Abstract

Abstrak - Tujuan dari Penelitian ini yaitu untuk membangun Sistem Informasi Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Koto Agung yang diharapkan dapat membantu pihak sekolah untuk mempromosikan dan membagikan informasi serta membantu guru/staf dalam pengolahan nilai rapor siswa, secara terkomputerisasi menggunakan database. Permasalahan yang ditemui yaitu proses penyampaian informasi dan promosi sekolah masih dilaksanakan secara manual sehingga jangkauannya masih terbatas, Pengolahan data nilai siswa masih ditulis tangan dalam sebuah buku, dan Rapor pada SLB Koto Agung masih dibuat secara manual yakni menggunakan aplikasi excel yang mana belum terkomputerisasi dengan menggunakan database, mengakibatkan kurangnya ketersedian data saat diperlukaan, keamanan data kurang terjamin, peluang kerusakan atau kehilangan data cukup besar. Dengan adanya suatu permasalahan tersebut SLB Koto agung membutuhkan Sistem Informasi Sekolah Luar Biasa (SLB) Koto Agung Menggunakan Framework Laravel. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini merupakan Metode waterfall dengan menganalisa data yang diperoleh dari sekolah kemudian membangun website menggunakan Framework Laravel dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP dan database MySQL. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem yang dirancang mampu memberikan manfaat bagi pimpinan sekolah. Dapat digunakan dalam penyampaian informasi dan promosi serta mudah dalam pengelolaan data terkait sekolah. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Website, Waterfall, PHP, Framework Laravel.  Abstract – The purpose of this research is to build an information system for special schools (SLB) Koto Agung which is expected to help schools promote and share information and assist teachers/staff in processing student report cards using a computerized database. The problems encountered were that the process of delivering information and school promotions was still carried out manually so that its reach was still limited, the data processing of student grades was still handwritten in a book, and the report cards at SLB Koto Agung were still made manually using the excel application which was not yet computerized by using database, resulting in a lack of data availability when needed, data security is not guaranteed, the chance of damage or data loss is quite large. With this problem, Koto Agung Special School requires a Koto Agung Special School Information System (SLB) Using the Laravel Framework. The method used in this study is the waterfall method by analyzing the data obtained from the school and then building a website using the Laravel Framework with the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The result of this research is that the system designed is able to provide benefits for school leaders. Can be used in the delivery of information and promotions and easy to manage school-related data.  Keywords: Information System, Website, Waterfall, PHP, Laravel Framework..

Abstract

A website-based public service information system is made so that the public can easily find out what activities are in Central Pariaman District. In law number 25 of 2009 concerning public services, it is an activity or series in the context of fulfilling service needs in accordance with statutory regulations for every citizen and resident of goods, services or administrative services provided by public service providers. Central Pariaman District is one of the sub-districts in Pariaman City, West Sumatra Province, the problems include information on licensing services and recommendations given to the community still using banner billboards placed on information boards and located in the Pariaman sub-district office There is no licensing service and recommendation letters digitally because the service is carried out at the Pariaman Tengah sub-district office. The use of existing computerized devices is not optimally used in processing correspondence archives which still use paper in recording licensing reports and letters of recommendation. 16 Types Only 5 are taken consisting of Building Permits (IMB), IUMK Applications (Micro and Small Business Permits). Recommendation Statement of Not Married, Recommendation of Statement of Good Practice, Recommendation of Statement of Death. This research uses the waterfall method and the PHP and Mysql programming languages. Conclusions that provide information that supports the management of permits and letters of recommendation by the community. processing of licensing data and letters of recommendation Can improve and provide licensing services and letters of recommendation better than before to the community.
