Babershop by Ponco merupakan usaha dalam bidang menjual jasa potong rambut. Babershop by Ponco berdiri sejak tahun 2003, berada di Perumahan Pondok Raden Patah Blok C I No. 1 – 2 RT. 04 RW. 03 Sayung Demak. Pemiliknya bernama Bapak Ponco Novian Mustoro, S.E., M.M. Persaingan dunia usaha semakin ketat, maka pelaku usaha harus bisa mempertahankan usaha dan dituntut untuk dapat menghadapi persaingan, dengan mengembangkan usaha supaya lebih maju dan lebih besar. Dalam menghadapi persaingan dan mengembangkan usaha dibutuhkan strategi untuk pengembangan usaha. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengelolaan usaha Babershop by Ponco, mendeskripsikan keadaan lingkungan internal (kelebihan, kelemahan) dan eksternal (peluang, ancaman) Babershop by Ponco, menganalisis strategi pengembangan yang dapat diterapkan pada usaha Babershop by Ponco. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Metode pengumpulan data yang di gunakan adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi.

Skincare are very important for facial care. There are various skin problems one of which is premature aging and dull skin. The perpose of the writer is to know and explain the process making mangosteen skin serum and white rice as anti-aging and brightening, to find out and explain the benefits of mangosteen skin and white rice as anti-aging and brightening and to explain the public acceptance of the mangosteen skin serum and the white rice as anti-aging and brightening. the methoud used is observation, documentation, experiment, interview, questionares and literature. The third experiment produced the composition are 2ml glyserin, 1,5ml mangosteen extract, 1,5ml white rice extract, 5ml aquades, 0,5ml phenoxythanol, 1gr allantoin and 0,5g hydroxtethyl cellulose. Gives off the color beige, nice smell, thick texture and a moist application. After 14 times use, the face will feel moist, bright and fine line and wrikles on the faces are camouflaged. Based on public trials, the average output of 30 panels is the third product with an average of 3,43. The second product has an average of 3,26 and the first product hasan average of 2,93. Thus, it can be concluded that products could be the innovation of problems of premature aging and dull skin

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

Rambutan is a seasonal fruit that is easy to find in tropical areas like Indonesia. Rambutan seeds contain fat, polyphenols (flavones, flavonoids, resveratrol, and isoflavones, and vitamin C. Fophenols in rambutan seeds function to increase anti-inflammation and reduce acne. The study was conducted by methods of observation, documentation, literature, experiments, questionnaires and questionnaires. The composition is 8 pcs rambutan seeds, 120 ml of ethanol, 15 ml of olive oil, 1 tsp of vegetable glycerin. This research aims to find out and explain the manufacturing process, benefits and public acceptance of rambutan seed serum The sensory test of the two validators, namely thick serum and the ingredients for making Face Serum is correct. Use of facial serum is carried out 2x a day, in the morning after washing your face and at night before going to bed, to get results. Public test results on 35 respondents to find out public acceptance, 97 % of respondents liked the use of rambutan seeds as a facial serum, 100% of respondents liked the brownish yellow color, 100% of respondents liked the fragrant aroma of olive oil, 100% of respondents liked the non-coarse texture, 100% of respondents liked facial serum which when applied directly sticks to facial skin . It can be concluded that the use of rambutan seeds as a facial serum to reduce acne is a new product innovation in the field of beauty. Clinical trials and product durability tests are needed for rambutan seed as a facial serum to reduce acne.

Acne is a chronic disease caused by blockage of the oil glands in the skin. The beauty treatment for treating acne is Mesotherapy Acne, which is a treatment technique that incorporates certain substances into the subcutaneous fat tissue. The purpose of this study was to find out the treatment techniques and the effectiveness of Mesotherapy acne technology. The method used in this study is the method of R&D, interviews, observation, documentation and literature. This research developed three acne facial care techniques, namely the technique of pulling up, rotating, and pressing. The author made different studies based on duration, technique, procedure and type of treatment. Product validation of acne facial care technique books using acne mesotherapy beauty technology was carried out by 2 beauty lecturer validators. The results of the scores for all content aspects, display aspects, language aspects, and supporting questions obtained a total score of 28 and 29. Intervals 0-16 are not accepted and 17-32 are accepted. The conclusion of the validation results from the two validator data used is acceptable. Based on these three techniques, the upward pulling motion is effective because it can reduce acne. It is recommended that a guidebook for acne facial care techniques using mesotherapy acne beauty technology can be further investigated because it is effective in dealing with acne skin problems. Prepare a maintenance technique book that is copyrighted nationally so that it can be used as teaching material for beauty field reading books.

Making fake nails using coconut coir is product that can beautify your appearance, reduce the accumulation of coconut coir waste and can be used as an opportunity for entrepreneurship. The purpose of this study is to find out and explain the process of making fake nails, product validation, and public acceptance of the Utilization of Coconut Coir as a Fake Nail Innovation. The methods used are observation, literature, experiments, documentation, interviews, and questionnaires. The process of making coconut coir fake nails goes through 3 stages, namely preparation of tools and materials, the process of making coconut coir fake nails, and attaching accessories to fake nails. There was evidence of product validation by 5 validators with the result that fake nails from coconut coir waste which had a reddish-brown color, smooth texture and very clear fiber motifs were the most chosen by the validators. The public test results in the average color category obtained 2.5 are very fond of (3). In the average texture category, 2.5 is very like (3) and for the pattern category, the average is 2.6, very like (3). A total of 3 average categories obtained, namely 2.545, are included in the very like category so that the product can be accepted by the community and can be used as a business opportunity. The advice given is another, faster technique for attaching coconut coir to fake nails.

Semarangan bridal pilis accessories are hard to find and are not sold on the market. However, only a few people have these pilis accessories. Using biscuit tin waste can save costs and can be used as a substitute material for developing accessories. The author innovates by recycling waste biscuit tins into Semarangan bridal pilis accessories. The aim of this research is to find out how to make and use Semarangan bridal pilis accessories from waste biscuit tins, as well as to find out the results of public tests of public interest in using biscuit can waste to make Semarangan bridal pilis accessories. In this research, the author used data collection methods in the form of observation, experimentation, documentation, literature, interviews and questionnaires. The manufacturing of the Semarangan bridal accessories is carried out by three stages, namely the preparation stage of equipment and ingredients, the stage of making and the using of the accessories from the tin waste. The three expert validators choose three outcome products because they correspond to the originality of the Semarangan bridal accessories. The research's public study involved 30 respondents with respondents stated 100% to questions 1, questions 3, questions 5, question 6 questions, and questions 8. The cutting process of the biscuits tins for bridal gold accessories ought to be reduced to make it look neater, whereas the f6000 is used as a glue

Dry facial skin causes cracks on the skin surface and will feel dry to the touch. Dry skin is caused by genetic factors, aging, hormonal changes, and cold weather. The purpose of this study was to make a mask made from white radish and honey which functions to moisturize facial skin so that it can be used for dry facial treatment. The method used in this research is interview method, documentation, library method, experimental method. Experiments on making white radish and honey face masks for the treatment of dry skin were carried out at the Laboratory of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare's Makeup Study Program, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang. City. Experiments were carried out 3 times with the composition of 1) white radish 41.25 g, honey 35 g 2) white radish 41.25 g, honey 40 g 3) white radish 41.25 g honey 55 g. The results showed that the third experiment resulted in products: fresher aroma (honey scent), soft texture, dark brown color, stronger adhesion so that it is easy to apply. Dull skin is a skin condition that is full of dead skin cells. The cause of dull skin is due to lack of water supply, pollution and sunlight and lack of facial care. Facial care can be done using a face mask. Facial masks are treatments intended to treat facial skin. Rice water is obtained from washing rice. Cherry water contains vitamins that are beneficial for skin health. Greentea has antioxidants that are good for skin health. The abundant content of EGCG antioxidants in greentea has the ability to rejuvenate damaged skin cells. The aim of this research is to create a mask based on leri and greentea water which functions to treat dull skin. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collection methods used are literature, interviews, experiments and documentation. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Make-Up Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No. 77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajah Mungkur District, Semarang City. The experiment was carried out 3 times with the composition of (1) 15 grams of water powder and 10 grams of greantea, (2) 15 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grentea, (3) 10 grams of water powder and 15 grams of grenteea. From the results of these three experiments, this experiment produced a mask with a green color, coarse texture and a fresh scent of greentea.

Dry lips are caused by the effect of the epidermis tissue of the lips both in cold and hot temperatures. The lip scrub moisturizes and nourishes the lips, making them look fuller, healthier, and hydrated. This study aims 1) to determine and explain the process of making Sugar and Honey Scrub. 2) To find out how to use Sugar and Honey Scrub on dry lips. 3) To know the changes of dry lips after doing Sugar and Honey Scrub. The method used in this research is experimental research, literature, documentation and interviews. The experiment was carried out at the Laboratory of the Cosmetology Study Program of the Kartini Academy of Social Welfare, Jalan Sultan Agung, No.77, Gajahmungkur Village, Gajahmungkur District, Semarang City. The formula is 1) 17g sugar, 10g honey 2) 17g sugar, 7g honey 3) 11g sugar, 6g honey. Experimental research results show Sugar and Honey Scrub in the third experiment, 11g honey and 6g sugar produce pale yellow color, sugar aroma, soft texture. The public test was carried out to 30 Panelists. In the third experiment, the average color was 1.7, Aroma 2.4 and Texture 2.7. Changes After 1 time using the Sugar and Honey Scrub, the lips look moist, supple and healthier. Thus, it can be concluded that there is a new innovation opportunity, namely Sugar and Honey Scrub for treating dry lips.
