saja tidak ada notifikasi layarnya. Permasalahanya alat ini dapat didesain degan system kendali otomatis berbasis Arduino yang memiliki fungsi, seperti (1) Membuat hardware detector gas otomatis, (2) Menggunakan sensor suhu MQ2 sebagai input pendeteksi Gas (Liquefied Petroleum Gas), (3) Membuat Coding kendali Gas dengan Bahasa Progamer. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain bagun yang terdiri dari: (1) Pemerograman menggunakan Software Arduino IDE, (2) Pengujian sensor Gas MQ2, (3) Perakitan Hardware menggunakan batrai kotak 9 V ,sensor Gas MQ-2, LCD display. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu : (1) Pengujian pada rangkaian yang telah terhubung ini dilakukan dengan praktik simulasi dengan menggunakan korek api gas. Langkah awal yang dilakukan yaitu ialah dengan menggeser tombol OFF menjadi ON yang terletak di samping box. Pada perangkat ini dapat dinyalakan dengan tanda 2 lampu LED Merah, dan Hijau menyala secara bergantian selama kadar gas terdeteksi atau tidak serta bunyi "beep" pada buzzer degan delay 10s serta notifikasi LCD degan menunjukan bahwa perangkat sistem telah aktif; (2) Uji coba tingkat sensitivitas kebocoran gas yang diberikan yaitu nilainya lebih atau sama dengan 13 mVolt, maka sensor akan membaca bahwa telah terjadi kebocoran dan akan memeberi peringatan dengan adanya bunyi alarm. Jika tabung gas tidak dalam keadaan bocor maka nilai dari sensitivitas ialah di bawah 13 mV.

Abstract

The purpose of this study, namely: (1) determine systematically the implementation of teaching factory model of the learning process D3 electrical engineering; (2) determine the achievement quality D3 graduate in electrical engineering and Teaching Factory models. The approach used is a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation. Results of the assessment showed that the implementation of teaching factory model of the learning process D3 Electrical Engineering done quite well, starting from the standard of competence, media, lecturers, students, use and maintenance, production, marketing, evaluation has been structured well enough. But there are still shortcomings in the establishment of management due to the formation of management, the management structure remains unclear resulted in the implementation of the model is less than the maximum teaching factory in the Department of Electrical Engineering D3. Implementation of teaching factory in D3 Electrical Engineering UN PGRI Kediri has been going pretty well, the resulting product has a quality worth selling, economical and multifunctional, the students are expected after graduation in addition to be absorbed in the industrialized world are working as interpreneur and employers on the products they produce so with the application of teaching factory, the quality D3 Electrical Engineering increasing

Abstract

Abstract—Paralel series circuit thematic material is one of the materials that is difficult for elementary school (SD) students to understand because it requires direct understanding and application of paralel series material. At SD Negeri Pojok Kota Kediri the paralel series material is taught in class VI, the lack of learning media for this material causes students to have difficulty understanding the material. The aim of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to design and implement a paralel series trainer for elementary school students so that it is hoped that students will find it easy to understand and apply the series. This service activity produced 4 trainers, namely a series circuit trainer, a paralel circuit trainer, a combination switch circuit trainer, and a paralel series resistance interactive trainer. The results of applying the trainer show that 90% of students are able to apply circuits to series and paralel material using the series paralel circuit trainer.
